Lovely little house. The outdoor shower was fantastic!

Property is in an amazing location to the beach, small shops and an easy walk into town. House is very well appointed with everything you could need for a trip away.

Lovely, very clean house in a good location. A very short walk to a private beach. All the kitchen amenities provided which made a big difference to our stay! Gosia is very responsive to messages and Tammy, the caretaker, really takes pride in her work! My daughter got stung by a jellyfish and there was a vinegar spray bottle available to help treat the sting! It’s these thoughtful things that made our stay enjoyable!

Gosia’s place is wonderful. It was super clean and had all the facilities that we could possibly need. The living area isn’t super big but we had plenty of room for the five of us. The location is the best; short walk to the beach and shops. The hosts have thought of everything to help with a perfect stay. Would highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay again.

A well presented holiday house in a good location. We will come back to Busso and we wil probably stay at Rosebud again if it is available

We had a wonderful time in this cosy and homey property. We had everything that we could possibly need provided for us. The house was the perfect size for 6 of us, with enough room for us to relax in the living room together, cook together and have our own space. The owners were very kind and informative. Overall this was an excellent place to stay and I would highly recommend it :)

Thoroughly enjoyed the property. Myself and my partner really liked the heated blankets in the bed. Really made those cold nights comfortable.

We loved this location. The walk/cycle along the nearby beach was fantastic as it went all the way to the Busselton jetty. The boys loved the big backyard and played happily outside. Thank you for a comfortable and pleasurable stay.

Great cottage , didn't have enough time to again

Headed down to Busselton with friends to attend a festival at the foreshore. Property was as promised, cute and comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect location and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owner was easy to correspond with and would definitely stay here again.

Place was very clean. It had everything that we required. Proximity to the beach was great & wasn't to far to the jetty or any of the many places to eat. Owner is super friendly to deal with, highly recommend.

Homely little cottage close to the beautiful Geographe Bay beach. Had everything we needed and easy contact with host. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to stay again.

This property is lovely. clean, well stocked, warm, and cosy but not small. Parking is plentiful. Easy 15-20 minute walk to jetty and 2 mins to beach. Would easily stay there again. The boys complained that there was no WIFI, wasn't deliberate choice on my part but i knew it wouldn't be used, I was right. This may be something you want as a guest but we were there for fishing. Would stay again with no hesitation

This is a really cozy little home that my family quite enjoyed, being right next to the beach we had the option to take a 5 minute walk to have a swim aswell. It's a 3 minute drive from the town aswell so we were also able to go out and eat or shop.

Everythingwas easy from the beginning, with the booking to our arrival. The owners have been amazing through the whole process. Lovely place to stay and we look forward to coming back

You extended our checkout time which was extremely helpful to get 3 young kids packed up and on the road, we were very grateful for this ☺️ The house was perfectly clean upon arrival. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds were clean and extra blankets were provided for the colder nights. Instructions were very clear throughout the house which was extremely helpful especially with a small family. The backyard is massive and a perfect space for children to burn off some energy !! The board games and few outdoor toys are a lovely touch too. The location is perfect. One block back from the beach and a walking/bike path all the way in to the jetty/foreshore. We took advantage of this and rode or bikes there most days, about a 3km round trip that our 4 and 3 year olds managed easily. We will definitely be back in the future to stay and are more than happy to recommend your house to our friends and family. Thanks for an amazing stay !

This was a perfect little cottage for our stay. The little kids loved the backyard and having a space to play and it was perfect for at the end of a busy day playing to come back and relax.
