Location is very good

It was easy to talk to the host through whatsapp and they were available to give recommendations and other informations. They offered us a discount for a parking spot nearby. The house itself was very comfortable, well decorated and equipped.

Some things were not completely clean, namely there were some stains on the bed sheets (not sure if they had been recently washed?) and there was quite a bit of hair on the bathroom floor, but besides that everything was fine

Great apartment. It is very well equipped, clean and spacious. The location is excellent. Parking is a bit complicated though.

In general, a great apartment. The only thing is that the ACs may need to be maintained as they do not seem to be powerful enough to cool the rooms.

This place was fantastic, walking distance to everywhere (which is normal in this city anyways) but clean rooms, great bathroom amenity and great location. Being met by someone to let us in was an added bonus which other properties did not offer. Overall very happy with this place, no complaints.

The location was good and was close to the town centre. It was only a 5 minute walk to the main shopping area and the closest taxi rank. The area was quiet at night and the property opens onto a pedestrian street, so there was no issue with cars or traffic.

The apartment could do with painting in some areas, such as the outside patio area. The bathroom fittings were also water damaged, which was just cosmetic but there was a slight smell from the sinks, most likely caused by not using u-bends in the plumbing to stop the smell coming back up the drain. The table in the sitting area was just some black metal with a loose sheet of chipboard with a mirror placed on top. At best, this looked bad and at worse it was moving and could easily slide off.

Great location, modern on inside. Great wifi and very well set up. Great communication 48 hours beforehand to set up efficient meet & greet.

The apartment is on the ground floor. There are 2 rooms and 2 toilets/ shower rooms (one of which is an ensuite). The air conditioning units are in good working condition which was great as the weather was hot. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine but we didn’t use these. We enjoy walking to explore the city so for us, the apartment is in a good location.

Nothing. Even though the door handle in the shower room by the kitchen was broken, it didn’t cause us any problems. We were told this will be sorted out by their maintenance team.

Spacious living hall and rooms close to City Central. Communication and check in was hassle free.

Taxi pickup is a bit challenging as it's a narrow street.

The apartment is really amazing. It is probably as close to perfect as it gets. It is quiet, comfortable and well equipped. We loved being there!

A dining table would have been nice, our apartment only had a breakfast bar, with bar chairs that were way too high for it. Also the curtains needs changing, as they only cover part of the windows (seems like they shrunk from washing).

great location, you have small groceries shops and restaurants but the street is so nice and quiet. wry central you can walk to the main streets, the cathedral, Alcazar. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and nice.

It wasn’t super clean but I felt it was just a one time miss and when we said they immediately apologized and offered a cleaning services.

Beautiful and clean flat in a very good location. Fully equippead. Good beds, nice terrace.

Great location. Enjoyed the neighborhood. Nice and newly renovated apartment. Parking a car in Sevilla is a problem, but the Concordia Plaza was a great option. 35 euros overnight. 3 blocks away.

This was the best we had in Seville. Paula was realy profesional. There was everything is needed in the apartment, coffee, tea, water, sugar, etc, fully equiped and very clean.

stay here. you won’t be sorry.

Hot water too hot.

Great location in the centre of town. Bedrooms are of good size and the sofa bed is sufficient.

Lack of a dining table wasn’t ideal but certainly my not a deal breaker.

the smell in the property in the kitchen and bathrooms. curtains in both bedrooms didn’t cover the windows properly despite that we called the property manager the very same day we arrived for the problem to get fix the property management didn’t do anything about it during the 3 days we were there not even a phone call.

Great two beds and two baths for a family with baby and grandparents. The unit had everything we need and more. Hosts were super friendly in dropping off the keys and kettle

Not enough toilet paper for 5nights stay and hot water only allowed one person to shower at a time.
