We enjoyed our stay to ski various areas of Chamonix. The ski bus is a 4 minute walk in boots to Chamonix Center bus stop on Outa. As it’s the second stop from the start it was easier to get seats on the bus. Snell sports was a quick rental of skis- a 3 minute walk. Or there is a ski delivery service. The main pedestrian street with shops and restaurants was a 30 second walk. Several small grocery stores were extremely close. The location was perfect. The apartment was well appointed with linens, dish soap, kitchen appliances. Bring your own shampoo, bath soap, and wash cloth.

This is a perfect apartment in the heart of Chamonix, within short walk of two supermarkets and countless restaurants and cafes. The location could not be better and the furnishings are great, including a comfortable bed. Private underground parking is also a real plus. If you're arriving by car, be sure the manager gives you the address of the parking-garage entrance, not the address of the front of the building. The latter is on a pedestrian-only street to which your GPS cannot guide you by car.

We spent 6 wonderful days in this apartment and it was just amazing and we felt very much at home!! We had all the comfort needed. Fabrice, the owner, is quick to answer and very responsive. The apartment is much nicer than the photos, super clean, very comfortable bed, lots of closets and storage, bathroom storage is ample, kitchen has everything one needs, two TV’s one in the main lounge and one in the bedroom which I totally appreciated having when it was cold outside. This is an apartment we can easily spend a few month in with no problem. Parking space was a plus and the location was perfect, in the center of town and yet so quiet. I highly recommend Fabrice’s place and hope to return someday soon.

Appartement bien équipé et situé à 2 pas du centre ville mais dans une rue calme. Bonne literie et placards spacieux dans les chambres. Le parking privé en sous-sol est appréciable car il est difficile de trouver à stationner sur Chamonix!

The apartment in the center of Chamonix was perfect for us while we were visiting our kids and grandson who have lived in the building just next door for many years. The layout felt spacious, with everything we needed provided for.

We stayed here during the UTMB week. It’s central location made going to the activities on foot super easy. Close to markets, restaurants and shopping. Plenty of space and exceptional views of the stunning peaks. We will stay here again if selected for next year’s festivities.

I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights with my two daughters in July and felt safe. The apartment is centrally located and had everything we need it. The apartment is nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable, kitchen was nice, but we did not use it. There is no AC, so need to open windows at night. It was noisy for couple of nights due to proximity to pub. It was super helpful to have grocery store in 2 min away. A lot of restaurants around, we really like restaurant Atmosphere which was 5 min away from the apartment. Also I loved the view of the montaigns from windows and balcony. Check in and check out was ok, we appreciated 1.5 hr late check out at our departure. Overall, we had a good experience and would definitely come back.

The apartment is located just behind one of the main streets in the town centre and is close to everything. The apartment itself is great with everything you would expect for an enjoyable stay. Communications with the owner Fabrice were excellent and the local agent Cyril, could not have been more helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a good 5 day skiing holiday in Chamonix. A car is advisable for moving between ski areas. The lift up to Aiguille Du Midi is a 5 min walk from the apartment and the lift upto Brevant is a 10 minute up hill walk - we didn’t test the ski bus service as we had a car. The apartment was very nice - clean and modern. There is an underground car park with ski locker. The owner and agent were most helpful and check-in/out arrangements were very professional.

We were met outside to be shown access to the underground parking/access to the apartment & had over keys etc. - good service The apartment was perfect for a family of 4 on a 4 night hiking break. The position was so good we never used the car once during our stay. Chamonix is an excellent location with plenty of restaurants, superb hiking trails & also good transport links if you finish your walk further down the valley.

We felt so pampered with this home. The bathroom is beautiful with an excellent shower. The walk to bus stop to ski is so convenient.

Chamonix is just a top destination for me. I love everything about it whether snowboarding in the winter or cycling in the summer. This apartment was a real find as well. Sensibly priced and very well equipped, and furnished to a very high standard. It felt like home. And literally one small block back from the main street and the heart of the town, but so quiet in its location. Underground parking was simple and easy. I have stayed in all manner of accommodations over the last 20 years in the mountains all over Europe. Chamonix remains number 1, and the apartment certainly compliments it. We were greeted at the entrance to the parking as we had supplied an ETA and updated as we were stuck in traffic en-route due to more snow. We arrived before 8pm so no surcharge for late arrival, which is the only problem if you're stuck on the road or at the airport and it's not your fault! All in all, an excellent apartment and I would absolutely recommend it.

We rent the apartment for 1 week. The apartment was nice and clean. We enjoyed every minute of the holliday. Next year we'll be back and rent it again. Everything just went so well.
