Firstly, the property is located in a very quite and serene location. Access roads are good and location is easily identifiable on GoogleMaps. The property also has a very good availability of parking, both inside the compound and outside. The rooms were very clean and were provisioned well. The bathrooms had hot water and are very spacious. Air Conditioning and WiFi were available throughout. The property has a beautiful balcony and a garden cafe which overlooks the sea and gives one a beautiful view of the sunset. Overall, a lovely place with good food and cleanliness. A definite recommendation for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Agonda.

I booked a room with sea view.. but for this you have to go on terrace and with telescope you can view sea for sure . For breakfast nothing was available even they didn't have any stuff..so again for any meal you have to go somewhere,, if you have your own vehicle then only you can manage.. Some Chairs were broken , you can break your legs also if you are taking walk in property ..if you want peace n calm place,, i would suggest this place.. otherwise you can find far better stay in this price or little bit more ..

Nothing to like in this property. Pictures they have shown on Booking.com are exactly opposite what they have. I will never recommend this property to anyone especially BIG NO for couples. Its is extremely in interior and you have be on mercy of staff for anything

Toilet seat broken, No TV useless Kitchen Extra big and horrible rooms broken dressing mirror. No toiletries given. Especially mentioned that behind this property some empty bunglows are there which looks spooky and haunted

The room was very spacious and the extra large bed very comfortable. There was hot water. Balcony view. The young man in charge tried to help but clearly had little authority or experience.

The whole place was very dated and poor quality. No extra facilities like kettle, tea coffee mugs or toiletries etc which at the price we paid we would have expected. No visible sign of food or drink options nor were we offered any. Generally the place was run down and poorly managed. Cash payments only which was ridiculous for us as the cost was 7600 and atm only allow 10000 withdrawal. Not recommended many much better options in Agonda

Irresponsible staff and management. Think about staying in a hotel without water. First of all I would recommend Booking.com to remove this hotel from their site. Waste of money.

Liked most things.The room was very nice,big bathroom with toiletries and clean towel.We stayed in double rooms next to each other.The bed was very comfy ,neat and clean and so were the blankets.Good air-conditioning and a small balcony.Wifi was there,but only worked outside room.There is a big mirror in the room.A drawing room with sofa chairs and big table.

*No kitchen equipments,only an empty kitchen,may be coz they cook food to order *Food we ordered for dinner was not that good,better to eat outside. *Staff could have been friendly,not that helpful or smiled .Did not ask for breakfast or tea/coffee.,Though we did not have any complimentary breakfast ,but it's always nice to be asked.We ordered coffee anyways.It was nice.
