Place was decent and staff was friendly.

Pillows weren't to my liking and the AC system was pretty loud.

Breakfast and bed were nice.

I found it overpriced for the level of hotel. The hot tub was closed for repair, which was one of the draws for coming.

there was a mistake made on my end on booking dates and the daytime attendant was very accommodating to helping resolve the situation

the night time attendant said there was nothing he could do to resolve a booking error I had made. He was still pleasant but not sympathetic to my situation.

The breakfast was great. Had everything that you would expect at a free breakfast. Only thing I would suggest is cooking the oats instead of giving out packets.

Cleanliness. When I got in both beds had hair on them so they were not washed or changed. The room was not cold and there were bed bugs. I would never usually stay in a hotel like this unfortunately due to a death in the family I had to be there for paperwork and didn’t really have the time or energy to change. When I asked for new sheets and blankets the front desk gave us some items which were appreciated unfortunately the pillows they gave were still somehow dirty?? The carpet also did not seem to be vacuumed. The cockroach in my bathroom on the last day was it for me. Made me decide not to stay here again.

The staff was so welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delightful! The location was perfect for us because we were visiting my parents who live in the villages. Cant wait to come back.

It's dated and needs an upgrade. We needed to change rooms because the toilet wasn't flushing correctly and the shower head was not working properly. Room was musty.

Room size

$150 “Security Deposit” not mentioned during online booking or check in. When traveling for an unexpected funeral and budgeting funds, this is inexcusable.
