The property is wonderful. The host are very accommodating and Nacira was a wonderful cook.

This was the BEST Birthday celebration I've ever had. I searched for a perfect place to celebrate my 60th birthday. I had traveled to Cartagena on a cruise for my 50th birthday and always wanted to return. I came across Fernando's Penthouse which looked incredible. I needed room for 24 of my friends so I ended up renting 2 Penthouses. It can be a little overbearing trying to figure things out so that everyone can come to Cartagena and have an amazing time. That's where our host Fernando came in, He was SO AMAZING!! Every question was answered, every situation was addressed and he got back to me immediately. He recommended an amazing Maid who is now a part of our family. She cooked the BEST meals for us. It's not easy cooking for 24 women but she did. And it was prepared in a timely manner. She went above and beyond also made the most incredible fruit juices!! The location was PERFECT. Located near restaurants, malls, and not too far from anything we wanted to do, The beach is in walking distance and a taxi ride to The Walled City and Getsemani was very inexpensive. Fernando gave me great tips about fees and money exchange. Thank you Fernando. I followed all your suggestions and they ALL worked out well. The Penthouses were absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The pictures are pretty but they don't capture the true beauty of that place. The scenery was the most exciting part of our stay. The sunrise/sunset were priceless!! I'll be back but not with so many! Thank you!!!

Fernando and Sandra are awesome, plain and simple. They were always available to answer all of my questions before and during the stay. We chose Cartagena to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday and had a great time. We also chose to hire Nacira to help us with the everyday cleaning and she is beyond amazing and trustworthy, she made all the difference in the world. I can not wait to go back with friends and family.

What a wonderful and beautiful property!! The pictures provided by the owners cannot justify the true beauty you and your family will encounter. This awesome panoramic view will dazzle your senses Into euphoria. The view is absolutely stunning. The rooms are so clean and confortable. The place have all the amenities that you need. We will definitely coming back, this will be definitely the place we will stay when we come back to Cartagena. Fernando y Sandra were so helpful.

Fernando and Sandra provided exceptional service and follow up with inquiries from the beginning of the process of renting the condo, helping to coordinate the maid and cook services and everything in between. They were the perfect hosts. The condo and balcony views were breathtakingly beautiful. The jacuzzi was a perfect finish to our day of exploring The Old City. Our housekeeper/cook was a great help and always accommodating. She even washed clothes snd ironed when needed. Every evening we had a great meal that was topped off with a different homemade juice. Our favorite was the juego de lulo! Fernando and hus team made our first trip to Colombia memorable.

Great rental experience all the way around. From communicating with the Host Fernando to the penthouse i stayed in. Great views of the ocean and just a wonderful stay.
