My experience with this hotel was as I mentioned earlier But to be honest once I was checking out I've been called by the management of the hotel Mr Amen was a very nice guy He apologized about the inconvenience events that I had Plus he offered me a compensation to show the apology of the residence management Apology accepted And thank you Mr Amen for caring about your client

There was a party in the property at late night and it was loud I couldn't get to sleep Easley( It was explained by the management these parties were not inside the hotel, it was near by clubs) The room needed more cleaning Strange insects inside the room The price is over compared with other options available at other places

Location was good, as expected. General amenities all good, and size of the apartment was perfect. WiFi and TV good and comfi.

Kitchen could be equipped a bit better.

the kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool as it was too cold to swim outside. we also appreciated the quiet & calm of the appartement and the huge amount of space of the rooms inside. the wifi was also pretty good and dependable.

first of all, the room was absolutely freezing despite us putting the thermostat at full temperature. we finally called about this on our last night and they brought an external heating unit , but which could only heat one room at a time. We were very short on towels, even though we had called to ask for more. The room was not up to the standards of cleanliness we heard about (dirty kitchen, hair and dirt on bathroom floors, shortage of toilet paper, room service sitting outside our door for 2-3 days until I finally called to have it removed). we had a kitchen, but there was very little silverware, so we couldn’t really use it for eating - even with the room service they did not bring utensils. Because it was Ramadan or perhaps the time of year meant that it was not easy to find meals elsewhere in the hotel so we had wanted to prepare some of our own meals. there was only 1 restaurant open and we thought the prices for room service were too high for what we received.

I liked the welcoming and hospitality of the team working there, making me feel welcomed and cared for. I appreciated that when requested services the whole team will communicate the request at once. Invironment was couzy and fun, not far from interesting places to visit, and quite at the same time.

very nice hotel , it has every thing you need inside like pools , beach , gym waterpark and more . extra large bed in the rooms

breakfast isn't included in the room price . for a family its expensive to pay 12 euro for a person
