Enjoyed our stay place with super clean. Was not far from town They are multiple cabins near this one. It does have a Very steep driveway and parking Can be difficult. But we had a great time and enjoyed it.

Easy check-in process and clear communication from property owner. Cabin was clean upon arrival and just as expected! We had a crew of 6 kids aging 3-9 yrs old. Everyone loved the video arcade, access to washer and dryer, and location of property. Not in middle of town, but close enough to still walk to several restaurants and the trolley stop!! We had several sightings of “route bears” which was so fun to see!!! We will definitely be back!

This property is a beautiful property in a perfect location. The layout was perfect for our girls trip getaway-plenty of bathrooms! The only amenity missing was hand soap in the bathrooms.

The only negative on the week was no gas grill(for conkvenience and quickness) and bear box wasnt big enough or you should empty it mid week. Neighbors had no room and stupidly left garbage out side so we had a bear visit every day(that was pretty good entertainment. BUT THE STAY WAS WONDERFUL AND EVERYONE HAD A GREAT TIME

This is a beautiful home in Gatlinburg. Beds are comfortable. The driveway incline was a challenge at first, however, became easier to navigate over time. The information binder provided was very helpful. The teens (and even some of the adults) enjoyed the arcade game. The hot tub was used at night.

This property was amazing! Great location and beautiful!

Upon arrival we discovered the air conditioning did not work as it was 85 in the cabin. However, the host was very responsive and a technician came late that evening and was able to fix the issue. Its overall a nice cabin with just a few minor things that could be annoying. The kitchen table is made of a natural slab and could not be described as a flat surface. So just dont expect to set your glass on it. The parking area was just big enough for our 3 suv/truck. The 3rd vehicle had to go behind the others of to the side and it was a bit annoying maneuvering out and up a steep incline to exit. None of the other surrounding cabins had this type of parking space this one is tucked in a tight corner. We loved how close the trolley stop was (walking distance) and there is a nice ice cream/doughnut shop just down the hill in walking distance as well. The king suites are spacious with nice features. Plenty of toilet paper was provided for our stay as well as 1 roll of paper towels. There are plenty of dishes for cooking however bring your own coffee filters as none are provided and every store around town were sold out when looking for them. The only pantry items were a salt and pepper shaker so keep that in mind when packing so you dont end up buying everything there. There is a nice grocery store just 1 mile away as well. Overall the cabin is comfortable and great for a family get together.

Our niece was getting married and needed a place for us and our adult children and their spouses. Had a minor cleanliness issue of couple showers but house keeping was prompt in response. Main issue is parking with 4 master suites and 4 couple coming from different locations it was very tight and challenging but we adapted and over came Once inside it was a perfect resting spot for us. Very greatful for this place. I am trying not to let my overall feelings of Gatlinburg blur my response of the accommodations. It was close to everything g but yet not in the craziness of down town area

Comfortable and very clean. Spacious for our family. Quiet neighborhood and the view was Nice.

Convenient to downtown. Very nice for 4 couples. Wayfinding signage doesn’t exist, so finding the house is a challenge.

Parking is tight. Be careful getting to the cabin is quite a dip down. The cabin was nice. Beds comfy.

Location was great to view Christmas parade. House was very roomy and each had their own bed/bath. Hot tube was great!! Would had enjoy a little Christmas decor for the season. Fireplace very cozy!!

It was beautiful only problem was the people staying at other cabins made it hard to get in and out

This property was awesome. Close to the strip. We loved the 4 master suites. We did run into a few bathroom problems however, property managers handled the issue quickly and made things right. We will definitely recommend this property to others. Can't wait till our next stay 🙂

Easy check in all online. Lock code given in advance able to access property easily. When called to report a maintenance issue very concerned and accommodating. Overall a great experience. Made lasting memories with my dad. Brother, sister and myself planned this getaway. My dad told us all twice that he really appreciated us taking him and loved the cabin. One day he chose to stay at cabin half of day and just chill.

We had a great time, perfect location, plenty of room for our large family. Parking was a little tight but we made it work. We saw a bear the first night down the hill and I saw a large one the last night in the driveway. It was awesome.

We are Nana and Poppy. Our three adult children, spouses, and grands have stayed with Renee in one of her cabins at this location since 2011. Our grands will Not Even consider going to a different area. Renee ans her peeps make everything soo easy!! You will not be disappointed should you choose one of Renee’s cabins !!

Perfect location! We loved the proximity to town and also the peacefulness of not being on the main road. We were able to take the trolley (stop right at bottom of hill) to downtown in a matter of minutes, we walked to breakfast each morning at the Pancake House 😋 🥞 and Dollywood is about 10 miles away. The home is decorated nicely, the bedrooms are all spacious and the beds are super comfy. We loved sitting on the porches in the rockers and catching up. Would definitely recommend this home for your next trip.

We were lucky enough to see a mother bear and two cubs the first morning we were there. It was a nice cabin with plenty of room for the eight adults that stayed. The two decks were nice places to sit and relax. The fan and vent in the main living area needed cleaning. The rest of the cabin we clean. The road to the cabin was steep but manageable.

The home was perfect for our family. There were eight of us and with four bedrooms, we had plenty of room. Had several bear sightings, which was especially exciting for the 7 year olds.

Cabin was spacious plenty of room . Windows where dirty Dust all over the ceiling fans , tv , and animal mounts The parking was terrible and the view was nothing like the advertisement. Our view was the side of another cabin and back of a restaurant.
