Beautiful house with perfect location and almost private beach. Management company is not responsive. Grill was dirty, propane tank missing, garbage cans full of trash. Reported all after check in and every day after that but and nobody showed up

Great view and wonderful location directly across from park with lake access. It is a well used vacation home.

This was a fabulous house that worked really well for our two families. The upstairs bedrooms are almost exactly the same, so it was great for the parents to stay upstairs, and the kids liked the bunk room on the lower level. The view is amazing and the location is really nice. The house was clean and really nicely furnished and decorated. Thanks for a great stay!

Location of this house is awesome. The resort it’s on is so great for kids. We have a few issues with the house itself. Shower towels were still damp when we showered the first morning. All 3 propane tanks were empty which was a bummer cause we were trying to grill the first night. (They did bring us a full one the following day) and the trash bins were really full. We felt bad having to cram all of our trash and not even be able to shut the lid. Also the fridge was set so cold it was literally freezing the food we had inside, including all our produce which wasn’t good after it froze and rethawed. Overall our stay was fine, just a few mishaps regarding the house.

This is a great place to have a family vacation and enjoy the lake! Lots of outdoor activities for all. We celebrated my son’s birthday here and rented a boat for the day, we all had a blast!

Three bedrooms with queen beds, large playroom in basement has 4 bunk beds (8 beds) and a futon sleeper. Bedroom beds were comfortable (did not use bunks or futon). Hot tub was clean and working. Kitchen had all cooking items needed. Complimentary detergent for laundry was a nice touch. Beach towels, bikes (a few), SUP, tennis rackets, beach toys available. You need to register with Resort office upon arrival. Bikes, water craft and other sports equipment available for rent through office at beach. Enjoyed quail in the yard every night. There is some construction going on at end of street but it was not an issue.

View and location, 10/10 House size for family of 5 plus daiky visitors, 10/10 Check-in, check-out process, 10/10 House cleanliness, 4/10 Cobwebs throughout, ants, a few dirty dishes, blankets thrown in closets (unfolded), outside garbage cans full from previous renters. Website description, 6/10 Propane fire pit was broken, the TV downstairs was missing, hot tub was dirty, front stairs and deck walkway rotting. We booked this many months ago and we're very excited to stay in one of the big houses on the point over the 4th of July. While disappointed with the house itself, it did not ruin our vacation but we won't be staying here again. Property management was quick to reply to my texts, but noone showed up to take care of the issues. They did refund me a small amount to make up for the issues we had. With some house maintenance TLC and maybe a different house cleaning service, this house would be worth the cost, but I would recommend looking at other homes on the point to rent.

Nice experience. The house was exactly like the pictures and fit for our girls getaway. Great location to the wineries and a fabulous view of the lake. We really enjoyed watching the eagle every morning hanging out in the tree. Hot tub was great as well.

Spent Christmas with family at this great house. The house was even decorated for the holidays...made it even more special! And all the sleds in the garage got plenty of use by all the littles.

This house's location is a gem....75 yards from the the lake with an unobstructed view ...Just perfect...Private hot tub with actual privacy due to its location and and a beach area lakeside it was all we could ask for...Fantastic place to hang with the family.

This house had the most beautiful views of Lake Chelan. It had outdoor private space and lots of room. The kids loved the downstairs hangout space and bunk room The hot tub and fire pit were a great hit also. The pool was excellent and we spent a lot of time there. We are already planning our trip for next year in the same house

We stayed over memorial day weekend and could not have asked for a better place for our family of 6 adults and 6 kids. Had a kayak, paddle board and bikes available for us. Made extra fun for all.

1st- I had never heard of Vacasa with any of my prior VRBO bookings so I was surprised to get charges/emails from both Vacasa and VRBO. Makes it confusing to receive communication from both. 2nd- Some of my messages were not responded to. I emailed asking about some of the kitchen amenities prior to the trip, no response (this one was not a big deal). The important message was while we were on our 4 day stay I had messaged via email and text about the lack of top sheets on several of the beds. We did end up finding a top sheet for the master bedroom in a drawer but it had ants on it (we never found bunk bed top sheets). This message was responded to the day we got home from the trip. 3rd- The hot tub was a huge reason we selected this particular home on Wapato. However, it was a huge disappointment. We used it on the first night and found that it was very dirty and smelled terrible. We were busy the next morning and did not reach out to anyone about this issue- however, randomly on day 2 some maintenance guys shows up while we were away and drained the hot tub and performed some maintenance. We were told it would not get up to temp until later in the evening (11pm was their guess). On night 3 (our final night), we found that the temp was never set by the maintenance crew and it was still at 65 degrees. So VERY disappointing! 4th- we were never told about checking in with the community desk to receive parking passes and keys to the pool. We had family staying at other homes on Wapato so this wasn't initially an issue. It became an issue when we had visitors on night 3 and security came to let us know we were supposed to have ANYONE visiting check in. Security this was typical of VRBO/Vacasa to not communicate with their guests about this. With all that said, the home and location were beautiful. We would likely book this stay again, now knowing what issues could arise we could be prepared.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It’s location is perfect, scenic and quiet. The property manager did not respond to our queries before we travelled to the location; was the only bummer. Property is clean. Couple of bikes at the property were puncture, so we couldn’t enjoy a family bike ride. Basement gets too cold for kids,.

The view is awesome and there is a park right across the street for kids to play and or go walk down to the beach and swim. It's perfect for independent responsible children who don't have hover parents. Who let them enjoy just being kids because it's in a extremely safe, no traffic area.

The hotub is new and awesome, so do us all a favor people and keep it nice for others to enjoy.

With kids coupled up at home doing online high school and college - we decided to change up the scenery. They WiFi was great for 7 of us to be online. House is great - very spacious and nicely decorated. Beds comfy. Beautiful view! Will stay again!

My husband and I were seeking to rent a property as close to the water as possible, and this home did not disappoint. We were very close to the small beach in front of the home, and enjoyed many walks around the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The location was very nice and the home was comfortable. My complaint regarding this booking was the cleanliness of the home when we arrived. We paid a good deal to rent this home and expected a very clean home, especially given the pandemic. We were surprised and disappointed to find the cleaning was inadequate, with a banana peel left on the couch, vacuum left in the living room and a messy blanket on the couch. Overall, the home was lovely and location great.

This house is literally the most perfect spot you could ask for on Wapato. The house was nice and clean, our three teen girls each brought a friend and there was way more room than we needed. Loved sitting in the sun on the front deck, while drinking my morning coffee, and looking out on the water. We hope to book this house again soon! If you decide to sell it let me know!!!

We enjoyed our stay! Short walk to the community pool and the lake is across the street for swimming and floating. The kitchen has great appliances and we made most of our meals here. The bathrooms are slightly dated but no issues with them. The couch was very comfy and we enjoyed the games provided as well as having access to Netflix on the smart TV. The outdoor patio was nice in the evenings (too hot in morning and midday) and we cooked a few dinners on the grill.

We were surprised that there were only 2 beach towels in the unit given the location and access to pool and lake. Some beach floaties were provided which was nice, but there were several that had leaks which was disappointing. We were glad we brought a couple beach towels and floaties ourselves. There were some areas of the property that were not as clean as we would have liked, including large cobwebs indoors and outdoors, crumbs on the futon, some dishes in cabinets were not clean, etc.

The casement windows on the property were not functioning well - they would crank open but not crank fully closed making them very hard to lock closed to keep the AC in. We managed to do it but it was inconvenient to not be able to use them normally.

All in all we really did enjoy our stay!
