That it was close to many places and the property was beautiful and clean on the inside and outside. Breakfast was a plus.

What I didn’t like about the property was being told at the very last minute that I didn’t get the room I had booked. Not even sure how I was was able to book it if it wasn’t available. If it had to be giving to other guests why was it on the website. I know I had enough time for them to let me know I didn’t get the room I had booked. And I was told they would call the booking.com to give me my partial refund. Which they didn’t even bother to do so, I had to call booking.com myself to find out they didn’t even call them.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It was right off the highway and there are plenty of great food options nearby. Area was quiet and safe.

My experience with this hotel started off bad and continued to get worse. I booked a queen suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed which is advertised as suitable for 6 adults. However, the sofa bed only opens as a TWIN size mattress making it unsuitable for 2 adults to sleep on it (the chaise part is too short, a child could barely fit on it). When I brought this up with the hotel staff, they were insistent that this room can fit 6 adults with two people per bed which is ridiculous. I ended up placing the two chaise sofa cushions on the floor to use as a mattress. This room would have been fine for 5 people but unfortunately there were 6 of us (5 adults and a 17 year old). Other issues we had with this place: There is no hot tub (but there is a pool) even though it's advertised to have one (on Booking.com) and when we brought this up to the staff they didn't care. The breakfast foods were not labeled and my sister accidentally ate eggs which had pieces of ham in them (we don't eat ham for religious reasons). My sister also found some trash (definitely not ours!) in the corner of the room on the first night. And right when we thought our stay couldn't get any worse, we had the fire alarm go off early in the morning during our stay. Tell me why there were no hotel staff members giving instructions or asking people to exit the building. My family and I (along with some other customers) voluntarily exited the building where we sat outside for at least 20 minutes without a clue as to what was going on (we did smell smoke on the way out though). And there were plenty of people still inside the building when the alarm went off getting breakfast like any regular day. I certainly hope this place never has a real fire because that would be an absolute disaster!

The staff of that hotel are all useless and very rude. The manager who is a very unpleasant and unprofessional person is hiding in her room while the receptionist is claiming to be the manager. They treat the customers as if we are a nuisance to them. I really think that someone in that chain needs to check that management ASAP. They actually give no service and even kicking people out of the hotel for no reason and even though they have a valid reservation. it’s almost unbelievable!!!
