Good stay. Only complaint is the way the laundry service works. I feel that is more of a resort issue, not owner issue.

terrific view. although the unit was basically clean- it could use a deep cleaning. Bed was quite comfortable.

The apartment is great, fully equipped and very spacious. Location can't be better with beach just in front and close to restaurants, supermarkeys, ... checkin was super easy and the host is very responsive.

Great place to stay, we was in Florida the first time and we was very happy and very relaxed. The place has everything what you need for your vacation! Three generations ( Grandma, Mom and Daughter) we came here for the week, the apartment and building very clean and very peaceful, the view and the beach was amazing! Very close to Miami for a day trip, very close to Walmart for shopping, very beautiful long beach to walk. Ines and her assistant was very welcoming and helpful, very responsible, check in was dimly and quick, we was also able to check out at 4:00 pm because our late evening flight! Very thankful for that and yes we will be back for sure! Thank you for everything!🙏😊❤️

The pictures do not give this place justice! It was way more beautiful and clean. Perfect location and the view was amazing for patio beach pics. Very convenient location close to Walmart to grab bare necessities and groceries. Owner and her assistant were amazing with help checking in and responding to questions. We will definitely stay here again in the future ❤️

Great place to stay. Condo was clean and our hostess Eliana was exceptional. Our flight was delayed, diverted to another airport for hours, and eventually getting to our destination, The Tides, hours after what had been planned. Eliana was so helpful with all my phone calls during this time. She was very helpful in a stressul situation. I highly recommend!!!

The condo was sufficient for the price paid. It was not overall as clean as it could have have been. Seemed to be dusty and wife had allergy attacks while there. Tv was rather small at 32” and probably wouldn’t have been noticed but we had 3 days rain of epic amounts. So we were grounded 3 days watching tv. The pool was overpopulated when weather broke and many there without property wrist bands. Would like to see another method than wrist bands as I am not a fan of any jewelry. To wear an archaic wrist band was like back on the 80’s at a club. All in all property is what could have been expected for the price paid

Great location. Host was very helpful. The condo was comfortable, but, needs an upgrade/renovation.

Overall good experience. I felt the key fob at every door, including inside the facility, elevators etc.

My husband celebrated his birthday in Hollywood, Florida, and stayed at this property from January 11th to January 15th. We visit Miami often, and decided to stay in Hollywood this visit. The host, Ines provided detailed information regarding the unit, check-in, check-out, etc. The assistant Eliana called, and advised that she would be waiting for us. Eliana was so pleasant and professional, and made the check-in process very easy. The Valet was also nice and made sure we knew the procedures for registering our rental car. The unit itself was clean and spacious and the view of the ocean was amazing. The pool was also very nice. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the peacefulness of the area. We totally enjoyed our visit. This property is worth every penny. We would rent again. :-)

Check in process was very shady, in a weird building in the back door, also charged me $60 for a keyphob. The place was clean and quiet. Pool was nice. Not somewhere where u can walk to restaurants and shopping though! I give it 3 stars

Very much enjoyed our stay. Location was quiet and felt very safe. Easy access to places we wanted to see. We used Uber to get around. Would recommend people stay here.

The unit was exactly as described. The property manager’s assistant was very helpful at check in. There is a gorgeous pool and easy access to the beach.

Enjoyable location and cleanly kept

Property was just like the listing and actually a lot nicer in person. The view is breath taking and the pool is on the beach. The Property does require $20 for your parking decal but you get that back and it $30 for one key fab per 2 people that is require to enter and exit the property plus you have to pay for your wrist band but I think that is the building management decision it has nothing to do with the individual property owners.

Great location, right on the beach and close to the Hollywood Boardwalk.

Horrible check-in process. Down scary dark hall.Took 2 hours.. Condo was underwhelming. Run down. Broken lamps, slow heat, cupboards covered in paper instead of fixing properly. Scary old broken spinner in small bathroom needs to be removed. Old TVs. Thank goodness for great weather! Will not stay again.

Ines, the host, communicated with us before, during and afterward .. She walked us through parking and check in . She made sure we had everything we needed. The unit was very clean and well appointed and the builded had extensive security. It was obvious that the owner was trying to renovate the unit but it still needs help. The kitchen cabinets were in I’ll repair and the bathroom shower head was jury rigged. Be aware that there are added resort and parking fees.

This apt provides a great view of the ocean and has a lovely pool area . The interior is as described but the furnace is rather worn. We were disappointed that there was only one small bar of soap for two people staying four days. There was no Kleenex Halfway through our stay the kitchen light stopped working and we were forced to cook dinner in the dark. The shower in the bathroom has also seen better days. The shower head was hanging loosely from the wall, the drain that would allow a bath was broken . The owner was responsive when we emailed but not really helpful. We would probably not stay here again.

Great place to relax and enjoy sun and an ocean

We rented this condo for a long weekend. It was just my 16 year son and myself. We didn’t need the night life of Fort Lauderdale. So this is more relaxing and quiet. Check in was easy, the unit was very clean! We had a couple MINOR issues and the owner responded quickly and sent someone right over when I said it wasn’t an urgent matter, just bringing it to her attention. The unit has two queen size beds in the bedroom, room darkening blinds, and plenty of storage for our needs. There were plenty of towels for two we didn’t use them all. Beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, small cooler were available which was perfect since we flew in, there were even boogie boards. Coffee pot is a Keurig, I brought coffee. But we walked to Walmart picked up groceries and took a Lyft vehicle back. I thought the water filter pitcher was a nice touch so we didn’t need as much bottle water. The kitchen, for us had everything we could possibly need. The location would be easier with a car. But, we used Lyft rides for everything. This area is low key and relaxing. A few restaurants within walking. if you want a nightlife and boardwalk and the hype, go to Fort Lauderdale beach, if you want more quiet, less tourist feel, you want to stay here! This is a great place to stay for a couple or small family. Plenty of room, very clean and great customer service. They were very accommodating. I highly recommend. More amenities at a good price!

Firstly the property is extremely clean. Also, it is well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, cooler, boogie boards. The kitchen had a full stock of pans, plates, blender, spices. Very impressed with the selection provided. The beds are very comfortable and sheets very soft. They even had a pack and play if you have a little one. The property was very convenient. Tons of great food options. The cafe across the street was a highlight. The cafe on the property was great too and even offered delivery to the beach. The pool and beach access was fantastic. It’s so nice to take literal steps and be on the beach. If I could could critique a few things it would be the bathtub was very, very slippery to shower in and the water drained very slowly. The main lighting on the kitchen didn’t work, but it didn’t bother us at all. The light above the stove was plenty of light. And one other nit picky thing was the rug in the living room area had no grip on the underside so there was a few slips on it. The door to get in and out of the balcony has a pretty high lip so be aware when stepping over. I bashed my toes pretty hard the first day. Even with those minor things I still rate this place 5 stars. Would absolutely stay here again.

This property was clean and in good condition, and right along the beach. The owner was so accommodating, she answered my every text timely and even had a replacement beach umbrella delivered when we reported the previous was broken. The one issue we had was for check-in and parking-- the building staff wasn't very clear with their instructions, we had to speak to 5 different people to get all of our passes, other guests in the building were having tantrums about this, and one of the valets even told us to park elsewhere. Thankfully, the other valet assisted us properly. But these are not problems with the apartment or the owner, as both were fantastic. Once we got through the building registration, we had a fabulous time. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean! Short distance to board walk. Pool was awesome. Condo was located right on the beach. Marisa was very helpful and let us stay past the check out time since our flight wasn’t until later. We will defintiely stay here again for our next girls trip!

Great condo! Fully equipped with essentials (utensils, toaster, oven, stove) and even nonessentials (boogie board, beach chairs, umbrella, sunscreen). Great view of beach/ocean. Clean and relaxing. Close to Aventura Mall, multiple grocery stores, and entertainment. Property owner was very prompt to return messages.. Absolutely would stay again!

We had a great time. The condo was exactly as pictured and everything we needed for the week. The beach chairs provided were great! We flew in and had no vehicle so just caught a Uber when needed. We enjoyed walking all over the area. Walmart was really close for groceries and we even popped in a local Crossfit gym for a class right beside it if ur interested in that. We also rented double bikes for $5/$10 on Broadwalk which was fun! Hubby found the 7-Eleven very convenient across the street to pick up his adult beverages! The pool was pretty but we honestly spent all our time on the beach! We had a simple and relaxing time together! Beds were comfortable and the big couch was super cozy!
