We truly enjoyed our stay here! We had a group of 6 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect. It was close to everything you would need; Resturant’s, outlets, the lake, mini golf, bowling, etc. Cody was so kind and so helpful. He truly cares about the guests and makes sure you know he is available for any questions you have or anything you need. The unit was spotless. It is 3 levels, giving plenty of space. While you do need to bring your own sheets and towels, they provide plenty of comforters! The only thing that could have made our stay better (which was purely just something that would have worked better for our group) was the bedroom with the twins/trundle was on the lowest floor. The rest of the bedrooms were up on the 3rd level. We had intended to put our kids in that room, but with their age they needed to be near us also, so having that twin room upstairs, and one of the larger beds downstairs would have been easier but again nothing that ruined our stay! I would highly recommend this unit for any group traveling to Lake George and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This property is very clean, spacious and conveniently located. Communication with the property manager, Cody, was excellent!!!! He was a quick text away to an answer to any question. He met us on our first day to go over everything about the property. Cody was so easy to talk to and very nice and friendly. He made our stay very stress free!!!! The place itself was great for our family adult children, spouses and kids. Everyone had their space and privacy. I would stay here again for sure!!

Sleeps 8 perfectly. The pull out sofa is not ok to sleep on.

This is our fifth year vacationing in Lake George, we love the condo and the location. My entire family enjoyed the week.

We enjoyed our Lake George stay at this beautiful condo. Kitchen was well-equipped. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out. Walking distance to main beach was nice. Only negative was did not like the foam mattresses. But this may be a personal preference.

We had a great time at Lake George. The house was beautiful and spacious. Minor issues but were taken care of. The only thing would be to change the hours of check in and out. Not very convenient. Other than that, we would definitely come back!

There were 8 of us and the house provided lots of quiet areas and plenty of privacy for all. It was well maintained. We had a great time & would definitely rent it again.

This is our 3rd or 4th stay on this property, accommodations were perfect for us. Location and Condo were perfect for 8 golfers to stay.

Clean and spacious. Photos were a bit old, so not all furniture matched photos. TV was a bit old. Having a need to bring own towels and bedsheets is somewhat annoying. Property should at least have its own hand towels and bath mats. Not having bath mats caused water tracking all over the bathrooms after people showered/bathed.

This place was wonderful! It is much bigger than it appears in the photos. The house was clean, a great location, very comfortable. We had a wonderful time here and hope to visit again.

We were a group of 6 women on a 4 night get-away (Adirondack Hot Air Balloon Festival: a fantastic event!). We very much enjoyed this well appointed townhouse. Check in was great with the help of the friendly property manager.

The owners and property manager Cody were very good communicators and very accommodating. We requested an early check in if possible. We were told that the cleaning service had a window of time to clean but they would try accommodate our request. Cody gave status updates and was able to get us in several hrs early. I was pleasantly surprised how close to the lake we were. One of our favorite restaurants was a short walk away- the garrison. The condo is very spacious. We were a party of 6 and easily sat a table for meals and games. It’s a little bit of a walk but you can walk everywhere from this location. If it didn’t rain we wouldn’t have needed a car. I would stay here again. The only negative was their was a few stains on the carpet, water stains on the ceiling and some scuff marks on the walls.

We had a fabulous time, everything we needed for our stay was made available to us through our booking. Everything was very clean, and there is even a washer and dryer. We will return again next year!

My family have been going to Lake George every summer for the last 5 years. We love the location of the condo, we can walk to the beach and downtown. The condo is very spacious and has all the amenities we need. Already booked our 2023 family vacation.

Plenty of space and super clean vacation home. Very convenient location where you can walk to the lake. The listing is accurate. The only thing that can use an update is the sofa. Would return if in the area with extended family again.

This was our second time renting the property. It is spacious, clean, and in a great location. The deck area could use some sprucing up, but overall it is a terrific property to stay in while vacationing in Lake George.

I have nothing negative to say about this condo. Spacious, clean, updated and bright. Right around the corner from million dollar beach and downtown (sidewalks the whole way!). Even closer walk to Usher Park with a quiet beach for kids. Property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had.

The only problem is the lack of sheets/towels/ basic toiletries. We’ve done many VRBOs and never had to pack all of this. Inevitably, you forget something. It would be nice to have at least the towels and sheets.

Everything home a home has to offer.

From the time I asked the owners (which was only days prior to the trip) to the end of our stay everything was top notch. The property manager was awesome, the townhouse was great in everyway....location, size, cleanliness and more. I would totally recommend this place for a large family, 2 small families or a group of friends. Everything was close to us, restaurants, the small town, the lake and the beach, shopping and more. I will stay here again... Loved it!!
