We went for a football game...Very close to RayJay stadium, Busch Gardens and the Zoo. The street is extremely busy but the fenced in yard and the pool area is nice and secluded!
The beds are wonderful, the pool is fabulous.
There are random holes all over the place, as well as some wall pictures are missing with the nails sticking out.
The neighbors are a bit noisy, and you can smell their weed. No big deal, but if you bring kids you may need to know what to expect.

My family loved our stay at the Aquavilla! The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and Davin was a great host. Even accommodated us on some last minute changes. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking in the area!

House is very well remodelled. The host provided all of the essentials. Although the listing doesn't include a hot tub, the photos are a little misleading as one is clearly on site with the pool but not active. You do get a little street noise from the busy street on which the property is located, but all-in-all a very pleasant place to stay.

This house had everything we needed for four adults and four children plus one pup. The owner was extremely communicative before, during, and after we stay there. He answered any questions we had making our stay that much more enjoyable. This house was spotless and checked all our boxes for a comfortable stay for 8. We were in town to hit Busch Gardens which is only a 15 minute drive making this a perfect place to stay.

I liked the location, but it was on a busy street. The neighbors were weird and the neighborhood feel very safe. The house was amazing and we loved the pool!

Close to Tampa downtown, zoo, quiet neighborhood (but the road itself is busy during rush hours). House is clean.

This home is on a very busy street, with heavy traffic flow from 6am until about 8pm. The amenities provided were ok. There is no can opener. The ice dispenser does not work, but it did have fresh made ice.
It was nice to have the pool on hot days. The pool maintenance crew showed up and cleaned the pool while we were there. Very nice crew. The yard maintenance crew didn’t show and the grass needed cutting. The furniture cushions on the patio needs replacing as there is no more “cushion” left.
The beds were comfortable and the house was clean.
If you want to be close to the stadiums, then this would be a good place to stay.
Overall, I give this place a 4 out of 5 stars.

The "Aqua Villa - Charming 1469 sq. ft. house 3 bed, 2 bath with private pool" we selected for our week stay as a family had all the perfect amenities needed to allow us to be comfortable and feel at home. It was close to many attraction places, shopping, food and restaurants. The host was quick to respond to msg's sent to him for questions or answer any help request.
The property was extremely well maintained and very clean as well as updated. The pool and gazebo was a great way to distract and entertain us in the evening as well as during days where we didn't feel like going out.
I recommend this place for a perfect "Feel at home" place to stay in the Tampa area.

Property was in great condition, very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The host was incredibly accommodating and his communication was on point. Property was less than 2 miles from the Raymond James stadium which was great for us. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Perfect spot for an adult getaway - close enough to walk to Raymond James Stadium. We loved the pool too.

This was a good stay. My only issue was the security camera that was pointed directly at the pool area. We specifically chose this listing because of the pool and ended up not using it more than once, vert briefly. As a female, it was extremely unsettling. In my opinion, an area where guests will be in swimsuits should not have a camera directly pointed at it. From what I’ve read online, something like that would have to be mentioned clearly in the listing, so hopefully they read this review and either update their listing or give their guests some privacy by moving the camera.

We enjoyed the property, it’s close to Busch Gardens, zoo, airport and grocery stores. We really enjoyed the pool all week, the weather was perfect. The property is on a busy street, that took a little getting use.

Exactly as shown in pictures - the house is very clean and well-appointed. The pool and screened porch were so enjoyable! We had an excellent stay and would recommend for sure! The only slight negative would be occasional traffic noise from the road, as others mentioned.

Very high rush hour traffic. Although the neighborhood could be nicer the location is conveniently located not close and not far from most vacation destinations. This property is a cozy 3 bedroom house with privacy fence for the pool which we enjoyed.

We had a great experience start to finish!! Loved the house. The road is a little busy and loud but you can't really hear it inside. Pool was so nice and we loved the screened in porch. Very relaxing!! Thank you!!!

We stayed for 4 days in August. The house could not have been better. Pool was heated. House was very clean and well stocked with towels and soaps. Owner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Check in was very simple. Would highly recommend!

A home away from home. It had all we needed. We spent most our time in the house and enjoying the pool. There are plenty of beaches nearby if you prefer. Host is quick to respond with any questions. There is a guide book with instructions for the house. Highly recommend.
