There was NO breakfast.
The proximity of the mangrove made up for my stay. Otherwise, the place is boring for solo travellers. OK for 2-3 days.
The hotel should include breakfast because there's nowhere to go since the city is sleeping until after 12:00.

The bed is very hard like Japanese Futon bed. The area around the hotel is very boring, hard to find any good coffee or restaurant.

property was accurately described by guests in their reviews. excellent hotel. Budget price but three to four star luxury. I stayed in room 203 and couldn’t have been happier.
Walls are thin and can hear people talking quite clearly. But quiet after 10pm. Other than that cannot fault it.

Spacious, clean and 7 (!) electrical outlets in the room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Has some good restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel is very impressive. The rooms are big, well maintained and exceptionally clean. I also enjoyed the sound of nature on the balcony at night. The staff are friendly and helpful. Close by are a good range of restaurants and easily accessible by foot.

I stayed on floor 6 but Terrible frogs haunted me “all night” long til morning!!...Too loud to sleep.
No soundproof. I can tell what activities happened in other adjacent room.

Wonderful host in Rayong. New, fresh hotel, all environment are clean and new. Our room was with very good view and every evening we enjoy of sunset. Room service was amazing like room as well. Staff in hotel try to help to us in any circumstances. I order bus ticket from them and they arrange tuk-tuk delivery to us then we need it. It's was gorgeous. We still remember their kind and war hospitality, love and care.
Everything was absolutely nice and good.
