This was my second stay at this property. It is exactly as presented in the listing! Clean, quiet with privacy. Comfortably and elegantly furnished. A superb walkable neighborhood. I will be back again!

Just what we needed. Great hospitality, nice place, nice location.

This was a perfect place to end my Cali trip. Cute, clean and every detail attended to! And the comfiest bed, softest sheets ever. Natalie is a rock star host!

My partner and I were visiting relatives for two days and nights, eating meals out, so we were looking for the simplest lodging. Just a safe comfortable bed and shower. This house was that. The hosts were extremely kind. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Natalie's home was such a wonderful find. The home itself is spotless, beautiful and very comfortable. She added all sorts of extra touches that made our stay extra special. Natalie was a very helpful host providing us with local restaurant recommendations and walking routes. Couldn't be happier with our stay. The outdoor garden was an amazing feature!

The property is in a beautiful residential area within walking distance of the beach and shopping area. It’s a very comfortable room with microwave, coffeemaker and fridge. You have your own private deck. Natalie was a caring, gracious host, but we had total privacy. Definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I stayed here in June 2023 for several days. It's a walled off section of a main house in a residential area. There is a large deck outside the front door and a portion of the front yard that feels private because a lot of landscaping provides privacy. There is plenty of parking, we never had an issue with that. The property has a bedroom, bathroom and sitting area. All are large, clean and comfortable. There is a mini-fridge and microwave, not a full kitchen, but we aren't into cooking when we travel, lol, so it was adequate for our needs. The property is several blocks from Montana Avenue, which has tons of shops and restaurants. We walked there every day for breakfast and dinner and the neighborhood in between is delightful. Many unique houses and amazing landscaping. We always felt safe, even when we walked back and forth after dark. We also walked down to the beach and the Santa Monica Pier, which is a bit of a hike but was well worth it. We then walked to the downtown area and this was very pleasant as well. There is plenty of public parking by the beach or downtown if you don't want to walk it. We Ubered a couple of times as well, which was cheap and easy. Santa Monica is also very convenient to lots of attractions. We did a cool drive on Mulholland Drive to the Griffith Observatory while there. Natalie was a gracious host who reached out to us before we arrived and gave great info on places to go/see. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Natalie's private guesthouse! It's exactly as featured with all sorts of amenities. Plus, no worries about parking - there's plenty of street parking! It's also a great walking neighborhood for nearby dining, shops, grocery stores and even the Santa Monica Pier. Another advantage is that it is close by The Getty Villa and Museum and state park (if you enjoy hiking). As for Natalie, the owner, she's so very kind and has so many great suggestions for your stay. We need to come back and visit again!

We loved our stay at Natalie's place. She was warm and welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. Her guest house is a perfect spot to stay when you need a place to sleep. It is clean, convenient, has plenty of parking, and is peaceful.

Communication with owner Natalie was great. She called me 2 times before we arrived with all the check in details. The property is in a beautiful part of Santa Monica and a short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping are close too. She has a binder with everything you need to know about the area and the rental. The property is exactly as it is pictured and is very comfortable and inviting. The deck is so nice to sit on in the mornings and evenings. The weather was also beautiful. Natalie is very accommodating and so pleasant. Everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

3 of us spent a Girls Weekend here and we loved the location, space and amenities. Best of all, the owner, Natalie, is a great communicator and provided us with wonderful suggestions of places to visit in Santa Monica. We spent a lot of time on the deck having our coffees in the morning and our long talks in the evening. We all agreed it was the perfect ambience for us! Thank you, Natalie!

Things could not have been any better. Our host, Natalie, I was just great. We had everything we needed, we were very happy with the location, and could not say anything more about what a great time we had.

Our host Natalie lives on site and was extremely flexible regarding check in. She offered many ideas for restaurants, places to visit etc. and it was so thoughtful that she provided beach chairs and beach towels. She was delightful!

We loved Natalie and her lovely home. She made us so comfortable that it felt like I was with an old friend. Quiet and lovely appointed home. I especially loved the deck viewing the garden . Great place for me to have my coffee and listen to birds singing. Nice and secluded. Everytime I went through the gates it was like entering a secret garden. Great communicator.!! Canrt wait to go back. Beach is very close, walked to store and amazing neighborhood. . Thank you Natalie for making it a great trip.

The guest house was perfect for two visiting family in Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades. Natalie was a sweet host and checked during our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The guest house was clean, comfortable, and had a cute garden set-up, and we felt safe with the locked gate and attachment to the main house. We would recommend!

Absolutely immaculate space with all amenities provided including comfortable bed, clean and roomy bathroom and small sitting area, refrigerator, microwave, AC, Wi-Fi and a lovely private deck. Upscale neighborhood, parking available and a pleasant walking neighborhood 0.6mi to a park overlooking the Pacific. This space could not be nicer and the hostess was so welcoming! Cannot recommend highly enough.

The host of this property is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We were walking distance from great restaurants and the beautiful bluffs and beach. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Natalie was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave us great suggestions. The location was ideal for walking to the beach and parking was easy and free. We could lie in bed and open large window/doors and look out on our personal deck with chairs, table and bench. Can't wait to come back again.

Natalie's guest house was exactly what we needed--a super clean, tastefully appointed, comfortable place to sleep and shower in a convenient, lovely neighborhood. Plenty of blankets & towels & a small fridge stocked with bottled water & coffee maker with coffee/tea & creamer were thoughtful and appreciated. Natalie, the host/owner was very responsive and gracious.

Natalie the owner was so accommodating and down to earth nice. The experience was definitely 5 stars. We enjoyed the privacy and the well decorated and super clean space. We will definitely book that stay again.

The property is well located and fairly priced. Natalie, who runs it and also lives on the property is lovely, and very friendly and available to help in any way. She shared with me her intention to renovate the rental and to add a kitchenette. I feel this will greatly improve the space, which was a bit cluttered for a stay of several nights. It would also be beneficial to have blackout blinds or window coverings of some sorts as the rental is extremely bright in the morning.

Great location, easy parking access. Although it is a bit tight for two people for a long stay (we stayed for a week), it is very clean and comfortable. Natalie was a pleasure to work with all the way throughout the process. .

Free parking. Nice guesthouse, although attached to main house, did not have the feeling that anyone was there. Road noise a little high during day, but very quiet and peaceful at night. Very close to the Santa Monica stairs. Walking to the beach, although would need something to carry all towels/chairs if you were going to sunbathe! Close to amenities of Santa Monica. People very friendly. Natalie was an awesome host, resupplied our coffee and other things as needed. All in all, great time!
