I like the ambiance of their restaurant.

Our room was dusty when we arrived. My nephew who is 1 year old and 4 months has a dust allergy. So I asked the staff to clean it. They brought 2 rags after 15 minutes of waiting. Then they started to wipe off dirt. But they were too slow so my sister in law offered help. Then they quickly gave the rag to her without even thinking that it's rude. They should have cleaned the room before we arrived in the first place. My sister in law borrowed a broom to sweep the floor because balcony was dirty. Also, the hot shower was not working properly. The sliding door was broken. I also ordered food for 8-10 people. And I didn't know that they served us 2 times of what I ordered. Then when I paid the bill. They were asking me to pay a lot than I expected. Good thing is I had saved my conversation with their staff. I showed it to them then they asked me to wait at the counter while they're talking in the kitchen. So I waited. I was willing to pay it because we had to go to our next destination. Luckily they just allowed me to pay the amount of what I ordered. It was a nice place. I just wish that they would improve the quality of their services.

Room was big enough for the whole family with the loft upstairs.

The spiral staircase steps are quite small and uncomfortable to use. There was no refrigerator.

Bathroom/toilet is not inside the room. Very noisy water pump. Lounge becomes wet when it rains. When it rains you get wet moving from room to toilet downstairs. No stay in caretaker in the house. No easily visible apartment name signage. No one answers the phone number listed on booking.com website. Very slippery marble floor at bottom of stair going to lounge.

The owner of the place is really helpful and you may get a wuick response

The helper of the place is really sketchy! They offer paluto or breakfast at the place. So when i paid for the breakfast of us family i supposed to get my change back but instead i need to find the helper and asked for my change and she refused to give back and saying she dont have change for my bill and offered her find a place to change it but she seems in a hurry
