We love the hospitality and cleanliness! Rooms are quite spacious. I definitely will be coming back again!
No breakfast. Wish they served one but there are restaurants nearby though.

the price of room
this hotel is not secured all exit doors are remained open 24/7. we couldnt use pool/jacuuzi or bbq grill . i had to clean the tub whwn i got here because it was dirty

We stayed 2 weeks at full price. Had to buy blow drier and toaster, TV didn't work for the first week keep going out. We were promised some sort of discount which we never received. They don't have a toaster but when I booked with you it stated they did.

The room was nice. The girl that checked us in was nice and sweet
The bed was uncomfortable, and there was no toilet paper.

I did not like my stay at all
1. No ac in room, something the knew about before we checked in.
2. Rude beyond loud person in 208 kept us up all night.
3. Pool is turning green, an felt slimy.
4. No service reps most of the day at desk.
5. When they came to change the ac in our No smoking room the employee started vaping in our room with my child in there!!!
I do not suggest this place to anyone...

Didn’t see anyone eating breakfast so I didn’t eat breakfast either.
Hotel looks like it’s having a makeover and front counter attendant was working and not behind the counter. Workers did try to accommodate once you got there attention.

The room was nice and clean. TV, microwave, and wifi really helped.
The drain in the bath tub was not working. The water would not flow. The staff at the reception was not available when checking in and checking out.

Just a good, reasonably priced hotel that has a great location! Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The indoor pool and spa was an excellent value for money!

The people managing the hotel were very friendly and really went out of their way to ensure we were having an enjoyable stay. The facilities were kept clean.

the location was great and staff was beyond helpful
our lightbulb and door handle were broken at check-in so it took two-ISH hours of maintenance doing work.

We were looking forward for the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi but we had a late check in, she let us use the premises anyways they were really nice and made us feel welcomed. They’re cc machine wasn’t working but they have other options like Zelle, Venmo and more so we were able to check in, plus they also accept cash.

I was misinformed about walkin shower for handicap . Could not open door, then when it was opened for me couldn't lock until maint was found.. no manager on duty had to call someone. Will never book there again. I didn't even stay,

The new high-tech locks make the doors not shut right so they slam loud and we could hear people coming and going from other rooms throughout the night.

It was comfortable in the room, and the staff were nice.
The location at night was questionable. There were many people who looked homeless, people outside smoking pot and yelling late at night, and the place was dingy outside. I had my kids with me and was worried about them walking from the car inside.

Nice pool, nice tub, nice bed was very comfortable. Quiet. Staff are kind and helpful. Close by restaurants, market and lakes.
Room was not ready. 30 minutes before we got are room. 1st floor not recommended, you can see people smoking outside the window. They should not have extended stay people.
