The ambience was very good 👍. We had a great time there.

The Communication was open and clear.. When we arrived, it was clean and well prepared for our arrival.. Easy to access and close to attractions for the day..

Location and comfort. Everything was there that we needed.

There was hairs in bathroom and the fan in the bathroom goes on all the time even with light off which is noisy when trying to sleep.

The house was in a nice area with lovely views from the back.. The house had everything we needed, and was bright a d spotlessly clean. A nice walk down to Dundee town.

Location was perfect for us and the views from the back windows were amazing.

there were many issues during our stay which were disappointing. this is the worst rental we have stayed in when we visit our family in Dundee, there was black mold in the bathroom shower head was dirty tap never worked properly no double glazing so you feel the wind and cold, noisy extractor fan un comfy beds previous rentals boxers lying in the wardrobes, worn and damaged kitchen floor, washing machine not working, glass pane bedroom doors offering no privacy rusted bin, cottage in need of upgrading and some TLC, also need to get rid of the horrible 80/90s wood chip paper this property would be great to stay if it was maintain and brought up to a standard that matched the price. really disappointed with it, have contacted the owners but still waiting on a reply.

Very cosy, bright and comfortable. Very clean and lots of nice touches. Home away from home. Perfect location with an amazing view over the Tay. Very well equipped with everything you could need. Brilliant value for money and we will book again!

There was only one small issue which was the glass windows in bedroom meant you woke up if anyone else went to the bathroom during the night. We hung towels over the window which helped stop light flooding in!

Nice and cozy also quiet area. Enjoyed my stroll into the city centre was only a 20 minute walk nice view of the silvery and also enjoyed watching the planes coming into land from the windows sky sports was also a bonus. Beds were comfortable.

The glass doors especially if someone got up during the night for the toilet and the light went on. Extraction fan in bathroom was a bit annoying also the toilet seat seems to have a mind of it slammed down during mid stream could do with readjusting

No issues at all.

It was quiet. The view was wonderful. It met our expectations. The welcome coffee, tea , bread butter and jam, milk etc. was super.

Washing machine was broken

Very comfortable stay for us as a wee family whilst we visited family in Dundee Lots of things in the property we didn’t expect like a highchair, tea and coffee, bread etc, very thoughtful and helpful! Location is great. 5 mins away from the shops etc at the Perth Road and Magdalene Green for walking the dogs Lovely apartment, clean and well kept Easy check in, we really enjoyed our stay

Only single glazing so more noise than we are used to but that’s just a personal thing

Seaview Cottage is a beautiful home from home ideally located on Perth Road, Dundee. Towels, linens, dish cloths and tea towels were provided and cleaning products available. The kitchen has plenty of cutlery, flatware cups and glasses, pots, pans and cookware. The fridge freezer is family size and perfect for self catering. That was our plan however the local takeaways were great, we've left the menus with some already provided. We bought a couple of coffee mugs for the size. There is a comprehensive guest book containing local maps, entertainment, places to eat and things to do. We didn't take our dogs on this occasion however pets are welcome and there was pet care services in the guest book too so no one is left out :) I have spinal stenosis and struggle with my mobility, Seaview does have three steps at the front door but they are broad and well lit with handrails both sides. The shower is in the bath but fully adjustable, has a non slip bath mat and cushioned bath mats to step out on. The keysafe made a world of difference so neither my husband or I had to hold the front door key. There isn't designated parking however we never had a problem at any time parking right in front of the cottage. The cottage is easy to find, has beautiful views and is in walking distance of shops, take aways and pubs. We chose Seaview for location because our daughter has moved to a flat just down the road however this cottage is a holiday home suited to individuals or families- the size is deceiving from the outside, bit like the Tardis! The double bedroom has loads of storage and you can walk right around the bed, the second bedroom comfortably holds two single beds. There is a cloak room for coats, an entrance hall for shoes and a large cupboard where the extra linens are kept. The main room has two of the comfiest armchairs ever! A double settee and a round dining table to sit four. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen with two high seats.

We genuinely have nothing we disliked from initial booking right through to check out. 100% recommend.

It is a beautiful peaceful apartment with views of the sea from one bedroom and from the living room. One bedroom has a large bed, the other has two twins. The shared bathroom is …. shared. There is lots of room for 4 people to relax, cook, sleep. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and a few basic supplies. It’s in a convenient location for walking into city center and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and interesting. Parking on the street is readily available.

I'm nitpicking but the shower head looked like it might need a wee scrub or replaced. Really not a problem at all though.

Fantastic location with stunning views of the Tay. A gorgeous property which was stylish and so smart. We absolutely loved it. Highly recommended!

Great location for visiting daughter at Dundee University. Great views from flat. Very helpful to have welcome items of milk, bread etc. Spotless and clean. Look forward to returning
