Great location can fish right out the back door

Our vacation in this property was truly the best we’ve had in years. Everything was clean, owner was extremely responsive and the home was very comfortable and relaxing. Morning coffee on the back porch overlooking the canal was one of our favorite activities. There are TV’s in every room, Roku’s for each of them; lots of space to spread out; beds were very comfortable and clean; rooms were ample size where we weren’t bumping into each other; fantastic dining room table, enough room to have a puzzle going and still have space for 5 people to eat a meal. The back porch should really be called the giant deck - so much room; great outdoor furniture; ample tables for outdoor eating; great fishing on the edge of the lower section of the dock… I can’t say enough good things. Needless to say, we’ll be back.

Had a awesome time at the house such a amazing layout and perfect area , so close to the beach plus love fishing on the back porch !!! Thank you again and would love to book this place again!

Beautiful place you have there Gary. Met Gary the owner, made our stay that much more enjoyable. The place was beautiful and very clean. My son and nephew who are attending A&M Corpus came over for fishing and dinner. The biggest plus was that your unit had a gas stove. Had a great time, will definitely be back. Thanks again

The location is perfect. Walking distance to a city park. When they kids weren't fishing, they walked to the park to play basketball. I was able to get in my morning walk every day.., look forward to coming again.

We have stayed multiple times and this property, location and host never disappoint. This is our home at the coast when we need one.

Everything in this condo was perfect! The only thing that would of made it better was if it had king size beds , queen size are not quit comfortable for relaxing…. But other then that it gas a nice patio to relax and enjoy a bbq and a few cold ones. Boat dock worked out great for us! Will consider staying there again for sure..

Every summer, we take a family vacation to the beach and we usually stay in Port Aransas, but this year we decided to stay in Corpus Christi because we were attending a beach wedding in Corpus. We were pleasantly surprised with the Mingo Cay Court accommodations, it was larger than what we usually find in Port A and this place is on the water! (boat channel). We rented downstairs and other family members rented the upstairs unit, and the large back deck allowed us to gather and socialize without feeling crowded. We'll be back.

We absolutely love this property and will stay again! Our favorite by far!

The property was very nice and clean. I was traveling with my brother and our elderly father, so a one story home on the first floor was exactly what we needed. We were in the area to do some fishing, so the location was perfect. The Roku was not working in the main bedroom, but other than that the place was wonderful. I would enjoy staying there again.

This place was great for our fishing family. We enjoyed just hanging out on the patio and deck as we all played on Kayaks in the canal. The property was very family and pet friendly. Even though we were unable to bring our furr baby we will definitely do so next time. Gary and how family were great . We will definitely be back

We had a great time! The house was clean and the view was spectacular! We slept comfortable and the house was in a perfect location - close to store & restaurants- also a park across the street. Gary was very sweet & accommodating- we will definitely be back in the summer.
