We loved this cute, comfortable house on a quiet street near the ocean. We (a group of 5 older ladies) enjoyed our time in Cape May very much! We went to the lighthouse, the beach, shops, and tried a number of great restuarants/ coffee shops. We also spent time walking in the neighborhood of the house. Overall we had an amazing vacation!

Lovely cottage with convenient location. The house is very clean and comfortable, cozy.

Seven of us stayed for a long weekend in this spacious home, off season. They had everything we needed, and more. Highly recommend for a large group.

We had a wonderful family girls weekend. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable.

This house was perfect for our friend's getaway weekend. The home was just as advertised, clean when we arrived and so cute! It was well equipped (soap in every bathroom, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, tin foil, etc.) The homeowners were also super quick to communicate with us when we encountered a small issue and also made sure to resolve it within one afternoon while we were out anyway. Just what we needed in a rental home and would highly recommend it!

This property was very clean and comfortable. The one queen bedroom bed was very high off the floor and difficult to get into. Thank goodness we didn’t bring grandparents they wouldn’t have had anywhere to sleep. Bed should be replaced with a lower frame and mattress.

Everything about the property was excellent. The location from the beach was a short distance. The parking was ample especially for a beach town. The house was closely located to the center of town by taking a 15 minute stroll. Overall a full five star rating from the whole family. Thanks!!!!!!

From the cuteness of the house to the huge backyard, fully stocked kitchen and beach chairs we felt so at home! We were a large group and appreciated all the bedrooms and spacious living rooms and kitchen situation as well as great outdoor space! we brought our own corn hole and had plenty of space in the backyard! Truly one of the best stays i’ve had and the location to the beach and downtown are also perfect! (however if you have elderly or someone who cannot walk a lot i’d say keep in mind town is not SUPER close but still walkable.) Also loved that there was parking in a driveway as well as on the street and was never an issue for multiple cars. Lastly communication with Ron and Kim was excellent, they are so friendly and great but also an easy no contact check in and out! Highly recommend any of their properties

One of the better rentals we've stayed at. Close enough to everything but far enough to get away from the hustle & bustle. Too far for the 70-something in-laws to walk to the beach and parking was limited at best. Highly recommended regardless!!

My mom and my sisters and I enjoyed our stay in the cute and clean home. Very close to everything and short walk to the beach. They had a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Only thing I would ask for would be more hooks to hang towels ect. Maybe some more shelves in the kitchen for pantry items. Otherwise we enjoyed our time in Cape May.

Great house. Fabulous location. The owner was super responsive and answered all my questions whenever I had some. The only suggestion would be that they add mirrors to each bedroom and hooks on the back of bedroom doors and a few hooks in the bathroom. Closets were limited so this would’ve been helpful. This was a great house that I would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is exactly as pictured. So beautiful and comfortable. It was spotless clean and everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very responsive to all my questions (right down to the size of pots and pans the have for family spaghetti dinners, lol). I Highly recommend and we will most definitely be back!

We had a great time at this beautiful home in Cape May! The house was just as pictured and was updated and clean. The home had all the supplies that we needed in the kitchen for cooking and we loved that the kitchen table could sit all of our guests. Furthermore, the owners were quick to respond and the home was close enough to walk to the restaurant we chose to eat at. Would love to go back and rent this home again in the future.

Perfect place to stay for our large family. Very clean and plenty of space to gather in the kitchen/dining/living area. Very quick and easy drive to town. Would absolutely stay here again.

My sisters and I along with several cousins stayed for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for the eight of us. Open floor plan allowed us to cook and socialize with everyone at the dining room table.

The house was very nice and most enjoyed the one floor living. Would suggest some mirrors in the bedroom. Liked it so much we are going to request to come back ne t year the same time.

Our family loved everything about this rental. The house was completely updated inside and had beautiful flooring. The living area was spacious with plenty of seating for all. Kitchen had all the essentials. Quiet neighborhood with a nice walk to the Philadelphia St beach. The owners were great to communicate with. Would definitely return.

We stayed here with extended family including two little kids. This house absolutely was a pleasure. It was newly renovated and clean. The new kitchen and appliances plus grill and large indoor and outdoor tables meant we could cook easily. The house had a number of convenient kid items (high chair, books, etc). The front porch was also a great place to sit and read or chat. It was not far from the beach, maybe 10-15 minutes walking depending on how much stuff you had so we rented bikes which was a lot of fun. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall this was a great home and property. Very clean and well-kept and the owners were very responsive, even coming to replace an empty propane tank within minutes of me reaching out. The spacious dining area was perfect for hosting family gatherings and the backyard was perfect for games. The only reason for less than 5 stars on accuracy of the listing is that some details were not provided. For example, beach badges being included was not known and we wound up buying badges before checkin. It would also be good to indicate the coffee maker as regular drip since some places have Keurig style. And a few hooks in the bedrooms to hang items would be a nice touch. Would definitely stay again
