The minute we walked into this villa we were blown away by the space! Then we met the owner and we were even more excited for our stay. It is a great location and the outside area can't be beat with the pool and living spaces. The bedrooms were so comfortable and it was laid out for privacy. We love the area and Veronique and her husband were lovely and helpful.

We are former guests of Club Orient and sought a villa with an appropriate amount of privacy. This villa was perfect. The patio/pool area is spacious with lots of both sun and shade. Several of us begin to have some mobility issues. We sought a villa with no steps and that is what we got. The tradeoff was there is no sea view. The host was very responsive when we had questions. I did have some wifi issues initially. They did seem to resolve themselves.

Villa Veronica is as advertised - and even more so. It is very well maintained, extremely clean, well equipped and the host, Veronique is amazing. It is also very private, and is a very relaxing place to be. We have spent years looking for a place like this - it is well above average and deserves a 5 star rating. The Villa is nicely located above Orient Bay and access to the beach and surrounding shops and restaurants is quite convenient. Other surrounding areas such as Anse Marcel, Pinel Island, Marigot and Grand Case are close by and are easy day trips, as are a host of other places. The food and wine scene on the island are superb, and we were not disappointed. Overall - we highly recommend this property and this host.

This 3-bedroom villa is an amazing, private property in the heart of Orient Bay, St. Martin (French side). The host, Véronique is excellent. She is friendly and responsive to messages. She met us at the gate, gave us a tour of the house and provided an array of goodies to welcome us. She also gave us plenty of privacy during our trip. The villa is well appointed. The beds and couches are comfortable and the decor is stylish. The kitchen is fully stocked full of all the cooking pans, plates, etc. that you could need. The bedrooms are private, each with their own full bath. You can even put down the hurricane shutters for a very dark room if you want. The pool is the best part. The pool, courtyard and veranda make this property ideal. You can relax in the pool, lounge in the chairs, or read a book under a fan in the shade. There is an outdoor kitchen as well. The villa is a short walk to the beach (maybe 5-7 minutes) and a slightly longer walk to the many fantastic restaurants in town. Overall, this is a high-end experience, one that I fully recommend.

We’ve rented many time thru VRBO and this house and host were the nicest ever. The house is exactly as presented on the site. Extremely clean and comfortable in every way, the beds, the couches, the lounges, all super comfortable. We highly recommend the house and particularly the host who went out of the way to help us find a doctor when needed. 5 mins to the beach 10 to many restaurants. Book this now, the location is the cherry on top!

We were a party of 5 in our sixties and seventies, staying (for 7 days) on St Martin for the first time. We had been recommended the Orient Bay area by friends who are regular visitors, and we were not disappointed - it is a highly impressive and attractive beach area surrounded by rolling hills. The Villa Veronique is special - it looks beautiful in its listing and is even better in reality - very clean, calm and spacious. We spent most of our time at the villa in the outdoor areas; it is well designed to provide an abundance of shade throughout the day (and cover from the occasional brief downpour!) whilst offering plenty of terrace space around the pool for the sun-lovers. The outside covered terrace area has large ceiling fans to keep you cool, whilst indoors there is effective air conditioning in all rooms (and more ceiling fans in the large kitchen and living room). At a gentle stroll, we could walk to the village shops and restaurants in 10-12 minutes and to the closest part of the beach in about 6 minutes. We did not hire a car, but used the occasional taxi instead. We were very warmly welcomed by the owner, Veronique - a delightful lady. She lives close to the villa and, on the very rare occasion we needed a minor problem solved, she was there in minutes. She was equally quick in responding to WhatsApp questions from us about organising taxis etc. We were very happy indeed to have chosen Villa Veronique as our temporary home on St Martin.

Great place to stay! We found this place exactly as promised. The host was super nice to us. Very easy to communicate. She gave us privacy throughout the entire stay but if we need anything she was ready to help always. I will try to come back to this place and would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a place to stay during vacations.

My family had the best time at the villa. Private bedrooms for all three couples. The kitchen had everything you could need and we grilled out as well. We all loved the pool. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Veronica was very special and helped us out tremendously. Her villa is a private paradise.

This property was everything it promised and more. The villa was beautiful, comfortable and had everything you could want in a beach rental in St. Martin. The host was lovely and provided everything to make our stay wonderfully memorable. Outstanding!

My wife and I have been coming to St. Martin for the past 22 years, just the two of us. This year, we decided to take our adult “children” with us. They are all in their late 20s and my oldest son is married. 6 adults. I know this Orient Village neighborhood well, but did not know this property specifically as it’s isolated from the noise and view of the main road well. I found it on VRBO and the description looked to be exactly what we needed. My wife and I took our traditional “just me and her” vacation a month before and requested to check out the property ahead of time. Veronica was very accommodating and her husband was even there to welcome us. The place is exactly like the pictures. Very large, clean and functional, as well as beautiful. When returning with the “kids” Veronica had the place spotless with many welcoming gifts including wine and beers in the fridge and a big basket of snacks. She was there personally to give us the keys and instructions on all we needed to know. She was also available throughout our stay and answered questions promptly. My wife continued to rave about how warm and welcoming she was. The beach is a short walk away, the most optimal route being through the Esmeralda property. Orient village is a bit farther and my kids found the “Good Morning” cafe for breakfast several mornings. This is definitely the nicest place we’ve stayed in 22 years. It’s too large for just my wife’s an my needs for our traditional vacation, but perfect for 3 couples to share or a family vacation like we did. The pool is great, outdoor kitchen very convenient; both kitchens well equipped. All of our family checked in with us later and said they had a wonderful time. This is a lovely rental. The pool and outdoor living is great. Easy walk to the beach. Loved having an outdoor kitchen in addition to one inside. Very Clean!

This home was not only beautiful but had all the amenities you could ask for! After a day at the beach, which was less than a 10 minute walk from the house, we relaxed in the private pool. The home is set up for outdoor living so we enjoyed our morning coffee and many meals outside. In the evening we watched movies on the huge TV, with access to Netflix and Disney Plus. The homeowners are absolutely wonderful, friendly and very accessible. This house is clean, modern, and has a wonderful island feel. The location is perfect and the community is gated for safety. I would highly recommend this home!

At First glance Veronica’s villa was breathtaking. Views and the setup were fantastic. Beautiful, spacious and had all the amenities of home plus making our stay extremely comfortable. Entire villa was very clean. Fully equipped kitchens inside and out. TV in every room included Netflix. Lots of nature light and outdoor space including a beautiful swimming pool. Location was perfect 5 minute walk to beach. 15 minutes walk to restaurants and small grocery store. Cuisine at the many restaurants was fabulous. Veronica our hostess was extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. We will be back. Cheryl and Audrey

This property is fantastic with three master suites and a huge outdoor living area. Relaxing by the pool after a day at the beach was a daily ritual. Though we didn't have many needs, Veronique and Francois were very accommodating when we did. Just a short walk to the beach, this villa is a great choice!

This villa is top notch and worthy of all 5’s. Quiet neighborhood and only a few minutes to Orient Bay. Surrounded by beautiful coves to explore. Loved the layout with pool as central theme to villa. We enjoyed every minute. Thank you Veronique for checking in and making this stay memorable.

The Location was wonderful. We loved all the restaurants near by and even more the area was overly crowded. Veronique was great, very accommodating and great communication. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The property is private and has everything you will need ( washer, dishwasher, coffee maker, 2 refrigerators, wine refrigerator, iron and ironing boards, multiple different size coolers, beach towels and much more).. The outdoor space( pool, outdoor kitchen, table, multiple sitting areas) is amazing and we couldn't ask for more. Indoor and outdoor kitchen are fully equipped. Veronique is very nice and welcoming person. She answered all the questions before arrival ( and we had multiple due to our fist time at st. Martin :) ), welcomed with gift basket, was very helpful providing overview of the area. Location was also great: 7 min walk to the beach, close by ( 5 min drive) to supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, gas station, few minutes drive to restaurants. I would definitely recommend this amazing villa and a wonderful host Veronique!

We just returned from a week in St. Martin and had an absolutely wonderful week thanks in part to our stay at this fantastic villa. Everything at the villa was just as it was described on the website. Veronique was extremely nice, very easy to contact and was very available to us if we needed anything. The property was very well maintained, and the pool area was great. We were a group of six adults and used all three bedrooms at the property. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. The villa was very secure, private, and located near the guard post in Orient Bay, so we also felt very safe there. The location was also great because it was just a 5 minute walk to Orient Beach and to nearby shops and restaurants. I would definitely rent this villa again and would recommend this villa and Veronique to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Orient Bay.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa. Appreciate how responsive you were to our questions. We felt safe in the accommodation and the island overall. Everything was exactly as described. Perfect for our family of 4, including 2 adult children. Having separate bedrooms as well as separate bathrooms worked out great. We used the pool a lot and walked to the beach every day. Walking distance to restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We rented a car for the week, which was economical, and enabled us to visit both capital cities, multiple beaches and other tourist locations. The nearby grocery, pharmacy, shops and even the gas station were all good. Would definitely go here again.

The layout of the property, indoor and outdoor kitchen and location were perfect for 2 couples to enjoy the beach, multiple choices for food, stay active and relax! Any minor issues we had were resolved quickly and effectively! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Orient Beach area or just the island in general!

Before arrival all our questions were answered quickly and gave us a good feeling that there were no problems. When we arrived we were greeted by Veronica and shown the property and local shops and restaurants. The Villa was very clean with an indoor and outdoor kitchen. The pool was relaxing and crystal clear. This Villa is located in Orient Bay and is very secure and monitored. We felt safe. All appliance were new and worked perfectly. Washed our clothes and dried them on a clothes rack, Caribbean style. It worked perfectly. Veronica kept us informed of all the Covid testing changes and regulations. She was extremely helpful. We'll be back.

I booked Veronica Villa after viewing the impressive pictures online. The house is more amazing and impressive than the pictures show online. After arriving in St. Martin, we met Veronica for the keys and helpful instructions regarding the house. The house sits in an upscale gated community by the incredible Orient Beach Area. It's less than a 5 minute walk or quick ride to the beach. The neighborhood is completely safe and has a security guard at the gate. The house is incredibly spacious and completely updated and modern. The front door leads to a spacious outdoor living area w/ a large pool, updated outdoor kitchen and 2 spacious covered living areas. It as great for reading and relaxing while the kids got in a night swim. It also has a new ping pong table which was fun for the adults and kids. The outdoor grill and kitchen were great for the few nights we wanted to have dinner at home. The kitchens have everything you need for making breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Completely stocked with Plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc.. There is a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and oven. There is a large grocery store in Margoit (15 min away) and a smaller one in the Orient Beach Shopping Center (1 min away). The house also has an indoor full sized updated Kitchen and indoor extra large indoor living room area. We spent most of our time outdoor since the evenings were cool and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms in the back portion of the house are connected by doors, but each have a separate sliding glass door to the outside. All of the bed rooms have comfortable Queen beds and are spacious. Each bedroom has its own updated bathroom, closet area, and TV. All of the inside areas have excellent air conditioning. Veronica was such a pleasure to deal with before and during the stay. She gave us great tips and places to go besides the beach and places to eat. Veronica and her husband own an Upscale Wine Shop in the area and were accessible if needed. There are many close restaurants in the area and nearby town. We rented a car and loved being able to explore the island. Everything is close and the island is easy to navigate in a car. Our midsize car was less than $150 for the entire week via Hertz. We hope to return to Veronica Villa and St. Martin in the next few years.

My wife, my 5 year old daughter and I just spent a wonderful week at this villa. Its very well designed and the outdoor kitchen and eating spent is wonderful. I don't think we went inside the lounge all week. Just spent the whole time in the outdoor spaces. Close to the beach and shops as well. Veronique and her husband are wonderful hosts and there was a bottle of wine and some other things on the table when we arrived! Their wine shop is also wonderful and sales a good selection of wines, food and chocolates from France. We purchase lots of things to take back to New York!

The property is very private and relaxing. Nice AC and the lay out is like a hacienda surrounding a shoulder deep pool. Nice outdoor kitchen (and esspresso machine!!). We actually only went down to the beaches 3 days out of 10. Content to do some shopping and lay around the pool with a beer. Awesome. Property is in great shape and the owners are very helpful. Thinking of staying here again next year

My wife and I booked this villa February 4-10, 2017 and it was awesome!! This was a third trip to St Martin and we booked a villa with VRBO each time and this villa was even better than the pictures. The outdoor kitchen was perfect and stocked with everything you will need. It was very private and quiet which was exactly what we were looking for, yet it was close to shopping and the beach! If you are looking for the villa with everything, don't hesitate to book this villa.
