Grossartiges Haus mit Pool
Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Ruhig und sicher gelegen. Alles in der Nähe. Alles hat super geklappt vom Anfang bis zim Schluss. Der Pool und das Haus ist einfach der Hammer. Immer wieder gerne.

Home is close to the shops and beach with easy access to restaurants, bars, and small shops. Located in a small gated community with its own privacy, it is quite and safe.
The home is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. It has a small wash machine and a patio grill/bbq.
Electric for the week ran about $40.
Would stay here again. Nice place to relax and unwind.

We arrived at the house around 5:30. There was nobody to greet us and we had to wait. After 3 minutes of arrival, the electricity turned off and the inversol was not working.
The electricity didn't come back until around 8:00. Once the electricity came on; it was a really wonderful and beautiful house.
We thought the people would come and clean. A lady came one time during our 10 day stay. She changed changed the sheets on the beds and mopped a bit but a lot was left untouched.
The house is in wonderful location. It's close to the beach and the colmado is nearby.
Be careful with the electricity because it's so expensive.
There was a leak in the master bedroom after a heavy rain on our last day.
This place is almost perfect but not quite there. I would certainly recommend it for a large group and this could be a perfect 10 with a few changes.

Villa stay over
Overall was great! With the exception that someone came once to clean in the days we were there however she did nothing but sweep a lil spot and did not look like she wanted to do i. It wasn’t clear to us weather someone was to come clean or no if so then the lady did not perform a job at all more looked like she went to look around. Kinda akward to my opinion but is ok I guess. Also if we were to clean then leave us cleaning products to clean or let us know so that we can buy our own. The washer machine wasn’t either not working. Overall good just minor things that could improve. Detail wise because some of us don’t know how to move around in DR as we are from other countries. Thanks:)

Belle maison en plein centre
La maison est vraiment chouette, la piscine aussi, et la proximité des magasins s est intéressante...mais Il faut aussi aimer le bruit des moteurs le soir, la musique et le cris des voisins, les moustiques, les matelas très fermes... dommage. On aurait pu se reposer.

Une équipe à votre écoute pour un séjour parfait
Quand on part en vacances il faut créer une relation avec l’équipe qui nous accueille.
Nous avons eu cette chance.
Depuis la phase de choix jusqu’au déroulé de notre séjour Marie Hélène et Michael ont été à nos cotés.
Le résultat ?
Des vacances qui se sont passées dans de bonnes conditions.

ALLEZ-Y !!!!!
Cette maison est tout simplement parfaite, au calme et pourtant en centre ville ce qui fait que vous pouvez faire pratiquement tout à pied.
l'équipement est complet, il ne manque rien, les trois chambres possèdent chacune leur salle de douche, la cuisine est parfaitement équipée et le grill extérieur a été très apprécié. Et que dire de la piscine (avec son jacuzzi), si ce n'est qu'elle fait "trop de bien" pour se rafraîchir.
Pour en finir, n'hésitez pas....relisez mon titre !!!!!

UN PETIT COIN DE PARADIS AU SOLEIL
Nous étions 6 adultes et avons passé 15 jours du 3 au 18 mars dans cette villa très agréable et confortable correspondant en tous points au descriptif du site. Le personnel d'entretien est très discret et compétent. De plus nous avions pris l'option du cuisinier et avons dégusté des petits plats excellents et copieux. Merci à Guillermo et Carolina. We had a very nice stay at Villa Tulip. Our hosts Marie-Hélène and Michaël were very nice and accomodating. The villa is close to all activities (beaches, bars and restaurants, french bakery and souvenir stores). We do recommend this villa for your future stay at Las Terrenas.

Peaceful, cosy and confortable.
We had a very nice stay at Villa Tulip. Our hosts Marie-Hélène and Michaël were very nice and accomodating. The villa is close to all activities (beaches, bars and restaurants, french bakery and souvenir stores). We do recommend this villa for your future stay at Las Terrenas.

Nous sommes restés 5 semaines dans cette villa. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances.
La villa, placée non loin des commerces, est très bien aménagée : belle avancée protégeant du soleil et permettant de prendre les repas, chambres bien agencees avec clim ou ventilateurs, beaucoup de vaisselle et de linges, piscine et jardin agréables. Bref, un bel environnement pour de formidables vacances sous le soleil des Caraïbes.
De plus, Marie-Hélène, responsable de la location, est super sympa et très professionnelle.

Amazing stay !
The house is exactly as advertised. Location is perfect, near to the center but still very quiet. Swimming pool was big enough for our 4 teenagers. The house was very clean, the air conditioning is the sleeping rooms very efficient and quiet.
Marie Helene our host was very nice with us, always accommodating.
Nothing disappointing to report, this was an amazing stay, we'll come back for sure !
