TRENDY BEACH CONDO ON THE GROUND FLOOR!
Sinta-se em casa enquanto estiver de férias! Unidade 101 é um condomínio ilha muito popular, atualizado, de frente para uma vista serena e exuberante jardim de bananeiras, palmeiras e flores tropicais. É lindamente decorado e localizado a poucos passos da praia, piscina e quadras de tênis. Esta unidade vem com tudo o que seria de esperar e muito mais. A cozinha muito bem equipada inclui uma máquina de café Keurig e cafeteira, além de um processador de alimentos Cuisinart e fogão lento. Outras amenidades incluem dois secadores de cabelo, 3 televisões de ecrã plano por satélite e leitores de DVD (Blu-ray na sala de estar e master), rádio estéreo com CD player, ferro / tábua de engomar e cofre no quarto. Unidade 101 tem a planta da unidade final preferida, convenientemente localizado no primeiro andar com estacionamento mesmo à sua porta. A suíte master ampliada dispõe de área de estar, cama king-size confortável, closet e banheiro privativo com pia dupla. Espaçoso segundo quarto tem duas camas individuais, mas pode ser feito em um rei, mediante solicitação. A ampla e luminosa sala de estar / jantar leva a uma varanda de 25 pés com vista para os exuberantes jardins tropicais. Outras amenidades incluem ventiladores de teto por toda parte, ar central, sofá-cama queen-size, roupa de cama, e um pacote inicial de sabonetes, produtos de papel e café. Cadeiras de praia, guarda-sóis e carros alegóricos são fornecidos nesta unidade. Toalhas de praia estão disponíveis para aluguel ou compra no nosso escritório no local. Sanibel Siesta oferece uma piscina aquecida de águas cristalinas, Wi-Fi, aluguer de bicicletas, quadras de tênis, shuffleboard, grelhadores a gás, lavanderia, elevadores e um chuveiro de lavagem ao ar livre para os pés de areia. O bairro tranquilo é ótimo para caminhar e andar de bicicleta. Apaixone-se pela nossa praia tranquila e intocada e pelo descontraído estilo de vida de Sanibel Island. Conchas e aves em abundância! Nice place
The condo was spacious and had all the amenities. They do need more chairs by the pool area.
The only other thing that needs to be addressed is the AC unit couldn't be set below 74 and on the hotter days it was too warm for sleeping. I'm just glad we weren't renting in the hot months. It would have been unbearable.

We had a lovely visit. We loved the property and how close it was to the beach. It was clean and quiet. There was a broken hair dryer in the master bath and the tub drain was very slow. It may have been nice to have salt and pepper there. Other than that we loved it and would recommend others to stay.

Great Vacation Spot!
We so enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was exactly as described on the listing and the customer service was top notch...from the wonderful women who work in the office to the very helpful property manager to having bikes and beach towels and beach chairs available to the inclusion of key basics like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. We would 100% stay here again!

Nice condo with nice amenities
We used VRBO to rent this property. The process was very smooth. We had a ground level unit which was great for my mom, but there was also an elevator for the upper floors. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were some extra amenities with the condo that were appreciated such as beach umbrellas and chairs. The property sits right on the beach, so it was just a short walk to the beach from our unit. We would stay here again.

Great beach vacation
Would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean and just as pictured. Short walk to beach and the beach chairs and supplies in the closet a bonus! Quiet area and lots of paths for walking or biking.

A lovely stay
This was our second time staying at Siesta Sanibel and we love everything about it. This particular condo had nice updates, and was great. Our only complaints would be that there were only 2 working beach chairs and 1 working umbrella that were all pretty dated, and we had 4 adults. The beach chairs were old and rusted as was the umbrella so they could all use updating. The other negative was the blender didn’t work which caused a few messes and a waste of food. We rented bikes for 3 days from the condos, which they gave us half off and we realized why — everyone just uses the bikes at their own will because everyone knows the lock combo so you could never guarantee your bikes would be there from day to day. It felt like with that system they should just include the bikes with your stay instead of charging. Overall it was a good stay, you’re in paradise after all.

Hooked on Sanibel!
Very comfortable accommodations! Loved the screened in area where we ate most of our meals. The office staff are very sweet and helpful. The pool is wonderful and it was nice to have beach toys and chairs to use on the beach. Will be coming back for sure!!!!

Sanibel Stay
The proximity to the beach was the absolute best part of the stay. We went to the beach every single day. The amenities were great with a pool, laundry, and full kitchen. The beach chairs were also very nice to have as well. There were two things I would recommend for the unit. One is that when we arrived, it was pretty musty, and this aggravated both myself and my partners allergies. I would recommend regular cleaning of the air filters in the AC unit. Secondly, on the sliding glass doors, the stickers are helpful, however it is still very hard to tell if the door is open or not. My partner has diminished eye sight in his left eye and walked right into the glass with his martini. I would recommend a colorful sticker for the sliding glass doors as this would be helpful for those with poor eyesight. Otherwise, the unit was great and we had a wonderful time and would stay at in your unit again in the future.

We had a lovely time in Sanibel! The apartment/ condo was perfect for our family of 5. This unit is one of the furthest from the beach, but it is exactly a 5 minute walk from the door to the water! SO close.

We stayed in Condo 101. It was very clean , nicely decorated and plenty of room for 4 people . Kitchen is well stocked with just about everything one would need and more . Beach was great, only a short walk through the complex .
Only negative I have about Sanibel is the crazy price of groceries ! Anyone going to the island, I highly recommend shopping on the mainland .

Can we stay forever?
Although our stay was short we had the most wonderful relaxing time. Everyone staying here was kind and helpful. We loved the condo and it’s beautiful furnishings! The pool was clean and very nice. The walk to the beach was short and well kept. The beach chairs were the perfect touch to an already great view, soft sand and shell filled beach. We were sad to go and can’t wait to come back!

A charming place to stay for a beach vacation.
A fantastic and comfortable condo. My only complaint was towel service. I was there for 6 nights with three adults and one child and could not get fresh bathroom towels. At the end of the day, it was a minor inconvenience. I'm already looking forward to our next trip.

Excellent Stay!
I have visited Sanibel on several occasions. This by far was the best experience I have had across different properties. The condo, grounds, and pool area were kept in exceptional condition. The staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. I appreciated that they had bikes available for rent and I didn't have to make another stop or extra arrangements to have a bike. If a two bedroom condo works for your visit, I couldn't recommend a better place to stay.
