Great place, met and went beyond all our needs. Bonnie was very accommodating to specific needs and quick to respond to communication.

This was a great place for our short visit to the Basalt area. I appreciated being in a condominium where the host family also lives/stays because it felt more homey and thoughtful. - not sparse like some places are. Very convenient location - walking distance to the commercial center for groceries, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a nice time staying at Bonnie's townhome in El Jebel. It was super convenient to the freeway, groceries (Whole Foods), and restaurants. It was really clean. I'd say the downside for me was the highway noise and it was warm upstairs, despite the fans. I enjoyed it as a base for the week, but as I really value having a quiet place, so I'd probably choose something else the next time. That being said, Bonnie's is clean & updated and really convenient to everything.

Good location for us, given that we were there for Aspen Food & Wine, and our friends lived in the subdivision across the highway. Communication with Bonnie was exceptional. Check in was very easy. You still have to drive to places to eat or to catch the RFTA bus. Definitely not as walkable as you might think. There were some mountain views if you looked out of one window, but they were not integral to the townhome. It was warm, so we had windows open, and road noise was significant...very close to the CO-82 highway, a major thoroughfare. If you are expecting a resort-grade townhome, you will be disappointed. Wear & tear is noticeable, and there was evidence that the owner uses the property regularly (toothpaste stains and oral care items in bathroom drawers, older silverware, older linens, piles of laundry in baskets in the laundry area, owners food in the refrigerator). Property finishes are primarily builder-grade, and somewhat dated, going back to the 90s to early 2000s (I think)...most likely when the house was built. Heavy water stains in both bathrooms noted. Layers of dust and some stains were noted on vents, electronic items, and much of the trim throughout the townhome. Bathroom linens were tired. The only kitchen appliance we used was the coffeemaker, which worked fine. In summary, a great host who made the property available as promised. Property interior shows wear & tear, and needs a facelift. To be fair, this was the first time we ever used VRBO, so this may be the norm, we do not know. In the end, it was okay for what we needed, but will look for other options first next time.

The place was a good fit for my daughter and I. It was very quiet. We did not spend much time during the day. Too busy loving Colorado and visiting family. I would stay here again.

We chose this location as home base for Maroon Bells and Hanging Lake hikes and it worked out well. We did have some difficulty with the lock to enter but it was quickly resolved. We would stay again.

Property worked out great for my Family of four. Location was great being walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Property was comfortable and clean. Communication with owner was perfect. Would highly recommend the property to others.

Bonnie was so flexible and was very nice about the communications I had with some uncertain travel plans. Great little condo with everything we needed and loved the view of the lake. The dogs enjoyed all the walking trails and her neighbor was lovely as well!

We had a great experience at Bonnie's place. Bonnie went above & beyond in terms of communication. There were wildfires in the area before our stay and Bonnie was great about answering questions and addressing concerns. And Basalt was a great central location for all activities in the area.

Bonnie’s place is exactly as described. Great location right between Aspen and Glenwood Springs. The two bedrooms upstairs allow for rest & relaxation with comfy beds. The deck is a perfect place for dining al Fresca. This townhouse has everything you could need and more. Really enjoyed our stay and will try to be back next summer!

We often spend time in Basalt, Aspen and Glenwood Springs. Bonnie's property is perfectly located for visiting these three areas. In addition, we were within walking distance of Willits and all the shops and restaurants there. Wonderful!

This property is a great value. Although not at ski area base location, there is convenient bus service. Compare to base location costs there is no comparison.

We had a fantastic stay at Bonnies place. It was the perfect place for a Aspen ski weekend. We were able to cook dinner every night and it was a shot drive to the resorts. I highly recommend staying here.

This shared space value priced townhome way exceeded our expectations. For all practical purposes we would have never known it was shared other than some regular use items in part of the fridge and some of the cupboards. Two full baths on the second floor was great even though there were only two of us. The master bedroom, living room and kitchen are all spacious and comfortable. We drove to Buttermilk parking lot and caught the Aspen and Aspen Highlands free shuttle. At Snowmass we parked in the Town Park/Rodeo lot. Skiing was amazing all week. Be sure to bisit Iron Mtn Hot Springs in Glenwood Springs. Thanks Bonnie!

Great package of information to review with coupons and things to see and participate in the community. Departure expectations very clear. A little more detail needed for items that can be used in rental. Several items in fridge had expiration dates on them. Pans with lid covers would be helpful to avoid splattering grease. Much more work to clean stovetop. Better description of bedding. Wasn’t expecting to sleep on mattresss on floor or adults in bunk beds. Had difficulty getting Xbox to function. Shower did not have much water pressure due to water leaking through spout and squealing noise in shower. Bedding, however very comfortable. Master bedroom ceiling light non functional, lamps only.

It was convenient to everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Bonnie the host responded immediately if we needed anything.

Nice place to stay after a busy day of flying and traveling. Basalt is a nice small community.

Perfect location, awesome walking trail access, around little pond. Comfy beds, great parking, bike rent station right out front, super parking.

Bonnie is very nice and quick to respond. She gave us some useful tips too. The condo has lots of amenities, and We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and clean apartment/townhouse. Very comfy bed. Has everything one could need. Great location. Close to ski resorts, restaurants, sightseeing (most withing 30 min.). Also pet friendly. Would come back. Thank you Bonnie.

Bonnie was a great hostess. She very quickly answered all our questions and made it very easy to find the house and settle in.

Close to Kebler Pass for a nice drive thru Colorado falls colors... get place, easy access and friendly people.
