Fantastic location and staff couldn’t do enough for us.

The view from the room, unfortunately we were on the side with no view at all. Luck of the draw..but I would request a front view next time.

It was perfectly situated and we found our way around easily and it was enjoyable

The room we were in was very very dark and there was just a brick wall view, it made my 1 year old unsettled as it was so dreary unfortunately. We did ask for a room change but unfortunately this wasn’t an option. The member of staff did provide us with some vouchers as an apology which was appreciated so thank you!

The bathroom tap was very short making it difficult to fill the kettle or wash hands without getting water everywhere. The lighting wasn't great , would have been beneficial to have a light above the kettle etc. There is a light on the wardrobe but this does not light that area enough when using boiling liquid.

Very comfortable bed. Good shower. Quietness. Good variety of breakfast foods - good quality food. Very pleasant outlook and very convenient for all tourist attractions, The Rep Theatre and city centre. Very pleasant, helpful staff.

Check in a bit sticky. During my checkin, the other receptionist checked in 2 other sets of guests! My receptionist answered the phone and tried to locate another guest during my checkin. I received confirmation I had been allocated a ground floor room as per my special request but was actually given a room on 3rd floor! I refused that room and allocated the correct room.

Clean. Excellent location.

Could use some face lifting. Bath curtains and divider leaking. No safe No sewing kit. Asked front desk, and without hesitation, he said "no" I could buy it from the stores. When I asked the front desk again in the morning, without hesitation, they reached out below the counter and handed me one.

They are attached to a multi level car park with a bridge across it most hotels would have an agreement about pricing offering a cheaper rate.

One of the noisiest Holiday Inn rooms we've ever had and not as much choice at breakfast as some.

No food after 20.30,one of the lifts out of order and main doors locked at 23.00 hrs and not open in morning until 06.00.

Being woken up not once, but twice, by the fire alarm. Having to evacuate the hotel on both occasions. very poor nights sleep got to our meeting in the morning almost fell asleep as was so tired

Room was lovely although a twin rather than double. Breakfast was great and much more comprehensive than expected. Didn't have the chance to relax in the lounge/bar but it looked great and very comfortable

Would have liked a double bed and bigger windows for the view.
