Large, clean and nice home on the lake.

Our entire stay from start to finish was amazing. The house was perfect, and the only hiccup was internet/tv service upon checkin, we couldn’t get anything to work. So I reached out and we actually found out it was an outage for the area. It was resolved by the next morning. Communication was immediate and very accommodating. We loved our stay and all the amenities margaritaville offered a short drive around the corner. Lots of space for some good family time. Would definitely book again!

This was an amazing place to stay. We had 6 adults and 6 children so was perfect for all ages. The kids caught lots of fish off the deck and enjoyed swimming and paddle boarding there as well. As the for the house it was very nice and accommodating. The only thing I would change is in the master suite. The closet was locked so no place to hang clothes and there was not a dresser to put our clothes in so we had to live out of our suitcase. This was something small when you had all of the other amenities. I would definitely recommend this place for a family gathering.

The master bedroom is not really a master bedroom. It has no connecting bathroom. Also, there is no dresser, nor a closet, so you have to live out of your suitcase and there is nowhere to hang any clothes.
We chose this place over other because it was within walking distance to all of the amenities of the Margaritaville resort which was heavily advertised in the listing. What they don't tell you is that you can't use most of them. You can't use the gym. You can't play pickleball. We were turned away from all of the activities we thought we were going to be able to enjoy because they were for hotel guests only. Had we known, we would have rented a house that had kayaks and paddleboards, etc.
The house is very nice though, but it's very odd that there is no furniture in the master besides a bed and a chair and no closet. The decks off the house were very nice.
Communication with the owner was easy. The key code that is given to you is not the same as what is posted on the refrigerator, so be careful to use what is given to you beforehand, not what you see posted in the house; otherwise you risk locking yourself out of the house for a while if you punch in that code too many times.

We chose this place for my bachelorette party last weekend and we can’t rave enough about this place! It was so incredibly clean and had everything we needed…except a plunger which our host was EXTREMELY quick to answer and took care of it right away! The location is perfect and it was very quiet! Would definitely book with them again!

Great to have a dock for people to fish off of. Unable to use the dock for our large pontoon due to difficulty getting to the dock with it, but there are public marinas close that I utilized. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out but also great places to all be together in the large living room and on the multiple large decks.

Had a great time in the Ozarks. Property was ideal for our golf trip with individual bedrooms and privacy for all.

Our Family came to spend a long weekend for Grandma’s birthday. We had 3 families staying and this was a great place for us. We had children with us from 6 to 1 and they had lots of room to run around and play. It was cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside area but would love to come back when it’s warm. We did have problems when trying to reach out about an early check in where we did not get a response at all back. We were glad nothing else happened major that we need to reach out to anyone. Over all we had a great time.

Eight of us get together annually for a weekend. This house was the perfect space for us. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and living space for us to stretch out, relax and enjoy each other’s company. The pool nearby is nice with a great view of the lake. The resort being nearby is very convenient. We had a great time. The owner was very responsive to any questions or issues we encountered. This was greatly appreciated.

We had a wonderful girls weekend staying at the lake! The house had a lot of space and plenty of beds. The dock is also spacious and great to hang out on!
However, the house was not as clean as we would’ve appreciated. The downstairs shower curtain had lots of gunk on it, and should’ve been easily replaced. A bit of Drain-O is needed in the upstairs bathroom in the “Mojito” room shower. Floors were noticeably dirty. The check out procedures were more extensive than marketed, which after a great long weekend in the sun, really puts a damper on the end of the trip (especially considering that a cleaning fee is included in the rental price).
Overall, a home with lots of potential that could use a good cleaning to make it a truly enjoyable experience!

The location was both a plus and a negative in terms of lake access. Great privacy for floating, not so good for boat rentals. The internet service was intermittent and a problem from time to time. Overall a good place to spend a few days with family.

We enjoyed the house. plenty of room. Upstairs bedrooms had plenty of room and 2 air mattresses were available. Only difficult issue was the kitchen cabinets are too high. I am average height and could only reach the bottom shelf.
We all enjoyed swimming off the dock. Very quiet cove. A
suggestion for owner, patio loungers to lay out on. Other than that ...wonderful.

The fishing off the dock was great this year. We caught and released two huge catfish. Sunfish and crappie we also biting. We swam off the dock and used the dock for our wave runner and a boat we rented one night.
The location is perfect for what we like to do. The house was perfect for our4 families. Check in and out went without a hitch. The estates’ pools are nice for the family too.
We’d love to come back next year for year #4.
We did notice the ladder from the lake to the dock was bent. And we fished at night but most of the bulbs were burned out.
All our family said this was the best vacation ever. Can’t get much better than that. Thank you so much.

The house was nice and cozy. Plenty of room. And the ants were everywhere. We bought spray, but we couldn’t leave anything outside the refrigerator. Our family had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The grandkids had a blast fishing as well as swimming at both the lake and the pools. We enjoyed boating and it was nice to have a marina close by. The house was just what we needed. Only small issues were ants (which a pest control person did comes to check out the issue) and the grill wasn't working and we had planned to use it. Also one of the air mattress had a leak. But we didn't let any of that stop us from having a good time. And we enjoyed the extras that Margaritaville had to offer! Every question was answered promptly by the host.

We absolutely loved staying at this house. The location was perfect for us and we definitely enjoyed the outdoor deck/dock space. The house had everything we needed for a wonder weekend. We had a big group 6 adults and six kids and the bedroom layouts worked great. The only issue we had was with the air mattresses, we couldn’t get them to hold air through the night, but this definitely didn’t impact our stay and we would for sure rent this house again. The owner was easy to get ahold of, friendly and communicates back quickly. Definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful setting. VERY SPACIOUS for two family to relax and unwind with privacy if needed.
Walked in to issues with ants in kitchen but I think getting a door or door seal replaced where the traps are placed will cure that problem immediately.
Property needed more cleaning attention to common areas of the kitchen and bathrooms prior to guests arrivals but the reminder of this home was spot on!
All issues noticed with the property were addresses and owner made notice of them immediately.

Wish the dock area and entrance could be blown off with a blower vac and the docks were lit more at night as lake life at night is dark and finally that the dock had dock rash protection(bumpers) for boats and sea doos as was just plain metal. . Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your lake property!!

July 2022 family vacation.
This property had some thing for everyone in our group. We all fished and swam off the dock. We ate outside at one by of several areas on the deck. We pulled the boat and wave runner up to the dock. Each family was able to use a big screen tv in their rooms or in the family room. Location was at the end of a quiet, safe cove conveniently located to other attractions. Tan Tara pools were available to us to use. Plenty of room and privacy
for our 5 grandchildren, 3 adult children and their spouses. We had the kitchen or grill to eat at home or the option to order out. House was clean and well furnished. Check in and out were seamless. This is our second year at the same location and we all want to come back next year. We even got a welcome bag at the front door. Nice touch! Can’t wait to return. Thank you for this opportunity and wonderful experience.
