Omg. Where do I start. First it was 8 of us 4 couples for Laconia Bike Week. First the ad did not do it justice! The “screening” process at first seemed like overkill but I quickly appreciated it. I can not imagine “renting out” such a wonderful space. It was abundantly clear the reason for as some say “all the rules” because when we arrived every thing seemed brand new -in its place. It felt like we were at home yet away with 6 others. I can honestly say it was by far the nicest place we have ever rented. After 5 days no one in our group ever wanted for anything-everything was exactly as explained by Alan and written down and so we’ll appointed! There was only 8 of us but by all means there could have been 7 more and we still would have had enough room (even with rain most of the time) after signing the guest book, we all agreed there was not one thing we could suggest as an improvement yet we could go on about the positives. Words can not describe not only the condo itself but everything from the incredible water pressure-the actual space-the linens/appliances/furnishings/fixtures/decor, the supplies/security, the checking/out process including payment and security deposit return, the amenities (fire pit/hot tub/spa passes/Wi-Fi/television/games/ area suggestions/recommendation/parking) I would by all means stray again and would be happy to tell anyone or give a recommendation/referral!

Our group of families with kids had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect for our group and everyone had a blast!

This is our second year staying here. We love this Condo! Plenty of room to sleep, love all the space downstairs for the younger crowd. Conditions at Loon even better after the snow on Wednesday.

We had a great experience staying at Alan's condo near Loon. The property is well equipped, centrally located, and the space is SO well utilized (plenty of hang out space, plenty of beds).

We had a wonderful time at Alan's condo! There were 14 of us total ranging from 11 - adult. We had plenty of space and the location was awesome! The most impressive part was that I left my wedding ring and another diamond ring in a bathroom when we left. Once I realized it Alan was able to have someone go to the condo to retrieve them for me. He did not let the cleaners in until my rings were found. This was above and beyond and so appreciated!

Beautiful home with comfortable beds and plenty of room for three families! Host had the house decorated for Christmas which was a wonderful surprise as we were celebrating Christmas with family presents and all. Can’t say enough about host and home except you need to experience this as well!!!

Our family and friends had an excellent time here for a weekend getaway as we visited Santa’s Village. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had a little something for everyone. Have stayed in a number of places in Lincoln, this was by far the best!

Wonderful home, pictures do not do it justice. Room for everyone, location was perfect for all we wanted to do. Enjoyed all amenities. Alan was easy to work with!!

Alan is a most gracious host and Patty was there to solve any issue and help with recommendations as well. Listening to the river while having coffee in the morning and being in close proximity to any and everything you could need were two of our favorite things about the property. Well appointed, comfortable and spacious, our entire family was able to enjoy togetherness and time alone under the same roof. Would recommend and would stay again if we get the chance. Glad we took Patty’s recommendation of Clark’s!!

The property was comfortable, met our family's needs, quiet, & convenient to desired activities. We would choose to stay here again. .We had some issues but .they were addressed promptly. The property seemed very clean until one of the children lost a lovey. We had to search under beds and pull apart the sofa, These areas were very dirty and found left behind food.

Stayed at this unit with a large group in the summer and loved it! House is huge with plenty of beds and baths for all. We all enjoyed playing In the river and eating at the local places - Woodstock inn is a must!! Only complaint is that we couldn’t figure out the pool situation. Maybe a bit more clarity about how to access those things. Otherwise Allen was thorough in his instructions and the check in/check out process was smooth. Thank you - we will be back!!

We absolutely loved this condo. There were 6 adults and 5 children and it was plenty large enough for all of us to have room together or a little private time. The location is superb with the Pemi River running right behind it which is fun to swim in. The indoor and outdoor pools were spotless and great for the kids. I would recommend this rental property.

Family gathering just before the 4th of July. Check in was easy. Place was very clean and has pretty much everything you’d need (even 2 coffee makers!). TVs are smart tvs with apps but they have live tv via Spectrum. They are very thorough with pre arrival and departure asks. It may seem like a lot but we’ll worth it for a better stay and really not any more than you’d have elsewhere. Note that if you have a very large group, there is not on site parking for more than 4 cars. The location is fantastic. It’s maybe 5-10 minutes walk into town and the same up to the base of Loon. Lots of places to explore by the river which is literally out the back door. Would definitely return in any season.

We can’t wait to come back! This was our first trip together in over two years and it meant so much for all of us to finally be together! As a group of 12 with 8 adults and 4 children ranging in age from ~1yo to 4yo- this location provided everything for everyone! The property itself was fantastic and accommodated everyone’s needs with ease- there was enough space for privacy, yet ample room to gather and enjoy each other! The location couldn’t be more perfect- it’s within walking distance to everything you’d need- grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, a liquor store, a brewery and endless family fun activities! Alan was so responsive and prompt to answer all of our questions and concerns prior to arrival! It’s evident that he takes great care and pride in being a Vrbo host and we are all so grateful! Thanks for helping to provide a memorable and joyous weekend for all us all! We can’t wait to go back!

Great location, close to mountain, close to town, condo was very nice, had everything we needed, great for large group, plenty of places to sleep!

We travelled to this condo over St. Patty's day 2022. It was a great trip. The condo is located a short drive from the Lincoln Express Chair. Really easy on and off the mountain. The unit itself is magnificent, and very well appointed. They had a crock pot which allowed for dinner to be ready when we got off the mountain. Played a lot of pool and there TVs everywhere for the kids. The lower level was spacious and the six kids really enjoyed the bunk room. The back deck with the sound of the river in the background was an absolute bonus. Great trip, and can't wait to go back.

We rented this condo as a first family gathering ski trip, with grandparents, 5 grandkids, and four parents/adults, and it was awesome. The condo is huge with every amenity you could need, many bathrooms, comfortable beds, and the kids loved the big bunk bed room. The kitchen is great for hosting a big group, and the whole place is just comfortable. Every little detail has been thought of and accounted for, and both the property manager and owners were accessible and very friendly. We look forward to returning here for many more family ski trips.

Got the family together for a Christmas ski trip at this great property. We had several adults and kids and we all had plenty of room to relax. The pool table provided lots of fun and we enjoyed movies and the big screen tv. Great location for skiing at loon mountain with access on the private road and use of the pool and hot tub at the base facility. We had plenty of equipment to make a great holiday meal and perfect ski storage in the garage. Would stay again for sure!

Tounhouse was more than I expected. Beautiful, clean, tons of ammenities and close to all we wanted to do. Would recommend 100%
