Maison spacieuse et lumineuse à 300 m de la grande plage. Notre chien a pu se dépenser sur la plage de Bleriot autorisée aux chiens. Toutefois la cour est un peu petite pour un chien habitué à de grands espaces. Endroit très recommandable. Excellent restaurant face à la maison. Petits commerces à deux pas.

maison très belle, très propre, comme chez soit, il ne manque rien à tout point de vue, proche des commerces et surtout à 200m de la plage, un endroit très calme et ce qui ne gâche rien, un propriétaire tout à fait charmant et qui n'ennuie pas ses locataires, mais sait être présent quand il le faut . 10/10 pour tout

Wir mussten Anreise und Abreistermin verschieben. Unser Gastgeber hat immer schnell und zuverlässig reagiert und so hatten wir einen perfekten Urlaub

Wir waren die ersten 2 Wochen im August in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, Freitags ein kleiner Markt über die Straße, 2 Bäckereien um die Ecke, kleiner Lebensmittelladen 5 min. zu Fuß mit einem großem Sortiment. Der Strand und die Promenade ist unbeschreiblich schön. Wir haben uns bereits nach 3 Tagen so erholt gefühlt als wären wir schon 14 Tage dort gewesen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Joel Hanquiez

Es war wieder sehr schön in Calais, wir haben viel unternommen und die Promenade ist jetzt sehr schön gestaltet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Ruhige Lage in der Nähe vom Strand.

Sehr seriöse Übergabe und Abnahme

Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet mit wunderschönen Bildern und genauso wie es beschrieben wird. Das Meer mit seinem kilometerweiten Sandstrand ist nur wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Hier ist ein Strandabschnitt täglich überwacht und es gibt auch eine Dusche und Toiletten am Strand. Das Haus selbst bietet mehr als ausreichend Platz für eine 4köpfige Familie (Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, da 3 Schlafzimmer). Morgens kann man auf der Terrasse in der Sonne frühstücken (bis Mittags) und die Küche ist super mit Geschirr/Töpfen/Backofen/Microwelle/Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet, so dass man sich gut "selbst versorgen kann" - wenn man das in seinem Urlaub möchte. Ein Bäcker, Apotheke sowie Supermarkt sind fußläufig (Bäcker 2 Min., Supermarkt 5 Minuten), das wahre Einkaufsparadies ist aber der Supermarkt "Auchan" den man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto gut erreicht. Am Freitag ist ein süßer kleiner Wochenmarkt mit regionalen Produkten gleich neben der Kirche (1 Minute vom Haus entfernt). Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Kontakt zum Besitzer, der auf Nachrichten innerhalb kürzester Zeit antwortete und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Für Hundebesitzer (wir waren mit 2 Hunden hier): ruhige Hunde sind hier willkommen und man kann super am Naturstrand (ab dem unbewachten Teil des Strandes in Richtung Sangatte) mit dem Hund an den Strand gehen oder auch kilometerlange Spaziergänge machen... Alles in allem, ein perfekter Urlaub für uns!

5 Minuten zum Meer. Viele einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe auch zu Fuß. Ferienhaus alles dabei was man so braucht. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden.

Top Preis - Leistungsverhältnis, sehr netter Vermieter, sehr kulant. Wir haben wieder einmal 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Calais verbracht...

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Alles ist da, was man zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt, sogar ein Bügeleisen und Schreibzeug. Die Lage ist großartig. Es gibt einen wunderbaren Sandstrand, den man in 5 Minuten Fußmarsch erreicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gut zu erreichen. Leider ist uns das Auto nach einigen Tagen ausgefallen, sonst hätten wir sicherlich noch mehr von der Umgebung gesehen. Aber auch ein Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Urlaub hat uns gut gefallen!

Alles prima. Haus und Einrichtung komfortabel und modern, Lage im Ort und Strandnähe genau richtig.

Die Aussenterrasse liegt auf der Nordostseite und hat ab Mittags keine Sonne.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit drei Kinder. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht von einer funktionsfähigen und eingerichteten Küche mit Spülmaschine bis Trockner und Waschmaschine sowie Parkplatz vor dem Haus und natürlich WLAN ;-) Nur 500 m direkt zum Sandstrand, ein Bäcker gleich um die Ecke und jede Menge Einfkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Auchan, Lidl, Aldi, etc....

Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf in dit mooie en goed uitgerust vakantiehuisje. Zeer vriendelijke uitbaters en goede ontvangst. Alles wat nodig is, is voor handen. Wij hebben een prachtige week gehad en volop kunnen genieten van het mooie strand en de zee op slechts 300 meter van het huisje. Zeker een aanrader voor vrienden en familie. Wij kijken teug op een zeer gezellige en ontspannen vakantie.

Zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegenes und geräumiges Ferienhaus mit kleinem Innenhof und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Strandes. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in der Avenue de la Plage 8 in Calais/Sangatte sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und persönlich eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts, an gar nichts. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir hatten das Gefühl, als ob da jemand auf Dauer drin leben würde. Wichtig ist, wie bei allen anderen Ferienobjekten auch, noch am ersten Tag alles auf Funktion und Sauberkeit zu überprüfen. Besonders loben möchte ich die umfassende Media Ausstattung, sogar Deutsche Programme über den SAT-Receiver sind in Frankreich nicht oft anzutreffen. Das W-LAN ist perfekt, wie bei uns Zuhause, das ist so selten der Fall und deshalb eine besondere Erwähnung wert. Der Einkauf in der Nähe ist für Kleinigkeiten angenehm. Wir sind aber zu ″Auchan″ und der ″Boulangerie Marie Blachère″ gefahren - links neben Speedy, etwas zurück versetzt, beides in der ″Avenue Roger Salengo″. Bei der ersten Fahrt nicht ungeduldig werden, die Adressen sind richtig, die Straße ist sehr lang. Wir haben in der ganzen Zeit die absolut hervorragenden und authentischen Baguettes von Marie genossen. Man kann zusehen, wie in der Backstube gearbeitet wird, schon das ist ein Erlebnis. Es waren die besten Baguettes in unseren Urlauben in Frankreich. Wichtig: Täglich frisch holen. Der Auchan Supermarkt ist ein perfektes Beispiel für einen großzügigen und sehr gut sortierten Einkaufs-Tempel in Frankreich mit einem für Deutsche Verhältnisse unglaublich breiten Mittelgang – sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist auch bei Menschen, bei denen Französisch nicht der Heimatsprache ist, sehr freundlich, geduldig und immer hilfsbereit. Auch der Wochenmarkt am Dienstag und Freitag in ″62930 Wimmereux″ macht Spaß und für das leibliche Wohl ist von allem im ″Le Carnot″ gesorgt. Direkt am Markt haben wir immer sehr gerne Cafe getrunken und das Markttreiben beobachtet. Auch ein Spaziergang über die gesamte Strandpromenade in Wimmereux ist empfehlenswert. Der schönste Markt ist allerdings der Wochenmarkt am Donnerstag in ″62520 Le Touquet-Paris-Plage″. Einfach an der Strandpromenade (Boulevard de la Plage) parken – unendlich viel Parkplätze – und in ca. drei Minuten über die Rue Jean Monnet direkt zum Markt laufen. Dieser Ort ist eine ausgedehnte Sight-Seeing-Tour wert. Es gibt dort unendlich viele sehr schöne Häuser. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt an der Opalküste sehr genossen und werde sicherlich wiederkommen.

Sehr netter Vermieter (Familie) Lage: nettes kleines Staedtchen mit Baeckerei um die Ecke und Einkaufsmoeglichkeit in wenigen Minuten mit Auto oder z. T. auch zu Fuss zu erreichen. Innenausstattung: nette Raumaufteilung, liebevolle Gestaltung, viel Kunst. Kueche sehr gut ausgestattet, Fahrrad und moderner Grill vorhanden, kleines Gartenstueck inkl. Terrasse. 2x WC's, TV/ Radio mit CD & Kassette, Parkmoeglichkeit direkt vorm Haus. Fuer 5 Personen bestens geeignet. Wir hatten fantastisches Wetter, wenn es auch herbstlich kuehl war (Ende September), so wurden wir doch mit ganz viel Sonnenschein beschenkt. Heizung haben wir trotz Frische ausgeschaltet lassen, um die Stromkosten insgesamt niedrig zu halten bzw. in der vorgegebenen kWh-Inklusivitaet zu bleiben. Wir haben uns von Anbeginn wohl gefuehlt!!! :)

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Den Bewertungen vor können wir uns nur anschließen. Wir sagen merci.

We had a great stay with our familiy in this beautifull home near the sea and close to Calais. Everything is in walking distance, the sea, the town, restaurants and a bakery. The house is nicely decorated and clean, big enough for 6 people with a nice little garden. We hope to be back next year!

This is the most fantastic holiday rental I have stayed in. It was immaculate and had everything a family could possibly need within it. It was maybe a little too white for my 3 kids but we survived!! We were greeted and shown round by a lady who spoke very little English which made things a little difficult but we enjoyed practicing our pigeon French and just about survived the experience!! The owner of the bar across the road spoke good English and helped us tremendously with area locations etc. There is also a little tourist info just minutes down the street. Round the corner from our house was the best boulangerie ever for our breakfast bread and croissants and 2 minutes walk away was a small supermarket that stocked everything we needed and a butchers on route also! Less than a minutes walk was the seafront which was lovely and clean and had a lifeguard on duty at certain times. There where fortifications to explore and at low tide it felt as though you could reach out and touch the constant flow of ferries arriving at Calais port. We used the house as a base for exploring the WW1 battlefields and cemeteries being only an hour away from both Etaples and Ypres. On the walk to the beach you pass a WW1 cemetary which was an added bonus to us. A visit to Le Touquet is recommended for either the beach, town or Aqualud. The pools and slides were adequate for what we wanted but be warned swimming shorts are not allowed and buying speedos there is very expensive!! We never ventured into Calais itself but did get a very early train into Paris. It was a long and expensive day trip but I would recommend it to everyone if only for that first view of the Eiffel Tower!! Arriving here from the ferry port takes around 10 mins and the Euro tunnel is less than 5 mins away. There is an Auchen hypermarket just down the road where you can get absolutely anything and is great for stocking up wine etc for going home!! The only restaurant we visited was Le Blanc Nez in Sangatte again only minutes down the road and I cannot fault that either. I had frogs legs for a starter and Moules as a main course and it was brilliant. They served plenty of ordinary food too and my children were very happy with what they had. The staff were very friendly and helped me with my terrible French!! I highly recommend this propery to anyone wanting beach or history.

la description de l'annonce est conforme à la réalité. L'accueil est très agréable. La maison est très propre. Restaurants, grandes surfaces à proximité de la location. Plage surveillée à moins de 100m idéale pour un séjour avec des jeunes enfants.

Maison proche de la mer où il fait bon y séjourner. Les photos sont conformes à la maison et il ne manque vraiment rien pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Très charmante maison, propre, pleine de lumière et tout proche de la mer. Un vrai bonheur. De plus proximité des magains, à recommander sans hésiter!!!
