We had a great stay in Puerto del Carmen. The accommodation is very well equipped and very well located. Thank you again Florence for your kindness and your availability. We highly recommend this accommodation !

Florence was such a lovely host and very responsive if we ever needed anything. The apartment was very well equipped, having everything you need plus many British channels on the tv. The complex itself was extremely pleasant, intimate and tranquil with a pool and sun beds despite only being a short walk down to the beach front. There are also plenty of shops within close proximity to the property. We would definitely go back on our next trip to Lanzarote.

From booking to leaving the process was seemless. All you need for a great stay in the area. Florence has accurately desbribed the apartment so no surprises. Also Florence kept in contact throughout ensuring we were okay. One note for any non swimmers. The pool is about 5'4" at the shallow end to about 6'6" at the deep end. Not too cold and 10 steps from our terrace. Fortunately the was no guest the following day so Florence allowed us a late check out and even organised a cab .

Florence is a lovely wee woman and very accomadating. She let us check in early and help store luggage when leaving. Great quiet spot not far from strip. Little shop facing complex for basics. Would not hesitate to return.

Great stay, Florence was a treat to deal with including arranging our return taxi to airport for us. Apartment fully equipped with everything needed including the essentials for initial arrival, milk, tea, coffee and cookies 😁 loved our stay.

The complex is very small and some days we had the whole pool area to ourselves apartment was very clean and everything we needed Florence was a excellent host would highly recommend this lovely wee apartment

Communication with Florence was great when VRBO app actually worked. The property has everything you need inc Aircon towels etc, and a beautiful clean deep pool. 5 mins walk to beach and a small supermarket right opp aptments. This small complex of about 18 apt is suited to a quiet holiday, will def return.

Florence was a very good host. Communication was quick and easy. I have stayed in many privately owned properties and a plus of this place was the welcome pack of milk/water/teabags/coffee/biscuits. We arrived in the evening so these tided us over so we didn’t have to rush to the shops. There was also detergent for the washing machine and a little pack with washing up liquid, dish cloth and sponge. Cupboard basics were there from previous occupants eg salt, sugar, oil etc. Handy extras such as a first aid kit, sewing kit and cushions for the sunbeds plus pool towels. The free safe was a plus as was the hairdryer. The apartment was clean and spacious for two people. Plenty is storage and hangers! The pool was quiet which is the way I like it! Plenty of on street parking and central enough to walk to the bars and restaurants. One of the beds had a memory foam mattress of which I am not a fan but that is just personal choice. We had a great week but I must say some of the units/furniture were looking a little tired.

Spotlessly clean, Modern decor, very comfortable beds, quiet location, no noise at night, blackout blinds. Everything within easy walking distance. Communication outstanding would highly recommend and 100% definitely stay again.

Het appartement voldeed aan alle verwachtingen! De ruimte met de prima inrichting, het fijne terras, het heerlijke zwembad, de kleinschaligheid van het complex, de ligging ( 10 min lopen naar strand en boulevard! het contact met Floren=ce verliep uitstekend, zowel vooraf als ter plaatse. Een aanrader en een appartement wat we zeker kunnen aanbevelen!

Small complex very conveniently placed. Nicely maintained. Florence was there to meet us (despite the coach driver dropping us off at the wrong complex). Everything we needed was suppled along with bottled water and milk. Thank you Florence we really enjoyed our stay.

Our host Florence was excellent. She communicated with us prior to arrival and again when we got to Lanzarote. Everything we needed was available. Apartment was clean and tidy. Good facilities. A very pleasant stay indeed.

This property is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The complex is quiet and only has about 20 apartments. Location wise it is just a 10 minute walk to the beach and main promenade where you will find an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops with the old town about another 10 minutes walk away. Our hosts, Florence and Alan, were there to meet us and popped along to the complex every couple of days to see if everything was okay and were always on the end of the phone if you needed them. From speaking to a number of people staying at the complex it appeared that they all return here which says a lot. Will definitely come again.

Had a lovely time in Lanzarote. The apartment was lovely and the owner Florence made us very welcome and left us biscuits and milk for our arrival. Lovely host and couldn't do enough for us during our trip. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you to Florence for hosting us in her lovely apartment. It is so clean and in such a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach and some really lovely bars and restaurants. This was our first visit to Lanzarote but will not be our last. Florence provides a great welcoming service. She thinks of everything from providing the basic food and drink to get you started to the big bottles of water so no lugging them back from the shop! The apartment is centrally located and is just a short walk to the restaurants and shopping strip. We were so at home here and will be back next year. Many thanks Paddy and Lorraine
