Great location

The shower… they thought its was a great idea to not have a close shower so half is wide open making it a very cold to shower

Very nice area with lots of different shops and restaurants nearby. Very clean as well along with friendly staff.

Prior to even arriving, we received a notice that the hotel had request to check in early. We arrived and the attendant advised me that this happens all the time with outside apps. However, she quickly accommodated my request and provided me with a room immediately. We arrived and also discovered that parking was conveniently located across street, in-door and it was safe and secure. The staff were excellent, friendly, informative and helpful. The room was extremely clean. I can’t recommend this location more highly. It is also located conveniently near the restaurants, a grocery store and a wonderful bagel shop.

Location was pretty decent and safe. Although all restaurants in the area were shut by 9/ max 10 pm. Not close to any of the touristy areas but amongst a bunch of apartment buildings. Free parking was a bonus. Close proximity to grocery store with a full service Starbucks was good

Basic services and cleanliness was amiss. We checked in the evening and didn’t have proper bed linen in the room. Although we asked for it and received it but had to do our own turn down. There was a /shoe mark on the bed when we entered but were told that the housekeeping staff were not available so they would tend to it the next day. That night we were left to tend to it on our own so we put a sheet over the bed. The next day when we requested for housekeeping at noon, because no one showed up, we were told they couldn’t get to us the same day as they were too occupied and we were not on their roster. I mean wtf?!?! The bed linen was not ironed and did not feel fresh at all. Which it obviously wasn’t. The rooms didn’t have clean drinking glasses ( they were stained with some white powdery stuff like leftover toothpaste) The shower pressure was bear minimum and the shower was extremely slippery. I cannot believe we payed Us$ 250 a night for the same service we could have gotten at a red roof inn or days inn or any motel. Definitely not a Marriott level hotel and definitely not coming back.

Location was convenient to the port.

Advertised as breakfast included, it was not. There wasn't any toilet paper on arrival, 3 pillows for 4 people, 3 towels for 4 people, body wash was empty, and no hand soap.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. They were clean.

The breakfast was very limited and not good enough to pay extra for. We were also told there were things to see and do within walking distance and there wasn't and didn't seem safe enough to venture too far.
