We loved the deck, hot tub, and location and the house had plenty of space. The kitchen was actually set up for cooking unlike many vacation rentals.

We stayed for a full week and the house was fully stocked and super comfortable. With a great location near Lake Tahoe, on several days my daughters walked from the house to the beach. The deck was the "gathering spot" for us each day and we used the gas fueled grill to make dinner. The owners clearly cared about our comfort during the stay and this was evident upon arrival as we walked into a squeaky clean home. This was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, spacious, and great location. The second upstairs bedroom was equally as nice and spacious as the downstairs master bedroom. We loved the kitchen / living room combination and wine coolers. It was also so convenient to have the washer/dryer in the basement. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The home was very clean, and well appointed. The home was a short walk to King’s Beach, in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub worked great on the cold nights. Eric was quick to respond, had instructions in the home, and was extremely easy to work with. I would book this home again after how nice it was, and how great the owners are.

Everything was great! The only negative was the floor could have been cleaned better. It didn’t look dirty but when we saw the bottom of our white socks they were black. This was when we first got there.

We had a truly lovely time staying at this wonderful home in Kings Beach. It is tucked in a peaceful neighborhood that is incredibly close to everything in Kings Beach-- making anything you want to do easily accessible. The home itself was fabulous, it has obviously been renovated and is very tastefully decorated, has every detail you could think of (especially in the kitchen) and has been setup as a very comfortable space that you want to spend time in. Plus, the deck out front and the hot tub in the back are the perfect places to relax and enjoy the beauty around you. In addition to all of that, the host Eric, was incredibly responsive, helpful and accessible, which is incredibly appreciated. This is such a fabulous home, I'd highly recommend it as it made our trip perfect and am looking forward to returning in the future.

We loved our stay. The house is very comfortable, well decorated, well located, everything worked very well. The owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. We recommend and would stay again!

We have stayed in numerous cabins in Tahoe over the years (before and after kids) and this one is by far our favorite! Super clean and baby friendly. The enclosed front yard gave us peace of mind letting the kids play in the snow. Adults can have a fun time too with the available hot tub, grill and fireplace. I love that the kitchen has some useful stuff already that we don’t have to buy every single thing (olive oil, spices, ziploc bags, Foil, etc). Small things, but definitely appreciated. Driveway can easily fit 4-5 cars if you have a big group. The owner (Eric) was quick to respond and very receptive to our needs/inquiries. I highly recommend and definitely 5 stars!!

This house was awesome for 6 people. Very Modern inside, like it was updated recently. Lots of space to put ski equipment in the bottom level. My kids and extended family loved the hot tub so much after skiing that we were in it every night. Perfect if you plan to ski Northstar, Incline, or Mt. Rose. They are all about 15 minutes away. You could even go to Sqaw/Alpine in about 30-45 minutes. Loved it and would give it a higher rating then 5 stars if I could!

We had a great stay here. The house was equipped with everything we could ever need and the locations was amazing. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving from Wednesday to Saturday. A huge storm was forecast beginning early Wednesday. Eric, the owner, reached out to me via email and offered the home on Tuesday at no additional charge, so we could come up a day early and avoid the storm. Very hospitable and generous. Once we arrived we found the house to be perfect. Close to everything in North Shore. With the snow we had during our stay we made a good toboggan run along the side of the property. We will definitely return.

The home is renovated, spacious, and clean. The long driveway along the side of the property was also a huge benefit for us as we had four vehicles in our group (friends reunion). The home is located on a quiet street and a short walk to the lake. Will definitely come back in the future.

We loved this place and definitely plan on coming back. The location is perfect - so close to the beach and the cute little town (there's plenty of shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk). The house was recently updated, and they did a fantastic job - fully stocked CLEAN kitchen (we cooked almost every meal there and it had everything we needed), gorgeous bathrooms with heated floors and walk in showers, comfortable beds and couches! My favorite part was the front patio/deck. We sat out there every morning and had coffee, and ate dinner out there every night. (We brought a folding table for the deck to eat at, and there was already a small picnic table for the kids to eat at). Also if you have little ones, this place is very safe. There are stairs, but there was gates that you can keep closed if you need to. Owner was easy to contact if we had any questions. I would absoltley go back!

House was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Beds and couches are excellent and the bathrooms were new. Recommend this place for any tahoe visitor.

We loved staying here for the weekend. Very close proximity to the Safeway and Northstar resort. The house itself is recently remodeled and fully stocked with anything you could need. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the restrooms have heated floors. Plenty of towels and blankets / pillows. The kitchen has many utensils and gadgets; we felt at home when cooking here. The backyard is large and the hot tub was perfect in the snowy weather. I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting Tahoe.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place for groups of six! The house has recently been updated, and well equipped with kitchen items for making a meal at home. The place was spotless, and bathrooms had heated floors. Hot tub is a major plus. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. We loved our stay. Thanks, Eric!

Our family recently stayed in Kings Beach for a ski trip. It was a wonderful vacation. The house was centrally located for north shore ski resorts. In the summer, you could easily walk to town. The house was lovely, very well kepted and cleaned. It was well stocked with needed supplies in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. The kitchen was full of appliances and cookware. Everything was in working condition. The livingroom was comfortable with a great fireplace and television. In the summer, the front porch would be great place to sit outside and barbeque. We did use the gas grill and it worked fine. The jacuzzi was in the backyard. It was also in good working condition and comfortable.
