Nice location

Some of the current guest do not respect other.

Location between Canton and upper Phillips point is central to all of the places I was interested in. The price was good, and value as expected. Well, not perfect, it was clean enough to not be cringe worthy.

Having some basics for the morning, at least a container with some instant coffee would have been really nice, and there's come to be expected as a minimum. Clendleness was at average share house/youth hostel level. Definitely wished I had my flip-flops, I found the dirty towel with something disgusting on it left in my closet, and the bathroom could have used a bit of attention. In addition, the first hour, when I arrived, was difficult to get settled in with police, addressing an individual who was extremely intoxicated, and had apparently found his way in without a door code.

to be honest, I didn’t like it.

They should fire the staff. they’re not able to issue an invoice for tax purposes or refunds, and this is really bad for the business. All they can do is to block people on Whatsapp when they ask about an invoice proving booking and payment. Bad business. Everything is so low quality inside. it’s just like “one night stand” rooms where people spend night with hoes, and you can even hear them screaming loudly. Not a quiet place anyway, a nightmare.

Not good for a solo female traveler. I canceled this booking, because the property changed the address abruptly and it also did not meet my expectations. Be careful as there are some sketchy people living full-time there.

There were families in the house. A poor baby cried and cried until after midnight. A couple downstairs was fighting. The room didn’t have a bathroom in the room , you had to walk through and exposed hall. I had a large paper napkin for a bath towel and it appears I was sharing the bathroom with a man because while it was clean, he had all his toiletries in the shower leaving me feeling like I had invaded his space. The toilet had a note that said not to put any paper in the toilet but to leave it in the wastebasket. 😓

The location was good & the public transport was 2 minutes away. Also the wifi was very reliable.

The bed was good for sleeping in. Room decor was pleasant. Location is the main draw.

Didn't receive the room pictured. The overall fit and finish was pretty impoverished: my door lacked a knob; the (shared) bathroom was okay but could use a deep clean; some chairs and tables are of the folding sort; and the kitchen had no equipment besides some plates/bows and plastic utensils. If I'd come at a different time, I'm sure the lack of air conditioning would have been a bigger problem.

I loved the location of this property.

Wi-Fi sucked, washer was broken, room was hot and stuffy, bathroom sink barely ran water, noisy people.

Simple, cozy and clean. Management always reaponded to my queries.

Wifi was poor on the 3rd floor.

I like the kitchen without any dishes and silverware. The washer and dryer are conveniently on site and always full of clothes from the family of five living in one room. I like the large refrigerator full of leftovers, leaving little room for other renters, mostly belonging to ghetto mites living five per room. Nice area with relatively drama free streets and absolutely no parking.

I was extremely disappointed with the security of my belonging. A bracelet and necklace disappeared from my packed belongings and was magically returned by the boyfriend (aka, local weed dealer) when confronted in earnest. I was sad to see what little food I was able to fit in the refrigerator disappear into the starving mouths of the three teens living with there less than brilliant mother and her bag slinging Spiderman of a boyfriend. The landlord might gaslight you saying you complain to much when you say you call and mention the room is not tenable given the prior confrontations over missing personal effects (my nice shirts I had in the laundry were probably returned by "Dobby the house elf" from the ghetto mites room after a second and much louder personal confrontation). Thank you for not refunding me Mr. Landlord.

The Stairs can be a bit tricky.

Very good location, safe area, walkable distance to all main attractions, close to a bus stop. The room was really clean. The owner responded very quickly and let me late check out. My recommendation
