It's right on the beach, but extremely isolated.

Firstly, It's very isolated. Facilities are very basic like for a room of 7k per night, you don't even get a fridge in your room. There is no phone to call kitchen or housekeeping, you have to get out even if you need a glass of water. Power is erratic, you have to be ready for moments of absolute darkness. My biggest problem was the breakfast, at the cost of a 5star room, you get the breakfast of a peasant. We had a breakfst inclusive room and they gave us a choice to have either poori sabzi Or an omelette and toast. I mean you can't have both. You can have one... For every poori after three you are charged. Absolutely pathetic. The in charge was kind to give us complimentary khichdi for our toddler... Staff is very sweet and kind. I think the problem is the management. I wasn't quite happy with the place. Last time i stayed at Mariposa beach Grove and it was far better in terms of services.

Beach house itself is good and rite in front of the beach. But beach is not good enough. Sand had black diesel filled blocks everywhere.

Nice beautiful cottage rooms..perfect location if you need a quiet beach to relax..staff is very welcoming... Food is awesome..

Entry road to the place is bit rusty as the road is bad...

The location & the view was good. The staff were good too. The stay was ok for a day.

Just that the room AC was fluctuating and was not being that cold. Esp during the day peak afternoon. The food was excessive salty.

The property is at the end of the Agonda beach and next to a serene mountain. The beach facing rooms were quite big which can accommodate a family of four. Ample space available to place the extra bed. The staff is very generous and helpful.

Options for complimentary breakfast is very limited. No much food options for kids.

Service is very poor, we stayed for 2 days , no cleaning staff has come , No bed sheet change, No floor cleaning. The food quality is good , but.not value for money, don't go for complementary breakfast it is pathetic , very limited option.
