We enjoyed our stay at 'Tiki Paradise'. It was a little more compact than the pictures let on. But we mostly sat out under the tiki hut the majority of the time we were there. The only thing was there was no dish soap for us to do the dishes and the space on the bathroom sinks was not very accommodating for getting ready. Otherwise, no complaints. Thank you!

Our family enjoyed making the Tiki Paradise house our home base while we visited for Spring Training. The kids enjoyed the pool which came with heating included (huge win) and the adults loved the tiki lounge area with beautiful landscaping and fun lighting. Beds were very comfortable, everything was super clean, and the host was extremely quick to respond. The only thing that could be improved is having more basic supplies for guests which are standard at other VRBO properties we've stayed at. We were surprised to find out the grill had no propane and the guestbook said we were expected to buy our own propane tank. We also expected there to be toiletries like shampoo and soap - tough to fly in from CA & get in at 11pm looking forward to a shower and find out there are no toiletries. Kitchen could also use additional supplies "pay it forward" style such as cooking spray/olive oil and dish soap. (Dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent were provided.) These little details would have made the stay perfect. Great house and outdoor space and convenient to Spring Training and the beach!

Stay was great . Few minor issues. Door handle was broken on bathroom. Ice maker started making noises in the middle of the night. Other than that this is a great place good area. We would will rent again .

We had a very relaxing time hanging out by the pool and visiting family. The house was great. A guest had forgotten a piece of mail and Owner went above and beyond to mail it for him.

Outside space was perfect - it backs up to a school so at some times during the day it would get a little loud with kids walking the track, but privacy fence helped. It had another renter in back quarters, but never saw them and hopefully we didn’t brother him.

We really enjoyed our stay this past week! There were only 4 of us, but we certainly could have slept at least 3 more people comfortably. The backyard paradise was everything and more! We spent most of our time floating, playing games, and enjoying dinner out back. The property has a grill and everything you need to cook, bake, and/or grill a perfect meal. There is an awesome grocery store-super presidente, which was right around the corner. They had every kind of fresh catch, fruit, and vegetable you could imagine, at such amazing prices. The beach is also close by and there are chairs and a cooler for use, if you don’t bring your own. We definitely would recommend this home for a family get away and peaceful get away. Thanks for a great week! PS- as far as the other comments regarding the renter in the small bungalow next door on the property, we had zero issues. He was very rarely there and when he did come home, he was very quiet and even turned the engine off on his motorcycle before he pulled in the driveway. I’m not sure what the other commenters concerns were, since it was never an issue for us during our 7 day stay.

The house felt very homey. The backyard is wonderful place for family dinner. Or cookout while the kids play in the pool.

Highly recommend this place to families. We had a great time with our 1 year old son. The pool was wonderful, and the tiki was very enjoyable as well!

We spent most of our time in the pool and tiki hut. Besides the occasional fireworks, it was a quiet neighborhood near a pretty park.

Nicely renovated home with great pool tiki hut outdoor space. Well apportioned kitchen with new appliances. Good location fairly close to I-95 yet only 10 minutes from the ICW and other sights.

Great stay, we were happy with everything

We stayed at this location with seven of my family members that flew into attend my son's wedding in West Palm Beach and it was just a perfect location the perfect house and it had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. We all had a great time and my family loved the house we will definitely recommend this house for future guests. Thank you. again.

This was our second year back and had another great time! The house is modern and updated and Alex is excellent to work with. We spent most of our time outside in the Tiki area by the pool. Terrific house!!

We stayed 2 weeks 3 Large bedrooms .Beds were very comfortable .Our own heated pool brand-new appliances. The Tiki hut makes it a private little piece of heaven

This was the perfect place after a long day at work. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for providing such an amazing place to call home for a week.

This house was perfect for our family! Close by to many areas we wanted to visit such as Juno/ Jupiter and palm beach! The pool was amazing our kids swam from sun up until sun down! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great house with a great pool!

We really enjoyed this home. We were close to some many things. 10 mins from the water park, 12 mins from the beach and about 10 mins from shopping mall. Not a lot of traffic in the area which was awesome. Looking forward to our next visit. Thanks again.

The property is clean and well stocked. The one negative is that the pool is not screened in so the leaves from the trees are always in the pool. Nice place to stay though and good communication with the owner.

We were very nervous as this was our first time using vrbo. The property was amazing, Alex was excellent even though we didn't really need him. Property was better than advertised and the tiki hut was incredible. We were out there all day swimming and night bbq'ing. I highly recommend this property.

And now the outside space!!!! Wow! We loved it! We spent so much of our time out there. Plenty of comfortable space. Very private. We grilled several times on the fantastic, clean grill and ate every meal outside. We stayed outside under the tiki roof every night til 10:00. We never heard any other neighbor! I had misgivings about the adjacent converted garage with the long term tenant but he was very quiet and only there at night during our Monday-Friday stay. *Catholics will appreciate the short walk to Mass.

My husband and I wanted a break from the NJ winter with our dog. Pre trip communications with Aleks was great, clear check in instructions and the house was sparking clean on arrival, as was the pool and outdoor areas. There is a renter in the building adjacent to the pool and house, but almost never saw him and he does not have access to the pool and has his own fenced front and backyard areas. Backyard and pool is fantastic, not sure how anyone would not enjoy it. You may have to add water to the pool if you’re there for a few weeks, but Aleks has a hose on a timer and couldn’t be easier. House is pretty well supplied, pantry basics were there, good quality pots and pans, most utensils and nice silverware and dishes. You may want to bring large beach towels if you like them. Beds were super comfortable and sheets and comforters very nice. Location was convenient to major roads, the WPB airport, lots of malls and terrific parks. Neighborhood was a fairly quiet, tree lined street with small, one story homes mostly in good but sometimes not so good repair. Very good for walking our dog, but he managed to find chicken bones to eat on every walk in totally different locations, very mysterious. He loved it, Florida really knows how to do dog parks, there are 2 or 3 incredible parks within 20-25 minutes. Florida traffic light times are epic, mileage wise they aren’t that far away.

My family was looking to get out of the Northeast for a month in February. This house was great for a month long stay. Upon arrival they had a couple of small issues, but Aleksander, the owner, was able to help them with every request and they settled in. He was amazing and always available to them. They enjoyed the pool and the tiki hut was a hit! I highly recommend this home!
