Location home was just comfortable love that it had 3 restrooms ...everything was welcoming..Thank you again

I wish it was a bit cleaner. Nothing terrible but not hotel clean.

Windows dirty, some of the lights do not work ie. Living room lamp and spot light. The only fan in the unit sounds like a broken garbage disposal when we tried to use it.

We were excited to stay in your property. We were in town for an event at The Lion’s Den. We were able to walk there and back (a little less than a mile one way) which was very convenient! The place was clean and super comfortable. A full kitchen! We opened the house up and watched movies on a great couch. The property grounds was quiet and so relaxing. Great communication with Justin. We will for sure try to stay here again. Thank you “beary” much!

The home was very well equipped and the location was great. It was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves.

Housekeeping could be improved. Ice maker wasn’t working, sliding door and screen difficult to open, needs piling.

This property is humble, cozy, and inviting. It is not a 5 star resort. It is not a 5 star hotel. It is a beautiful well loved home, and from the moment we opened the door we instantly felt at home. My two young children slept soundly as if they were in their own beds. We loved all the thoughtful surprises we discovered. There were plenty of towels and blankets, a kitchen fully stocked with appliances and cooking gadgets which helped us to easily make wholesome meals. It was lovely to cozy up together on the couch (and we could all fit) or if we chose, we could enjoy the privacy of our own bedroom. We enjoyed the amenities around the property grounds as well. The pool was sparkling clean and a short walk from the condo. Quiet friendly neighbors all around. Also Justin was very kind and easy to communicate with! That was a huge relief. This was our first time staying in someone’s home, as we usually do hotels or resorts. It was also our first time in Pinetop AZ. The thoughtfulness of the host family was greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful peaceful time. I highly recommend this property to anyone who literally wants to experience “home away from home”.

The home was spacious, had essential items on hand, quick contact with owner and friendly environment.

Such a comfortable home. Exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. I traveled with kids from age 17 to 6 and they all enjoyed the stay.

This was a condo, so contactless checkin was easy. The home was well equipped and made it very comfortable to stay, cook, relax, etc. The walkability to other parts of Pinetop was awesome too. We actually stayed home one night rather than going out so that we could enjoy the fireplace more.

Perhaps consider upgrading bed linens and pillows. That certainly wasn't a deal breaker though. Overall, we thought the home was great.
