My 7 year old and I came to St. Maarten with one goal in mind - airplanes! We found Sunny’s apartment near Maho Beach and loved it! Amazing planespotting from the rooftop deck and pool, very short walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. A small problem with the power when we first arrived but Sunny was great. Super responsive and communicative with me the whole time and it was fixed shortly. Great guy, great place and a great stay! We will absolutely be back.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Sunny’s condo! Everything we needed we found in the condo. Beach, food store, restaurants, pool, taxi and buses only steps away. Would highly recommend this place to others.

We stayed for six weeks at Sunny’s Condo at Royal Islander. Sunny was fabulous for meeting our needs. The condo had everything we needed and the grounds and property were impeccable. Pool was colder than I would have thought for St Martin but refreshing and so clean. Highly recommend this condo

Sunny is a fantastic host. He checked in with us periodically to be sure everything was ok and to ensure our happiness. The two bedrooms are very quiet and very comfortable beds! We slept like little babies. The air conditioning worked very well throughout the whole apartment. The location is very convenient to everything. So nice having the grocery store directly below the apartment building. We highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful gardens, pool, and hot tub and underground parking! Fantastic view of Maho Beach and airplane takeoffs and landings. Fabulous bars, restaurants, live music, and a supermarket under the pool! Sunny was very responsive to any and all requests! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We stayed three weeks on the island and Sunny’s condo is the best. Clean and efficient in the best part of the island. Convenient to grocery stores, airport, casinos and pool area is great. Best place to watch planes landing and taking off. Great place Sunny. Ray

We enjoyed our week in this spacious, spotless condo. It’s on the first floor, with easy access to the rooftop garden and lovely pool, with a world-class view of both Maho Beach and all the aircraft traffic. If you love watching planes, this is your place! Sunny was extremely thorough with communication and responded immediately to our questions. The high quality of this communication helped make our arrival stress-free and our stay comfortable. Maho village and its beach are fun and the very fine beach at Mullet Bay is a short walk away. We loved the convenience of the well-stocked market just downstairs and safe, easy parking in the garage.

We didn't realize this first time to bring along some items like soap, shampoo, etc. like the timeshare units provide so we are prepared for our next time. Sunny responded very well to our emails and to answers to his questions of any needs we had. Very good 1st experience!

The pool and tiki bar were located on the same floor and a short walk away at the end of the hallway. Each bedroom had king size bed and a T.V. with the movie channel, showtime which was great . It is centrally located in Maho beach area, so we could walk to the beach ,restaurants and shops. We also rented a car at the onsite Hertz rent a car, which we could conveniently park in below garage for only $5 a day. We got to see a lot of the Dutch and French side of the island including Orient bay beach which is the best beach I have ever been to. Driving around was easy, fun and saved money on taxi's. When we come back to St. Maarten, we will stay here again for sure. Thank you Sunny for sharing your wonderful place. John

Everything was perfect, the picture do not do justice, the Condo is cozy and very well equipped. Wish we had stayed longer, but we will be back again!

Location is perfect, steps to grocery store, casino, restaurants and beach. Staff was very nice. Internet speed /accessibilty on island poor. Great location.

Where do i begin........A**+ 06/04/17 - 17/04/17 Sunny you were just amazing and so helpful, Your Condo was beautiful and very well situated for plane spotting, My son Cori spent most of his holiday taking pictures of the planes 2700+ to be precise. Your Condo had everything and more than we expected,Fully equipped kitchen and condiments, fantastic layout, Good Decor, clean and very comfortable, Air-Con worked a dream after a hot day, if the TV had fit in my suitcase it was coming home with us the boys loved it lol. Fabulous showers in each bathroom and thank you for the complimentary toiletries. The pool and surrounding grounds was so clean and in beautiful bloom, the amenities were great, local shop very reasonably priced, On site laundry room very good and not expensive to use only brought a small amount of washing home Yeah. We felt like we were at home felt very safe and secure during our stay and Sunny was alway contactable even showing an interest in our days out. Thank you so much Sunny for sharing your Condo with us we would definitely recommend A**+ and do we want to go back YES indeed we do just need to save some pennies to get there, Hired a car and parked in the carpark for our entire stay very secure and no issues at all, All staff very friendly and helpful. Cheris restaurant next door is a must great food and entertainment, Mary Boone just down the road very friendly bar and restaurant. Sunset bar great fun too Grand Case . Visited the local Zoo and Butterfly Farm great mornings out as it was very hot in the afternoon sun. Visited beaches galore Mullett Bay, Orient Beach, Oyster Bay Beach, Grand Case, Maho Beach Simpson Bay, Phillipsburg and Marigot. Keep in touch Sunny we do hope to be back soon. This property is in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable, we will be back!

The condo was beautifully appointed and fully furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were wonderful. The location is perfect in Maho. You can walk to everything. The only disappointment was that is was ground floor so there was no water view. It was a lovely garden view however and close to the pool. Jesus has the bar open and he is wonderful. Great staff too.

Lovely condo well-stocked .Only thing missing is ocean view from small patio .

Very nice and clean unit centrally located right in the middle of the Maho area so you can walk everywhere. Nice leather furniture and comfortable beds. Just a few steps to the pool and lookout deck to watch the planes take off and land. We did not have any issues with our stay but Sunny always answered any questions I had right away. Will stay there again.
