The location of the property is in a quiet neighborhood. The property has everything you need. The Villa is very clean and well kept. Pauline the property owner is wonderful to work with. We love staying here and will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and perfectly equipped villa in The Villages Florida, close to groceries in a quiet neighborhood. The communication with the host was great and everything worked, internet connection great and we felt at home. Highly recommended!

Great property super clean, everything you need. Very quiet, private yard, in a tucked away neighborhood (NE edge of the villages). Approximately 1.5 blocks from family pool. Not used very much, some days there's a small group, but some days for several hours it's your own private pool! 3 minutes to the grocery, pharmacy, postal place, gas, bank, shops and restaurants (by the way, Sammy Joe's Pizza also does a great breakfast). You can take the cart wherever you need to go in The Villages, to the squares, movies, shows, golf, to meet friends for dinner or to go to the square to listen to the live bands etc. (There is a Villages app that you can download and it maps out the cart trails to where you want to go by cart, and/or the roads by car). Pauline the owner was great, so nice and always was so fast at responding if you have any questions. I highly recommend, would definitely stay at this condo again and this was our 2nd time in this neighborhood (loved it so much)! Jeana & Kaz

This home was more than we had hoped for! Super clean, great location and Pauline provided everything we would need. to feel welcome. She was the most gracious host! Pauline answered any questions that we had promptly. Already booked for next year.

I can't give this property enough stars, it was pristine when we arrived. It is in the northern most part of The Villages which I was a little nervous about but loved being in that area when we saw how accessible the main roads were to us. This condo is close to everything you need as far as restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. It was a short ride to 2 of the squares for nightly entertainment. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Pauline such a stay wonderful!

The house was lovely. It had everything we needed. It was located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The pool was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly neighborhood easy access to recreation center and located near shopping. Everything was wonderful with house and everything you require was available. Only negative at all was distance to Village Squares where live entertainment happen daily.

This property was very nice and had everything you could need. It is perfectly located near to lots of stores, restaurants and shops. Also not far from the Market at Marion which we love. Beautiful home and very nice golf cart for four. Loved our stayed and would definitely stay again.

Pauline thought of everything and more. Every possible need was supplied. The only drawback was the location of the villa. Too bad it isn't in the heart of the villages. A long cart ride to the town squares

We enjoyed staying there so much. We stayed for two weeks, we had our own ID badges we could go to the pool or The Clubhouse whenever we wanted. We had access to our own golf cart so we got to drive around the Villages and watch everybody else drive around in their golf carts, it was great. We would stay again, definitely!!

Pool was close. House had everything you need. I would recommend.

Excellent owner, excellent property in all respects, excellent terms (no deposit), and a most enjoyable stay.

Great location, very quiet, close to supermarket, pool a block away, re center a 5 minute golf cart ride. Place was immaculate and so much stuff in house to make stay better, pretty much if it was not in house you did not need it. Golf cart ran fine. Checking in process was so easy, owner was extremely helpful, even a binder full of instructions and info to make stay more pleasant. When there we decided to stay longer but we were to late, place already booked. We currently are in a place across the street and it is like night and day. Someone mentioned the highway, it is not an interstate, its a local route, and you can barely hear anything from it. There is so much more to comment on but this place is highly recommended.

We stayed at Pauline's home for the month of April 2021 and didn't want to leave. The home was clean, comfortable and fully-stocked with whatever household items you would need. We were very close to the highway (though it was not noisy) and we could be out of the complex within a minute and driving out in the country shortly after that. The home is not close to any of the Squares in the Villages, but in some ways, that was a good thing,...very quiet and peaceful yet close to shopping, etc by golf cart. The pool was super close, very refreshing and not crowded at all. Pauline was easy to work with and we very much appreciated her prompt attention to an issue that we had that was unrelated to the rental home. Fiona, the housekeeper, was really nice and we even got to meet her when she dropped off some supplies. This home is clearly taken care of with pride of ownership. We would not hesitate to stay at Pauline's home again.

Any small problems we brought to Pauline's attention were immediately addressed and dealt with. It was a very comfortable stay and we would do it again.

One of the very best homes we've rented with very comfortable beds and furniture. Also the Best! furnished with kitchen items and linens. Everything you could want. Also they went beyond with extra things like plenty of paper products and personal products. Loved the privacy the house afforded and the location to everything! Would love to come back.

Very clean, almost new. Well stocked with cleaning supplies which became very important with Convid 19 concerns. Nice location with Publix a golf cart ride away.

The property is just as described. The unit was spotless and outfitted with everything you may need. Our contact with the owner was timely. Check in was a breeze. The community pool was steps away from the unit. We would definitely stay again. Janice

This home was very comfortable, clean & in a convenient location. The golf cart saw lots of miles to the golf courses, shopping & town squares. The owner was quick to answer any of our questions. Nice private villa.

Amazing how well this property was furnished. The kitchen wares were amazing. Very well equipped. Furniture very comfy and the master bed was sloop comfortable - could have stayed in it all day! The owner was a joy to work with. Our only problem and not really a problem was the distance from the rental to friends/relatives who live more to the south. We worked it out and had no problems. All in all a great trip and house. Would highly recommend it.
