Easy check-in, comfy place and nice view. The apartment was lacking in oven bakeware, but one phone call to the host remedied the situation. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic location - within walking distance (2 blocks) to Whole foods, many great restaurants, Levain bakery, a dog park - my favorite, and small farmers market on Saturday. Easy Uber ride to start line of marathon but also walkable. Incredible view from the unit, comfortable beds and pillows,and great shower pressure. Communication with owner as spot on - no problems. This unit would be our choice when returning to Chicago.

Amazing property in a perfect area. Everything is within a short distance and Sarah was an amazing host.

The location was great, especially for restaurants. Walkable to many attractions, but also easy for taking car in and out with included/dedicated parking space. The parking spot and unit had easy access to elevators with no added noise or other downsides. The unit was clean, views were great. But, it was not the unit in the listing. It had a lot of similarities, but also a number of differences. We assume the property manager has multiple units that are similarly furnished and use the same photos for all or that the building furnishes the units and they used stock photos. Most notably, the kitchen and bathrooms were very different and not as well equipped as described. Kitchen is equipped well for eating, moderately for cooking. The bathrooms felt more like basic hotel bathrooms, including the quality of towels, toilet paper, toilet height, etc. The LR layout (and some furniture) was different. The BRs had mostly the same furniture as pictured, but different layouts. Mattresses were high quality, though the primary mattress was a bit firm for our taste (totally subjective). Only two flat pillows included in the primary BR, so we had to borrow a couple from other BRs. Very little info provided in writing for check-in/check-out. Host met us onsite (outside) upon arrival, gave us garage access, then met us in garage, came up to unit with us, communicated other instructions verbally at that time, followed by a short summary text afterwards. Host was easy/quick to text with.

Condo was perfect for our reunion weekend. Ample space for three couples. Neighborhood was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants.

Everything I hoped our stay would be. Breathtaking views, classy decor, equipped kitchen, everything was perfect!!

WOW! That's what we say about this place. My family and I loved it! The location and the views-WOW! It is floor to ceiling windows in the living room and the bedrooms. Absolutely so cool. We were met when we arrived, shown the parking space for our car-a great space and totally worth having one. Then taken up to our floor-the elevators are quick and smooth. It was easy to get in and out--we used uber and it was super easy for them-close to everything, a fantastic location. The A/C worked well and there was an adjustable thermostat in each bedroom. There were no ceiling fans in any room but with the adjustable temp made it was comfortable. The beds, the sheets and the towels were all soft and very nice. The beds very comfortable in all the rooms. The washer and dryer worked well. They are stacked so opening the washer lid is restricted due to the dryer but you can get in there enough to use it. They had shelves in the closets for luggage placement and plenty of hangers. The bathrooms are a nice size and the whole apt for a family of 4 was perfect. It could have been a little cleaner in some spots but overall it was a wonderful place. We would highly recommend this place as the location, the view, the attentive owner, the comfort of everything. It was just a great place. We felt safe with the apt, the location, that whole area we felt comfortable. We walked short distances around the area during the day and we felt safe as well. What a place! Thank you for a great stay!!!

Family of five with kids 16,15,10. Three bedrooms that worked out great. Youngest slept on the provided air mattress. Very nice building and great location for restaurants and for hitting all the Chicago tourist destinations. Most did require an Uber ride to get to, which we understood when picking the spot. We would rent again.

Great stay

Excellent location, minutes from all the attractions in downtown Chicago. The apartment has a well stocked kitchen, and the entire apartment was very clean. Perfect place for a family getaway, or a friend’s retreat.

Three generations of our family visited Chicago to visit the Christmas market. This property was perfect for our group. The view from the living room and all 3 bedrooms was spectacular. The large L shaped couch and 2 comfortable beanbags provided ample seating for all of us. The apartment was spotless. Our host was waiting for us to check in and show us the apartment and give us tips for our stay. We were there during the storm and lost internet for awhile. Even though everyone was under stress from the storm and Christmas approaching, our host promptly responded to our concerns and kept us informed of service restoration. We would definitely recommend this property.

The condo had floor to ceiling windows with amazing views on 27th floor. We had 4 adults and plenty of space. Many restaurants in walking distance. Easy walks to river walk and parks, about a mile. Michelle was always available for questions. There is so much to see and do in Chicago. Mary Ann

Outstanding location and wonderful property with amazing amenities!

We're a tight knit team who came to Chicago for a trade show. Having this apartment gave us time to share coffee and plan our day together as we got ready, unwind together at the end of the day and we appreciated being in a neighborhood. We loved the floor to ceiling windows, the layout worked perfectly for us, loved the stocked kitchen and also the view, the view, the view!

Beautiful place and location. Enjoyed the amenities as well. Great location for downtown and dining. Convenient in and out.

This property worked out great for our family including 2 kids - 6 & 8 years old. Property has great parking accommodations, spacious floor plan, great view of the city and very clean. The property is located in a great part of the city with plenty of short walking distance food options including a great breakfast spot directly across the street. Also, a Whole Foods within a 5-minute walk. We will use this property again when we return to Chicago!

Great location, amazing views, nice space for a couple and two teens. We had a great time, and Michelle was very helpful for check in and getting us oriented to the neighborhood. You won’t be disappointed in this property!

We stayed here with a family of 5, and it was fantastic. Great location right off of Randolph Street by a bunch of delicious restaurants. Beautiful, well maintained place with fantastic city views and a lot of nice amenities. The service and responsiveness were top notch too. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were quite happy with the cleanliness and process of rental. It's a high end apartment building with a pool gym, parking included. Michelle worked with us on special requests or had good advice for restaurants and bars in the area. We had a group of 6 and with 3 bathrooms with 2 showers, we made it work.

Fantastic location to restaurants and walking distance to the River, Millenium Park and Goodman Theatre. Beautiful contemporary 3 bedroom apartment. Extraordinary views of the city from the rooftop lounge. Air conditioning in master bedroom worked great but other rooms and living room needs professional adjustment. Manager provided great advice.I would highly recommend this place for a family stay. My husband and I came to kick off our anniversary in the city we grew up in with our adult children. We had a blast!

Run don’t walk to this rental! Everything about this property was amazing! Our kids had a great time with the views. Safe area, lots of shopping and food around and the hosts were fantastic! Go upstairs to the fire pit too!
