Location is good. Rooms are specious and well maintained.
We have faced water problem. From midnight there was no water in bathroom. Help came only after 7 am. No one was there to attend the problem at night

Don't book this from booking.com directly call them and ask for the prices and property . I booked a balcony room from my side it was booked but owner showed me that in his app he have normal room . He charged me the same and also added god knows what taxes , which were not mentioned on the app . Just call the property and clear it before you go there.

After booking on booking.com hotel asked for 25% advance to confirm the booking. I did it. My bus got very late hence I reached hotel very late in night. I had informed the hotel that i will be late. But hotel gave my room to someone else and asked me to move to some nearby hotel which has very poor facilities. When i objected they told me to find new hotel for myself.

The Hotel is within walking distance from Mall Road.
Management is very supportive.

Walkable distance to new Manali
Wasnt clean, everywhere dust which still okay but the toilet seat was dirty. For more than one night not recommendable.

Location was good, you can get hotels more near to the mall road with the same price also, but this was also good.
There is no such things like booking... If you are booking roms or hotels previously, your all efforts are useless. They only give rooms what they have left and if you are asking for the booked rooms, mr ahuja directly said cancel the booking and go somewhere else but as you deposit the token amount previously so you wont have any other options.
What i suggest is to dont pay a single penny previously, saw a room first then give any amount,
And dont worry about the hotels and stay, there was various hotels Available that are providing very good facilities with economic prices...

Behavior is good. But Drilbu hotel under construction so we stay another hotel 10th feb to 13 feb. Drilbu hotel arranged this hoteal.
