Very comfortable with plenty of room for two couples. Furnishings are new, clean, and easy to use. Perfect location. Bedrooms are on the back side of the apartment, away from the street, so very quiet. The host was very responsive and helpful with restaurant suggestions and booking a taxi to the airport.

The staff accommodated an early check in. Apartment is beyond comfortable. Central AC was so crucial during the summer heat. Beds are so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Central location within a few steps from the main Cathedral.

Location is fantastic,short walk to the main attractions. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Apartment was very spacious,clean and comfortable. Would definitely use it again.

The location was amazing, and the apartment far exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for two couples without being on top of each other, and the rooms were very quiet and comfortable with loads of storage and lovely bathrooms. the apartment is right in the centre of the Old Town and a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral. Many fantastic restaurants and bars on our doorstep. It rained on our last afternoon so the only thing for it was a tapas crawl - there are so many lovely tapas restaurants it was great fun to just have a dish in each one then move on! The apartment is on a busy street so you can expect some noise in the lounge area in the evening, but you can't hear any of this in the bedrooms.
As others have said, the kitchen could do with a bit of TLC, it doesn't really match the rest of the accommodation in quality. A lot of the crockery was chipped or cracked, and there were only 4 mugs and 4 wine glasses. We didn't self cater but I think it may have been a challenge to do so (although you don't need to as there are so many amazing places at reasonable prices to eat out!). This said, I would absolutely stay here again if I came to Seville.

Perfect location near all the sights at an unbeatable price. Plus, the beds were so comfortable.
The only issue was construction on the floor above us early in the morning, but this was a temporary thing and not a reason for us to not book this excellent value again when we return to Sevilla.

It was in a central location, close to the main attractions. Very clean and centrally air-conditioned.
Parking was some distance away. We were asked to take our garbage with us even though garbage cans were placed in the kitchen and washrooms. That's an added hassel with all the luggage. The apartment is also on the second floor, with no elevator - another hassel with luggage. Check in was too late and check out was too early. We felt rushed. With all the hassels, I wouldn't stay here again.

the property was fantastic, really spacious and well furnished with everything you could want, the bedrooms were great sized and the beds were huge and so comfy!!
the location was perfect so easy to find and only steps away from the gorgeous old town for tapas and drinks.
we will 100% stay here again when we return to Sevilla.
A special mention to the host Bettina who was incredible with us, we had an issue where we mistakenly locked ourselves out of the apartment and Bettina was on hand straight away, she travelled immediately to us on a Saturday evening, on public transport with a spare key to let us back in, we are so grateful for this! she was so informative and easy to contact and she even left a bottle of fizz in the fridge for our arrival which was a lovely touch.
we could not have loved this place more and wish we could have stayed longer.
