Clean. Good Bath, Good fully equiped Kitchen. Even had spices and coffee filters. That was a first for me anywhere! Fast WIFi. Nice Balcony. Good space for two people. Walking distance to restaurants and Marigot. Good new Washer. Plenty of hot water.

The location allows one to walk to what is needed like restaurants, a beach, and I really appreciated the pool. The building and grounds were being well maintained and secured. The people in the building were helpful and very kind. I like that other than the stunting cycles that were frequently creating noise on the street, this was a quiet, low key (in a good way) place to relax.

I think communication with the host was difficult through our phone system. Also, it was a different person who came to let us in. (We were not familiar with the French phone system so found contacting our host was difficult). We needed to be informed ahead of time about how to get into the locked property, and where to meet the host. I would suggest in the main entrance, provided someone could let you through the gate. The numbering system inside was confusing, and we would have liked a map of the area showing pharmacies, grocery stores, bakeries. A couple of things that would help new travellers would be a booklet at the residence on the property and surrounding area. A couple of oversights perhaps by the cleaner/manager - very little TP on the roll when we arrived. Also we had to hunt down a hardware store to get a replacement hose for the bathroom which fell apart from corrosion. We chose to fix it ourselves but feel we could have been compensated. We did not replace the shower head but it needs to be changed. The freezer needs defrosting badly we could see when we arrived. Those small but important things can take away from a great holiday, and a terrific place, such as Studio Chic is. I would recommend it, with these things looked after.

The studio is big, there is all you need if you want to cook there. The bathroom is really beautiful. The bed is comfortable and big. You feel secured aswell.
