Nice place. Met all expectations and was true to description.

We stopped at PCB for a few nights before heading down to St George Island. The condo was in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the extra touches such as beach towels for each guest and extra beach chairs. Would stay here again in the future and would highly recommend!

We have stayed in multiple condos in PCB trying to find the best one. We will be staying here from now on! This was by far the best condo that we have stayed in while at PCB. It is on the west side so you are able to escape most of the congestion that you find further down the beach. The condo itself was amazing. Gary shows that he cares about his property and his guests with this his attention to detail. This condo has everything you could need or want. Fully furnished kitchen with updated appliances. Bedrooms that are furnished with smart tv's, comfortable beds, and the best ceiling fans you could lay under. Living room and dining room that are furnished with current, great condition and comfortable furniture. The balcony has amazing views of the gulf and equipped with modern patio furniture that is also in great shape. We were able to sit and relax in the shade or watch as the storms rolled into the Gulf. The shower in the master bath... we will be remodeling our shower at home after this experience! The entire condo was updated and really made you feel like you were home. The facility itself was great also. Private parking with reserved spots and 3 elevators that actually work made getting to and from the room a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again!

Rooms were nice and spacious, and place was super clean! True oceanfront property! Definitely will recommend to anybody wanting to go to PCB. Hoping to stay here in the future again!

This is our second time staying here. We will always stay at this condo. It’s absolutely gorgeous and Gary is a wonderful host. It’s always spotless clean. We love it. I cried when we had to leave.

Tastefully decorated condominium, clean, and located on the beach! This is our fourth time at Tropic Winds, and this condo was the best. Well equipped for cooking, beach towels and chairs. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the third time we have stayed in one of the two units this Owner has on the 15th floor. At this height, you get a lot of privacy on the very large, well fitted deck, with excellent views of the entire ocean, from east to west, just amazing. Everything in the unit is top-notch, and works great. Amazing shower, you have to try this - water coming from four different heads, including the best rain-head EVER. Easy, but tight, parking in private garage below all units - no skyway bridge or road crossing to get into the units from your car. Three elevators, usually very quick access. Hot tub is hot, we didn't use the sauna, pool, or steam room, but have before. Never crowded beaches when we go (late sept-mid oct). If going during hurricane season, get the travel insurance, as you can only get refunds if there is a mandatory evacuation order issued. (we lucked out, Ian swerved east). Walking distance to Thomas Donuts to the west and a few bars, shops, restaurants including Buddy's Fish Market - the best place to get ruby red shrimp (the best) and grouper.

WOW is what sums up my stay in this stunning condo. First, Gary, the Owner is really the nicest person to deal with. The condo is EXACTLY as pictured. From the moment you enter the garage, the building is cleaned inside and out. Once you enter the condo, you’re greeted by stunning décor and you can just about see the gorgeous view of the ocean. The balcony…..STUNING! Private, large and features several seating options. Did I mention the GORGEOUS ocean views? We ended up spending half day on the beach and half day on the balcony. The spa bathroom? Just beautiful! The bed was comfortable and nicely decorated. We’ll definitely be back sometime in October.

This property is stunning! No design details are spared in the condo and it’s a such a wonderful condo to vacation in. The amenities are top notch and they leave so much for the renter to use. Beach towels, beach chairs and sand toys! Not to mention the kitchen is equipped with all things needed. The balcony was our favorite part too with wonderful patio furniture to over look sunsets and sunrises! We can not wait to stay here again! We have stayed in both of Gary’s units and both exceed expectations! Can’t wait to book for next year!

The condo was just as described. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The parking was excellent with easy access to beach. The elevators were very fast with the room entrance close by. Pier Park was close by with lots of good places to eat. We were there for the car show that weekend and hope to come back this fall. Thanks again Gary for letting us use your place.

This condo is just like everyone says. I like the west end of the beach so it was just where I wanted to be. The condo was spotless and ready when we got there. Everything was in working order and being on 15th floor was a plus. Next time this is where I will stay from now on

This place was immaculate! Super clean and welcoming. I was in awe many times about how nice this condo was and it was a constant conversation. The patio was very spacious and had several sitting options. The master bed and bath was the highlight of this condo. We are still dreaming about sleeping on the bed. The mattress and pillows were amazing. The kids loved the lighted headboard display but my favorite was the shower! We are a family of 6 and this condo provided enough room for all of us. The kitchen also was well stocked with all the items we needed to cook. I loved that they provided beach service and they even had extra beach chairs and beach toys in the laundry room. The pool is hit or miss as far as being liked and many people don’t spend time there but it was nice to use it and not be crowded. The building is steps from the sand and also provides a very large hot tub. The elevators were usually quick and it was not a task to go from the car to the condo. Checkout on a holiday was a little chaotic and there was no luggage carts and long lines for the elevator. Next time we know to leave early or checkout late. This will be a place we always remember and will always try to return to.

We just left today and as always we have the best experience staying in Gary’s properties . Always clean neat and quiet. This is our 2 nd time this year we stayed in both properties and get the same experience. Gary you rock.

Condo was very clean and well stocked. The view is amazing and during the time we were at the condo we spent most of it out on the huge balcony. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen also added to the comfort of our stay. The property was good, we had some trouble with elevators one was broken for our whole stay which added to wait times but nothing out of the norm for high rise condo stays. Beach service was nice but we ended up using the chairs and umbrella that were provided as the beach service chairs don’t allow you much space to yourself. We appreciated that the chairs and umbrellas were there when we wanted more room to ourselves on the beach. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

If you want some here relaxing that gives you all things you may need and want THIS IS THE PLACE!

By far, the nicest condo I've ever stayed in. The decor was beautiful - just as pictured on the website. The master bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing! The view was incredible, and having the two front row beach chairs and umbrella was a great perk! Gary has ensured you have everything you need for a relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was fabulous. It was everything advertised. The owner Gary was very responsive. We had absolutely no problems but a couple of questions and he always got right back with me. The condo is great. It has everything you could possibly need. The view is spectacular and plenty of seating on the balcony. The chair and umbrella attendants were always there and ready to help in any way they could. So many wonderful restaurants close by. We will definitely be back and will not stay anywhere else except this condo. Not as crowded as the east end which was very nice.

This property was everything from the views to the location and the decor. The unit is very spacious, beds are comfy and it has everything you need. The balcony is large, perfect spot for sunrise or sunset view. It was a 10 to 15 min drive to all the hotspots. And dont forget the beach is literally in your backyard. Gary was great, he was quick with responding and flexible.

Delightfully pleased! Such a wonderful place to stay. The pictures that we saw was the product that we received. Wonderful location, nicely decorated and fully furnished. It was nice to have everything we needed to go to the beach right there for us. We enjoyed the sauna and the steam room and the pool even though it was a bit chillier but they accommodated us by turning the heat up in the pool. The view was wonderful and we walked on the beach every day. The only complaint we had, which is a personal health issue, is that we couldn’t get comfortable on the furniture and the beds were hard. Always keep in mind ones personal bed is the most comfortable place so I can’t hold it against the renter. It was an awesome place to stay, we had a wonderful experience and cannot wait to go back! Gary, the property manager was wonderful. Easy check-In. Wonderful parking spot. The condo was immaculate clean. I felt at home as soon as I walked in. The condo decor was beautiful. The large balcony that we could look out from living room or the master bedroom was perfect. The master bed was so comfortable, we took pictures of the mattress and went and bought one just like it!! The master shower was awesome. We will never stay anywhere but here from now on. Book your vacation here, you want be disappointed.

This was our first family vacation. This condo includes so much more than all the other places I looked up. Beautiful view, super clean, awesome shower & comfortable beds, kitchen fully equipped & 1 parking pass. We had the opportunity to meet the owner & his housekeeper in person & they made sure we had everything we needed & were taken care of. My family & I will definitely be coming back!
