Het hotel was makkelijk te vinden en gelegen langs de hoofdbaan in het centrum vd stad. Het hotel had een 24-uursreceptie. De eigenares was supervriendelijk. Goede prijs-kwaliteit (24€ per persoon per nacht, op basis van een tweepersoonskamer)

Tozeur had een smog probleem en het was er stoffig. Geen aangename luchtkwaliteit. De kamer oogde wat sjofel, was erg basic, een beetje groezelig en de douche gaf niet een erg hygiënisch gevoel. De lavabo geraakte verstopt of liep langzaam door wanneer je de kraan openzette. Douchen was met warm water maar ook met een armtierige waterstraal uit de douchekop. Het bed was niet ideaal maar cava. Het ontbijt was karig: drie schijfjes stokbrood, 1 beschuit, 1 driehoekje smeerkaas, een botervlootje, enkele dadels en dadelsiroop, een Danone yoghurtje, vers geperst fruitsap aangelengd met water, en thee of koffie. Tweede ochtend kregen we ook een hardgekookt ei.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She spoke perfect english and assisted with booking tours in Tozeur. The room itself was comfortable and cozy. We particularly liked the chill out area in the courtyard. Breakfast was basic but had all the essentials. Location was excellent too.

This is nice hotel, on the Main Street facing Bus Station (sound isolation is not very good), all rooms are locked on the 3rd floor, room are good for 2-3 people, we took with additional bed. Unfortunately you will almost always get 1 big bed and one small. Breakfast is included, but it has only 1 egg, few tiny pieces of baguette, small yogurt and coffee/juice. For me was fine, but my mail friend not enough.

You have to ask for towels and toilet paper, so make sure you have it)) otherwise all good for a stay overnight.

Location. Just 10 mins walk to medina. Also the roof top podium which the rooms are built on.

The lock of my Room 12 has problem. I was locked inside my room for 10 mins after arrival. Luckily I sent msg in Booking.com and the hotel staff read it and came to rescue me. And then the next evening I couldn’t open the door from outside. Staff came to help again.

Estuvimos solo una noche, pero tenía todo lo necesario. La persona en recepción nos dio muchos consejos y recomendaciones para visitar la zona. Por el precio, es una muy buena opción para una estancia de unos pocos días.

Hay que tener en cuenta que se tiene que pagar con efectivo, en caso de que no llevéis el dinero, hay cajeros cerca.

Great location directly across from the bus station. The rooms are around a rooftop courtyard. Nice!

Very helpful stuff

Very convenient location in the middle of the town and close to bus and louage stations. Great staff who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and arranged trips and transport for us. They also spoke both French and English. Good value for money.

Room was clean and comfortable

Elevator does not work The staff was not able to provide us with the detailed description of the trip we booked through the reception, we had the feeling that they just wanted to sell the trip. They assured us that the canyon was included in the trip, but it wasn’t. We did the trip only for the canyon. Maybe it was a language barrier, however, it would be better to prepare some little brochure about the trips they offer, this way the misunderstanding can be avoided.

Very conveniently located, right on the main road of town, with an easy parking access right in front of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and there's a nice open area where to relax. Staff is friendly.

We liked our stay the staff was friendly, the location is good - its a walking distance from medina, it has cafes and fast food just around the corner, its just in front of the bus station so a plus for that also. The terrass is amazing-stars in the night and sun during the day. The place itself is very clean and beutiful

Wifi was sometimes lost in the room but it always worked outside the room so no problem It is quite loud down on the street during the day

The location was good also we get in late and the manager was super helpful and plus! I got us a tour to the Star Wars in like 10 minutes!

The beautiful young lady on reception on our arrival made everything so easy. Also not just a great receptionist but a great person to sort out mobile phones and a brilliant sense of humour. A 10 star employee.

Breakfast was very very basic. We have stopped in a lot of different hotels the past 16 days,and this was definitely the least offered,and was far from cheapest we have stayed. But saying this we have seen a lot of domestic food waste,while in Tunisa and maybe they are trying to combat that.

very old, dated, not welcoming at all, be it for the staff as the facility. no choice for breakfast, very poor service and quality for everything. would avoid and would not recommend at all
