Great location. Amenities were good. Enjoyed the grill area Bathrooms were old with a lot of wear and tear. Cleanliness not so great. Bathroom floors were very dirty. Lots of dust everywhere kitchen cabinet handles were sticky with old food Found a small lizard in my bedroom.

We really enjoyed the condo and the beach being so close. Will be staying there again!

Perfect spot for 4 night getaway, beautiful beach, walkable to restaurants and convenience store. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and property!

Positives - top floor corner unit, quiet building (only 30-something units), great location on the beach and easy walk to everything you need, enjoyed the pool area and the deck next to the beach, condo has nice layout Neutral - kitchen was reasonably stocked but lacked plastic glasses for outside use, no ice cube trays or ice maker, limited cookware and no kettle Negatives - Unit is very original, king mattress badly needs to be replaced (has grooves on each side and a hill in the middle), sheets were knobby or pillied and fitted sheet kept coming loose, pillows were cheap and hard. No overhead lights or fans in bedrooms or living room (AC worked fine) so it was a little dark in the unit night time. Bathrooms and kitchen were old but worked fine. TV in living room didn't work until the last day of our week stay, took building manager that long and several calls & emails to send someone to figure out the cable wasn't connected properly. Bottom line - would I stay again? Yes - unit wasn't perfect but hard to beat location and amenities for the price.

Unit was not clean, 1/2 hour late getting in and the cleaning person come a 1/2 hour early for checkout. Unit was not clean, bed was very noisy when moving around, no hot tub built into pool they said, needs a lot of maintenance and the internet didn’t work the whole time we were there. Then they finally called my wife back and rudely stated CHECH YOUR PORTAL which we would have if they told us told to from the beginning. Tv were very hard to figure out and you could not get any football games on in the living room had to use a different setup in the bedroom. Very disappointing as we have stayed at the Caprice for many years!

I had a staff member snap at me when walking in the door to get the keys and park pass because she was on the phone and asked me to be quiet. Having to show at the management office and get keys, then drop them off is old school also. the keys should be in the unit for the property, and a park pass should be available there also. The Toilet had issues in the 2nd room and had to be blunged after every use, even number one lol

The property was great, a little confusing from directions about checking in, and checking out, but nothing real serious, definitely one of the better locations we’ve stayed, close restaurants within walking distance, great beach for walking and picking shells, Tampa zoo was also fun, will definitely stay again

Could use ice maker and a couple more beach chairs.

The property was comfortable and clean. Easy access to restaurants. Loved the beach. The TV's are all set up differently and directions for use would have been helpful. Also, the Wi-Fi info on the refrigerator is different from the email. That was confusing, I called the number for help, left a message and never heard back.

Beautiful apartment, quick walk to the beach, super clean (a little dated, but clean). Easy to park, take elevator and check in. Beach was beautiful and never crowded. Easy walk to a lot of restaurants and bars too.

Most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years. Condo was well appointed with comfortable furniture and beds. Great views of the gulf and beautiful sunsets.

This rental was perfect for our needs for a short weekend getaway. The beach was beautiful with clear waters, soft sand and a gentle breeze. Not overly crowded like many Florida beaches and a short walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

It was a nice stay, nice area, very central. However, we expected to have a sponge to wash dishes and some soap as well. We arrived to the unit quite late and it is nice if you at least have some details to organize yourself in the kitchen. Thank you.

This was our first experience using a rental platform such as VRBO and my husband and I both agree we will absolutely stay here again! It was such a cute place and a quick walk down to the beach. The flooring has definitely been updated since the previous pictures/reviews and everything was clean and cozy. I truly have nothing bad to say about our stay! We loved everything about it, especially the view from our master bedroom.

Everything is great, pretty consistent with everyone else’s comments. Obviously the carpet could use replacing but since that’s been the feedback since 2021, it doesn’t seem there’s a rush to replace it.

The only problem was our dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work , and the refrigerator leaked water from inside which flowed out onto the tile floor, resulting in a slip hazard. I made 2 calls to the property management company and although they put in a work order, none of the issues were addressed during our stay.

I don't know if anyone came to spray after calling the office, but I got a can of spray and sprayed once a day where they would be seen. I did keep floors and counters clean from crumbs and food. I was uncomfortable seeing them, and made the best of the situation.
