Well equiped. Very clean. Comfy beds. Good TV program package offered. Good place to visit AHHAA tech museum and AURUM waterpark. ALL reachable by walk. Free car parking. Easy check-in and check-out. Very welcoming hosts.

Bathroom under-sink cupboard is totally old and outdated. Over-sink cupboard too big for this place. Not comfy to use a sink.

Everything was very thought through. Despite of last minute booking, host had immediate response and made great effort to sign into the property. Great place to stay as a family aswell.

This was an excellent flat, one of several in the area owned by the same people. The facilities and comfort were excellent, and when we had a slight issue with the heating, the owner came immediately and fixed it. It is an attractive place to stay, not far from the river and near two large shopping centres. The old town is 10 minutes walk.

There was a fair bit of traffic noise, despite the double glazing.

Amazing place! My apartment was really huge and comfortable, cozy as well. Had everything I needed, check in was very simple, communication was just great. Additionall respect for huge tv and Netflix account! And good coffee machine!Thank you, I will definitely choose you another time I am in Tartu!

very cosy apartment with a good location, grocery store is just over the street, the aquapark and ahha center is only 2 minute walk away. Self check in and check out made everything so easy and comfortable.

Excellent location, very friendly and straightforward service with no hiccups. Cooked a dinner, used oven and cooker - all that was needed was there. Blinds were good with curtains keeping the light away for the likes of us who desperately needed a good sleep-in. Even, considering that the place is cross the road from the bus station- it was not noisy at all. It was truly like home from home.

The only constructive feedback we could give is about the pretty glass table with its sharp corners that became our arch nemesis during the night when making our way in the unfamiliar place to the bathroom.. but we learnt quickly 😊

Location and size of the apartment were exellent. Everything was clean. Host was friendly and helpful.

There was no warm water as gas boiler wasn't turned on (nobody warned us about that and we discovered it after we came back from the town late in the evening and wanted to take a shower. Then we had to manually turn on boiler but instructions didn't match as spark button was brokem. In the morning we got information from the host that we have to use manual lighter. But even then boiler didn't start. We followed instructions but flame just didn't stay on... Also the apartment is next to busy street and the windows were not well soundproofed. Also the fridge was noisy.

Convenient location, close to major attractions, transport, science museum... Extremely helpful host, porridge for breakfast (very thoughtful especially for those who arrive late at night)

A bit inconvenient shower entrance for taller people, also one has to be careful not to slip when stepping out with wet feet

The location in city is one of most excellent things for apartments. They ar very close to AHA Center. Apartments are quite simple, but everything you need.

Kitchen furniture was quite outdated. Bathroom equipment was quite old as well.

Location close to the centre, free parking and enough space in the studio.

Many small defects all around the apartment. The bathroom smells mouldy. The street/car noise is quite dominant when the windows are opened. The bed is very bouncy when with two persons. With the broken tiles in the bathroom, I would not consider it a family apartment.
