Unterkunft ist an einer guten Lage und Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Nähe zur Autobahn hat nicht gestört. Frühstück war ausreichend und das Personal war bemüht immer nach zu füllen. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals vom Frühstücks Buffet, Rezeption und Putzpersonal ist top. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Everything was amazing!!

The front desk and the staff are top level at thier job. All shifts and all staff are great. I think I even spoke with the manager as well and they are incredible. I been here for about 1 month or so and they are consistent. I highly recommend.

Spacious rooms with cooking facility..outdoor pool and continental breakfast

Once food finished in the breakfast area they were very slow in bringing more out. Selection should be better.

Sofa bed could be more comfortable. been to a couple of marriot residence inn and they should buy brand new sofa beds.

The facility was nice and environment serene

The staff (from front desk to every other staff) were not helpful at all. Nobody could HELP me carry my bags. It was my worst checking in experience as a Marriott Bonvoy Member, having travelled far & wide. I went up the 6th floor & down 3 times to carry my bags. I also had payment issues & they didn't have any POS to slot in my card, only swipe, which wasn't going through. These guys literally were referring me to another hotel after flying for almost 24 hours - it was inhospitable. Thanks to an amazing guest who paid for me with his card & took cash from me. It took me 1 hour to check in. I had a dollar debit card & credit card, which worked with another vendor, e.g., the taxi that brought me from the airport. In summary, if you have experienced the HOSPITALITY industry & are particular about customer service, stay clear. I must mention that the facility was very nice but the people were the opposite. They just LOOK at You & keep looking at You in your distress.
