It is a very clean and secure building. It's older but well maintained. There are no USB plugs in any of the rooms. The kitchen is adequate. There are no beach towels provided.

The condo didn't disappoint at all, everything was as it said it was, great view and location was easy access to shops and restaurants', parking was a little tight do to the small lot but manageable, there are beach accessories in the hall closet to use, which was not in the listing description but had read it in another review but with no conformation we brought our items we had along so we didn't have to buy or rent if needed, think the only issue we had was working the tv one night when we had rain figuring out what buttons to push to make it work, other than that we enjoyed the beach.

I thought it exceeded our expectations. Really like the security of building, heated pool, the open layout of the condo, location of the condo and the decor. All appliances worked and we didn't have any issues. Could use more kitchen towels, newer coffee pot and an instruction booklet with more information, like WI-Fi password, recommendations for restaurants and a maybe a drop box to drop off keys when leaving. We would stay here again.

Property was very clean and organized, it felt like “home”. Easy access to beach, and heated pool was a plus. Furniture was very comfortable. Probably the best beach condo we’ve rented.

This was my first time staying at Trillium 2A and i wasn't sure what to expect but let me tell you the online pics do not do it justice! This condo is perfect! It's laid out perfectly inside and the huge corner balcony is awesome for watching the sunset every night! Reserved parking and close enough to walk to several of our favorite places! I particularly enjoyed this unit (not only for the spectacular views, the cleanliness of the unit and the layout) but also because i could use the stairs - super convenient! And having a balcony on each bedroom was just an added bonus. I cannot say enough about this unit. Me and my family will most definitely return to this unit! It was an absolute delight!

Absolutely doesn't get any better than this. Only 5 floors, 3 units on each, not a large crowded condo building. Literally only steps to the beach and pool. From the corner unit we can see both sunrise and spectacular sunsets. Even when full the units are very quiet. Upgrades always being made. This year new lamps, more hangers, possibly new dryer, air conditioning system was awesome, never had to adjust the temp, left it at a constant 73 degrees, living rooms shades fixed. Left a week before the hurricane, hope all is well.

We had a great time and loved this property.

The condition of the unit was good but the cleanliness was not great. Once we arrived to the unit we had to sweep floors due to objects like bottle caps in the floor. We also had to wash the sheets because they had hairs that weren’t ours all over the sheets and pillows. One of the toilets had a urine stain on it. The unit has a restriction on the air conditioning unit. You aren’t able to take it any lower than 72. The check in process was easy but not convenient due to having to go to a separate location to get keys. Location of the property was great though.

I loved the rental unit. It was right on the beach, so we woke up to the beautiful sight and sound of the ocean every day. The area was quiet, but near all conveniences that one would need. The only complaint was that the WIFI was a little slow, but who should be on the Internet with the beach so close!! :)

We arrived to realize we had no air conditioning. Figured out that the batteries were missing from the thermostat. Staff brought batteries immediatley. Had issues with refrigerator the entire week. Believe the staff did all that they could do to help.

We were so glad that new chairs were added to pool area. And a new lock was put on the outside door.. We have a suggestion to make it easier for guest. Could there be a combination to get into building and another code to get into room? Your office is in an inconvenient location, especially returning the keys. We have an early flight home so have to return keys the night before we leave. We can't leave the room on our last night.

This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the Gulf and the western sunsets. The unit has been very nicely updated,specially kitchen and baths. There were many kitchen utensils, pans, glasses, etc., and more than enough linens. There were also many beach chairs and toys, and even a small library of books. It was lovely to have the W/D, but the dryer was falling apart. The only other downside is the lack of a grill on the property. It would be wonderful if we could at least use a hibachi on the balcony... Would love the Condo Board to rethink those rules!

Great Condo with a great location. Remodeled nicely inside and within minutes to several good restaurants and shops. Enjoyed being in the pool and only a few feet from the beach as well. Will definitely consider this building and unit for upcoming vacations.

It was wonderful. The view of the ocean is beautiful. Very close to the areas of interest we came to enjoy. The restaurants we found for seafood were awesome. We would and have recommended this rental to several people. You couldn't have a better location on the beach.

Unit 2A is great, especially for a family of 4. The condo is spacious, was very clean upon our arrival, and nicely updated and decorated. There is a full size washer and dryer in the room, which we loved, and both worked well. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Having 2 small children, we also enjoyed the fact that the beach was just a few steps from the condo. You are able to hear street traffic from both bedrooms and the AC unit is in the 2nd bedroom, so when it kicks on it is very loud. We would recommend bringing a sound machine or radio, but other than that we loved this unit and are likely to return.

We had 3 condos at the Trillium for the week of Thanksgiving. We have done this the last few years. This is the perfect place for all of us in our family. The beach is yards away as well as the pool, which all enjoyed young and old. The condos are spacious and very nice, plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Some went to Busch Gardens, which was 45 minutes away, some played golf, while others went fishing. A few rented jet skis. But mostly we enjoyed the beach and the beautiful weather and cooked but also lunched at some of the many restaurants close by. I would highly recommend this place for families or just two to four people at a time.

Condo is directly on the beach with awesome views. If you like listening to the ocean, 2A is situated over the pool. Noisy pool guests are a challenge. Kitchen and LR are updated, granite and stainless appliances. Master is large, but bring a fan to drowned out traffic noise. Bathrooms are old, like 70's old. Creepy hallway and stairwell.
