Nice swimming pool, great garden, nice upstairs bedroom/loft. Two kitchens and laundry machine, very complete equipment to house a larger group! Communication with the owner and concierge was very fluent and positive.

Lack of shade outside: on sunny days there is almost no shade outside the house, which is really a pity. We had to improvise to create some. Stores or sunscreens would really provide much needed comfort and also reduce the amount of sun entering the house (it can heat up quite fast during the day). Beds could be a bit bigger (especially in warm periods of the year). Or air conditioning inside the main living room to cool down the downstair rooms.
