Very tidy and comfortable home, although a little aged. More than adequate facilities supplied including lounge seating, which is a bonus when there are a few of you.

Overall the property was reasonable but really needs some TLC... windows not opening, broken fly screens, need fans in bedrooms that don't have ceiling fans, ants throughout the kitchen,

Good location. Granddaughter loved the table tennis and toy room. Bathroom and kitchen could do with an upgrade but all in all an enjoyable house, even if the weather was really wet and windy. Really glad for the gas fire

Family friendly Pet friendly
We enjoyed a relaxing stay and appreciated the secure back yard for our dog. She snoozed in the sun while we were out and thoroughly embraced the nearby off lead exercise area. We will be back next time we are in Bunbury.

Pleasant stay. Close to all ammenities. Plenty of space for dog. Would be excellent for children with play room and equipment. Lovely sea breeze at night, cools down house beautifully and makes for an enjoyable evening bbq.

Needs a thorough clean
Looks like hasn’t been cleaned in years. Musty smelling. Spiders & webs everywhere including in beds under covers. Hair on side tables and in bath which also had grime in corners. Ratty old towels. Grimy dishes, appliances and utensils. Layers of old grease on range hood and oven. Has good backyard if you have dogs. No WiFi. God location if you want city access.

This was our second stay at Kelly's House. The house works really well for a range of ages and a couple of families. Warm, comfortable beds!

Very comfortable stay, bed was very comfortable. Backyard was very well kept and maintained which was a great space for the fur babies to play in. We all thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Great location to get anywhere. Good older style home to stay in for a few days. Almost anything needed was available - crockery, cookware, movies etc. Plenty of yard for our dog. Would stay again.

Staying here is like being at home. Very relaxing and comfortable, everything at your fingertips. Dayle was easy to communicate with if issues arises and was addressed with in immediate time! Can not fault anything about the house or Dayle. Can’t wait to book again for our next holidays!

Lovely weekend getaway at Kelly's house
A few friends and I stayed in this lovely Bunbury home whilst exploring the Margaret River (and surrounding) areas.
The photos dont do the place justice, it's a beautiful home with modern facilities.
Absolutely would stay here again!

The kids enjoyed the ping pong, the adults enjoyed the pot belly stove.

House was comfortable and suited our needs for a holiday getaway with our two small dogs.
Location is good for shops and beach. Good back yard with plenty of cover for our dogs.
Only concern is the lack of security on windows . Bathroom window cannot be locked and other windows cannot be opened at night as no security screens. Security screen on front door does not lock.

Perfect place to stay for the weekend
We were in Bunbury for a hickey carnival and it was so lovely to return to this lovely, comfortable home throughout the day and in the evening.

A great cozy and comfortable home.
We headed there for some respite with a few mates and girlfriends and we really enjoyed our stay. The mattresses were exceptionally comfortable and the living areas were really great. It was so relaxing having a BBQ and sitting by the dining table with the large backyard. We had some awesome matches of table tennis too. It was close enough to the city and when we caught a cab out is was only just over $10. Really can't recommend this house enough. Cheers to Dayle.

First family holiday away, I couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. Well equipped house for adults and a retreat for the kids. Definitely will be coming back.

When they say Airconditioning they mean it. Its Fabulous. Children enjoyed all the games and had some serious ping pong competitions. Dog safe backyard proved itself as effective , as I have an escape artist Shar pei. The parks and beach around the corner were great dog walking areas. and the birdlife there a joy in the middle of town. A family friendly accomodation that is spacious for a cottage.

We stayed here for a week with our small dog over school holidays. We loved our stay and Kelly's Cottage and it really had the comforts of home with the tile fire, a great supply of chopped kindling and wood which was fantastic for the cold night and mornings. Everything we needed in the kitchen and all the beds we used were really comfortable. A great park is close by for the kids and the dog beach is only a short walk away. The house was clean and welcoming on arrival and the enclosed backyard a great size for our kids and dog. The owner was quick to reply to emails and queries. I will definately recommend Kelly's Cottage to family and friends.

Booked the cottage for 8 old school friends for the weekend. Found the cottage to have everything that we needed, nice and clean and comfortable beds. Great outdoor area where we sat and laughed for most of the weekend. Good location.
