From my first contact with Colette to final texts with Lisa, the experience at The Heart House was wonderful. Both Lisa and Colette possess such infectious happiness and a love for making the rental experience smooth and easy. I rented this home after being canceled in by another listing just days before a trip to UCLA Bruin Family Weekend. I'm so grateful that cancellation happened and led me to The Heart House. The home is nestled behind privacy fences and is like a little oasis. Lush greenery all around makes for views from every window. The home is decorated beautifully and homey. Not a single detail forgotten for comfort. It is a short walk to the beach, and a quick drive to many great places to eat. I could have stayed for weeks and been thoroughly happy! Thank you for everything!

Great little house, minutes to everything Santa Monica has to offer. Love the hot tub! Home came exactly as advertised and provide everything we needed . little bit busier location but wasn’t really a big factor for us. Master bedroom mattress could use an upgrade

We had a great stay at Heart House. Perfect for a trio of friends on a birthday weekend. We walked to beach, enjoyed the hot tub and was perfect location to get to everything quickly. Quiet and private property. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit

Three of us from Europe - two adults, one teen - had a wonderful stay at Heart House. Colette is extremely responsive, helpful and professional and left us with comprehensive recommendations on activities, shopping and dining. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for the beach, a barbecue and hot tub - and the ping-pong was a real hit! Everything inside and in the garden was immaculate and very clean. The location is great for the beach and downtown Santa Monica and a short hop from the Pacific Coast Highway for exploring the coastline to the North. We would highly recommend Heart House and hope to be able to return soon.

The Heart House was excellent for our family of four for a week in LA. 2 blocks from the beach, close to Santa Monica, short drives to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Malibu. This house is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Colette was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us around the property. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even helped us find a place to buy a Santa Monica Christmas ornament in July! We really liked having the grill and hot tub in the evenings. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect for a small family. We would definitely stay here again!

Great cottage in a perfect location. Easy access to the Santa Monica hub bub, serene beach, both Getty’s and shopping/restaurants. Ideal for a family. Nice addition of a hot tub and beach paraphernalia.

Collette and Lisa were very accommodating and the heart house was the perfect place for our family to get away for a short stay. We look forward to returning in the future. The property is within walking distance to the beach and very close to the Montana street shopping district. Very clean, well equipped and felt like home!

We are a family of four - property was as advertised. Everything is provided. Property managers are outstanding. Location is good, though the main road is busy and loud at times - house though insulates that well. No air-conditioning built in, just fans, but we didn't need aircon whilst we were there. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful experience with the Heart House. The home was well taken care of and fit our family of four perfectly. We enjoyed the ease of getting to the beach, renting bikes close by and eating at the local beach cafe...all within walking distance of the Heart House. Colette welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. And she was only a phone call/text away if we needed her. I would highly recommend staying in this lovely home.
